本发明公开了一种机械用冷却液,所述冷却液由以下成分组成:去离子水100重量份;三乙醇胺15~25重量份;氢氧化钾3~7重量份;苯甲酸钠4~8重量份;丁基对苯二酚3~6重量份;磷酸0.5~1.5重量份;氯化钠5~10重量份;防锈剂0.1~1重量份;抗磨润滑剂0.1~1重量份。本发明的优点在于:本发明所述的机械用冷却液环保性能好,抗滑,防锈性能好,本发明冷却液不含亚硝酸盐和重金属等有害物质,工作液可循环使用6个月无变质、发臭,对机床和工件无腐蚀、不起泡、无异味,便于切割产品,工作15天内无锈蚀、防锈能力强。本发明使用便捷,可存储两年以上。

本发明涉及一种冷却液,特别涉及一种机械用冷却液。
背景技术
在机械生产中,经常会遇到需要切割的工作,如锯床使用带锯切割、车床车削切割等,切割过程因为刀具与工件接触密切、持久,切割过程中会产生很高的热量,切割刀具与工件之间产生的摩擦力也会对刀具造成一定的磨损,所以切割过程非常损耗刀具,一般切削液要满足冷却、润滑、清洗、防锈四个目的,现有的大部分企业还在用亚硝酸钠做防锈剂,亚硝酸钠加水,冷却性极佳,防锈也可以了,但会照成加工过后工件表面有白斑,而且亚硝酸钠致癌,对操作者的身体造成损害。
发明内容
本发明要解决的技术问题是提供一种能够确保加工时冷却液对工件表面不产生任何影响的机械用冷却液。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案为:一种机械用冷却液,其创新点在于:所述冷却液由以下成分组成:去离子水100重量份;三乙醇胺15~25重量份;氢氧化钾3~7重量份;苯甲酸钠4~8重量份;丁基对苯二酚3~6重量份;磷酸0.5~1.5重量份;氯化钠5~10重量份;防锈剂0.1~1重量份;抗磨润滑剂0.1~1重量份。
进一步的,所述抗磨润滑剂为干性二硫化钼,所述防锈剂为硅烷偶联防锈剂。
进一步的,所述冷却液的PH值为6.2~7.8。
本发明的优点在于:本发明所述的机械用冷却液环保性能好,抗滑,防锈性能好,本发明冷却液不含亚硝酸盐和重金属等有害物质,工作液可循环使用6 个月无变质、发臭,对机床和工件无腐蚀、不起泡、无异味,便于切割产品,工作15天内无锈蚀、防锈能力强。本发明使用便捷,可存储两年以上。

一种机械用冷却液,冷却液由以下成分组成:去离子水100重量份;三乙醇胺15重量份;氢氧化钾3重量份;苯甲酸钠4重量份;丁基对苯二酚3重量份;磷酸0.5重量份;氯化钠5重量份;防锈剂0.1重量份;抗磨润滑剂0.1重量份。
其中,抗磨润滑剂为干性二硫化钼,防锈剂为硅烷偶联防锈剂。
其中,冷却液的PH值为6.2~7.8。
实施例2:
一种机械用冷却液,冷却液由以下成分组成:去离子水100重量份;三乙醇胺25重量份;氢氧化钾7重量份;苯甲酸钠8重量份;丁基对苯二酚6重量份;磷酸1.5重量份;氯化钠10重量份;防锈剂1重量份;抗磨润滑剂1重量份。
其中,抗磨润滑剂为干性二硫化钼,所述防锈剂为硅烷偶联防锈剂。
其中,冷却液的PH值为6.2~7.8。
实施例3:
一种机械用冷却液,冷却液由以下成分组成:去离子水100重量份;三乙醇胺20重量份;氢氧化钾5重量份;苯甲酸钠6重量份;丁基对苯二酚4.5重量份;磷酸1重量份;氯化钠7.5重量份;防锈剂0.5重量份;抗磨润滑剂0.5重量份。
其中,抗磨润滑剂为干性二硫化钼,防锈剂为硅烷偶联防锈剂。
其中,冷却液的PH值为6.2~7.8。
