本发明公开了一种道路修建的切缝填缝一体机,包括切割片、水箱、承载底盘和混合配料箱,所述承载底盘底端的四个拐角处均安装有滚轮,所述承载底盘顶部的一端安装有水箱,且承载底盘顶部的另一端安装有混合配料箱,所述混合配料箱与水箱之间的承载底盘上安装有加压装置,所述水箱远离加压装置一侧的承载底盘上安装有连接架,且连接架远离水箱一侧的顶端安装有固定块,所述混合配料箱远离加压装置一侧的承载底盘上安装有增压泵,且增压泵远离混合配料箱的一侧安装有喷射枪。本发明可以实现道路切缝填缝的一体化自动操作功能,具有无需人工进行切缝填缝、切缝精度高、切缝质量高、道路质量好和工作效率高等优点。

本发明涉及市政道路技术领域,具体为一种道路修建的切缝填缝一体机。
背景技术
道路的适时切缝,合理纹刻,正确填缝对于道路水泥砼面板避免不规则断板、防滑、提高砼面板的使用质量、延长砼面板的使用年限有着十分重要的作用,而道路切缝与填缝常需要用到切缝机以及填缝机,且两者为单体机械用具,使用时常常需要进行两者的配合使用,使得不仅占用空间较大,且使用不便,同时传统的调节切缝深度多为人工凭借经验进行切割,并手动进行升降切割片,切缝精度低下,使得不仅浪费大量的劳动力,且对于工作人员的经验要求较高,使用不便,使得切缝质量较差,影响道路的质量。
发明内容
为了解决上述问题,本发明提供了一种道路修建的切缝填缝一体机,可以解决现有道路切缝填缝需要分开操作、占用空间较大、使用不方便、需要人工进难题,可以实现道路切缝填缝的一体化自动操作功能,无需人工进行,具有道路切缝填缝一体化连续操作、占用空间较小、使用便捷、无需人工进行切缝填缝、切缝精度高、切缝质量高、道路质量好和工作效率高等优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种道路修建的切缝填缝一体机,一种道路修建的切缝填缝一体机,包括切割片、水箱、承载底盘和混合配料箱,所述承载底盘底端的四个拐角处均安装有滚轮,所述承载底盘顶部的一端安装有水箱,且承载底盘顶部的另一端安装有混合配料箱,所述混合配料箱与水箱之间的承载底盘上安装有加压装置,所述水箱远离加压装置一侧的承载底盘上安装有连接架,且连接架远离水箱一侧的顶端安装有固定块,所述固定块的顶端固定有第一导水管,且第一导水管的底端安装有喷头,所述固定块的内部竖向安装有第一液压伸缩杆,且第一液压伸缩杆的底端通过轴承座安装有壳体,所述壳体的两侧的两端均安装有第二液压伸缩杆,且第二液压伸缩杆的底端均安装有限位板,所述壳体的内部竖向安装有切割片,且壳体一侧的中间位置处安装有第二电机,所述第二电机的输出端通过转轴与切割片连接,所述水箱内部的底端安装有水泵,且水泵的顶端通过第二导水管与第一导水管相连通,所述水箱内部远离连接架一侧安装有竖向第三导水管,且第三导水管的输出端通过软管固定有高压水枪,所述水箱的顶端安装有高压气罐,且高压气罐的顶端安装有支架,所述支架上固定有高压空气枪,所述高压气罐远离支架的一端安装有膨胀室,且膨胀室与高压气罐通过连接管相连通,所述膨胀室内部远离高压气罐的侧壁上安装有加热块,所述膨胀室的顶端通过导气软管与高压空气枪的输入端连接,所述混合配料箱的底端安装有第一电机,且第一电机的顶端通过辊轴竖向穿过混合配料箱的底部,所述混合配料箱内部的辊轴上均匀安装有搅拌扇叶,所述混合配料箱的顶端设置有加料口,所述混合配料箱远离加压装置一侧的承载底盘上安装有增压泵,且增压泵远离混合配料箱的一侧安装有喷射枪。
优选的,所述限位板的底端设置有耐磨层。

优选的,所述搅拌扇叶的表面均匀设置有凸起。

与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:
一、本发明安装有承载底盘、水箱、高压气罐、混合配料箱以及切割片,使得形成切缝填缝一体机,切缝、填缝可以同时连续操作,无需人工进行,占用空间较小,工作效率高,使用便捷;
二、本发明通过加热块对高压空气枪所喷气体进行加热升温,使得便于对切缝进行烘干,无需任何等待就可以加快后续填缝处理的速度,提高了工作效率;
三、本发明安装有壳体,且在壳体的内部竖向安装有切割片,且在切割片上刻有刻度线,同时在壳体两侧的两端均安装有第二液压伸缩杆,且在第二液压伸缩杆的底端均安装有限位板,使得便于自动调节切缝的深度,使得切缝更精确,且大大降低了人工劳动强度,同时对于操作人员的经验需求要低,切缝精度高,切缝效率高,工作效率高,使用方便;
四、相比现有技术,本发明解决了现有道路切缝填缝需要分开操作、占用空间较大、使用不方便、需要人工进行切缝填缝、切缝精度低、切缝质量较差、道路质量差和工作效率低下等难题,可以实现道路切缝填缝的一体化自动操作功能,无需人工进行,具有道路切缝填缝一体化连续操作、占用空间较小、使用便捷、无需人工进行切缝填缝、切缝精度高、切缝质量高、道路质量好和工作效率高等优点。

请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种道路修建的切缝填缝一体机,一种道路修建的切缝填缝一体机,包括切割片10、水箱24、承载底盘29和混合配料箱30,承载底盘29底端的四个拐角处均安装有滚轮31,滚轮31上设置有刹车片,便于道路切缝填缝机的固定定位,便于使用,承载底盘29顶部的一端安装有水箱24,且承载底盘29顶部的另一端安装有混合配料箱30,混合配料箱30与水箱24之间的承载底盘29上安装有加压装置26,水箱24远离加压装置26一侧的承载底盘29上安装有连接架1,且连接架1远离水箱24一侧的顶端安装有固定块3,固定块3的顶端固定有第一导水管2,且第一导水管2的底端安装有喷头6,固定块3的内部竖向安装有第一液压伸缩杆4,且第一液压伸缩杆4的底端通过轴承座5安装有壳体9,壳体9的两侧的两端均安装有第二液压伸缩杆7,且第二液压伸缩杆7的底端均安装有限位板8,限位板8的底端设置有耐磨层,增加限位板8的强度,延长限位板8的使用寿命,壳体9的内部竖向安装有切割片10,且壳体9一侧的中间位置处安装有第二电机33,第二电机33可为Y90S-2型号,第二电机33的输出端通过转轴32与切割片10连接,切割片10两侧的中间位置处均刻有刻度线,便于调节定位切缝的深度,水箱24内部的底端安装有水泵23,且水泵23的顶端通过第二导水管22与第一导水管2相连通,水箱24内部远离连接架1一侧安装有竖向第三导水管25,且第三导水管25的输出端通过软管固定有高压水枪27,水箱24的顶端安装有高压气罐13,且高压气罐13的顶端安装有支架11,支架11上固定有高压空气枪12,高压气罐13远离支架11的一端安装有膨胀室15,且膨胀室15与高压气罐13通过连接管相连通,膨胀室15内部远离高压气罐13的侧壁上安装有加热块16,膨胀室15的顶端通过导气软管14与高压空气枪12的输入端连接,混合配料箱30的底端安装有第一电机28,第一电机28可为Y90L-2型号,且第一电机28的顶端通过辊轴18竖向穿过混合配料箱30的底部,混合配料箱30内部的辊轴18上均匀安装有搅拌扇叶19,搅拌扇叶19的表面均匀设置有凸起,增大与物料的接触面积,使得搅拌更均匀,使用便捷,混合配料箱30的顶端设置有加料口17,混合配料箱30远离加压装置26一侧的承载底盘29上安装有增压泵20,且增压泵20远离混合配料箱30的一侧安装有喷射枪21。
工作原理:使用时,接通电源,首先确定切缝深度,之后通过第二液压伸缩杆7将限位板8移动至相应刻度线处,之后第一液压伸缩杆4将切割片10放下开始切割即可,切割的同时,水泵23将水体依次通过第二导水管22以及第一导水管2进入喷头6,对切割片10进行降温处理,在切割的同时,切割后的切缝,首先经过高压空气枪12进行清理,之后开启加压装置26,使用高压水枪27对切缝进行清洗,之后通过加热块16对高压空气枪12所喷气体进行加热升温,使得便于对切缝进行烘干,便于后续填缝处理,之后在混合配料箱30内进行物料的混合配比,并通过第一电机28带动搅拌扇叶19进行转动,使得物料搅拌更均匀,之后物料通过增压泵20的作用通过喷射枪喷出物料进行填缝处理即可,实现了道路切缝填缝的一体化自动操作功能,解决了现有道路切缝填缝需要分开操作、占用空间较大、使用不方便、需要人工进行切缝填缝、切缝精度低、切缝质量较差、道路质量差和工作效率低下等难题,达到了目的。
