发明内容
本发明的所要解决的技术问题是提供一种机械加工用冷却剂,以解决现有技术中大部分企业还在用亚硝酸钠做防锈剂,亚硝酸钠加水,冷却性极佳,防锈也可以了,但会照成加工过后工件表面有白斑,而且亚硝酸钠致癌,对操作者的身体造成损害的缺陷。

一种机械加工用冷却剂,所述机械加工用冷却液由以下质量份数的各组分组成:丙二醇 6 份、氢氧化钾5份、氯化钠 2份、苯甲酸钠4 份、丁基对苯二酚3份、二甘醇-甲醚 15份、羧甲基纤维素 8份、皮脂酸4份、甲基硅油1份、植物油14份、白花继木2份、金钗石斛9份、防锈剂3份、枸骨7份、巯基苯并噻唑钠11 份,己二酸 1 份和抗爆剂1份。
在本发明中,所述防锈剂采用硅烷偶联防锈剂。
在本发明中,所述抗爆剂采用聚乙烯醇缩甲乙醛。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明所述的机械加工用冷却液的环保性能很好,且具有非常好的抗滑和防锈能力,有效的避免在机械加工中出现锈蚀和打滑现象的发生;冷却液中不含有亚硝酸盐和重金属等有害物质,不会对人体产生危害,不会对环境产生不可逆转的伤害,且工作液可以循环使用 6 个月无变质、发臭,对机床和工件无腐蚀、不起泡、无异味,便于切割产品;采用防锈剂能够有效的保证机械加工用的刀具在工作 15 天内无锈蚀、使刀具的防锈能力强;采用防爆剂,在机械加工中刀具发生摩擦产生较大的热量,可能会发生简单的小爆炸对材料产生损坏,防爆剂能够有效的避免这种情况的发生。

一种机械加工用冷却剂,所述机械加工用冷却液由以下质量份数的各组分组成:丙二醇 8份、氢氧化钾 3 份、氯化钠 5份、苯甲酸钠6 份、丁基对苯二酚 6份、二甘醇-甲醚12份、羧甲基纤维素 6份、皮脂酸7份、甲基硅油2份、植物油6份、白花继木4份、金钗石斛5份、防锈剂2份、枸骨5份、巯基苯并噻唑钠9份,己二酸 3份和抗爆剂2份。

通过上述3个实施例,由上表中三组数据可知,当使用实施例1的防锈能力最强,实施例2的储存时间最长,实施例3的防爆能力最强。

1.一种机械加工用冷却剂,其特征是:所述机械加工用冷却液由以下质量份数的各组分组成:丙二醇 6-10 份、氢氧化钾 3-8 份、氯化钠 2-5份、苯甲酸钠2-6 份、丁基对苯二酚 3-6份、二甘醇-甲醚 9-15 份、羧甲基纤维素 6-11 份、皮脂酸4-9份、甲基硅油1-3份、植物油8-14份、白花继木2-6份、金钗石斛5-9份、防锈剂1-3份、枸骨2-7份、巯基苯并噻唑钠7-11 份,己二酸 1-5 份和抗爆剂1-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种机械加工用冷却剂,其特征在于:所述机械加工用冷却液由以下质量份数的各组分组成:丙二醇 6 份、氢氧化钾5份、氯化钠 2份、苯甲酸钠4 份、丁基对苯二酚3份、二甘醇-甲醚 15 份、羧甲基纤维素 8份、皮脂酸4份、甲基硅油1份、植物油14份、白花继木2份、金钗石斛9份、防锈剂3份、枸骨7份、巯基苯并噻唑钠11 份,己二酸 1份和抗爆剂1份。
