本发明提供了一种耐高温脱模剂的制备方法:将甲基含氢硅油,聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷,聚(甲基‑3,3,5‑三氟丙基硅氧烷),2‑氨基‑5‑甲基‑1,3,4‑噻二唑,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯加入分散釜中,搅拌,即得耐高温脱模剂产品。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种脱模剂的制备方法,特别是一种耐高温脱模剂的制备方法。
背景技术
脱模剂是一种介于模具和成品之间的功能性物质。脱模剂有耐化学性,在与不同树脂的化学成份(特别是苯乙烯和胺类)接触时不被溶解。脱模剂还具有耐热及应力性能,不易分解或磨损;脱模剂粘合到模具上而不转移到被加工的制件上,不妨碍喷漆或其他二次加工操作。由于注塑、挤出、压延、模压、层压等工艺的迅速发展,脱模剂的用量也大幅度地提高。金属或合金制造的铸件,尤其是体积较大类的铸件,所需要的压铸温度相对较高,因此耐高温脱模剂在此类产品生产过程中起着相当关键的作用。
CN104889314A 公开了一种耐热脱模剂,由以下质量百分比的原料配方组分组成:100-150份氨基改性有机硅油、100-150份聚乙烯醇、50-100份甘油、50-80份石蜡、50-80份琼脂、80-100份硬脂酸甘油酯、20-30份草酸、15-20份硫酸钠、10-15份十二烷基苯磺酸钠、8-10份月桂醇硫酸钠、10-15份聚二甲基硅氧烷、400-450份纯净水。
CN 101152662 公开了一种应用于铝合金等压铸工业的脱模剂,特别涉及一种耐热脱模剂,它包含有混合于水乳液中的重量百分比为0.1-50%的多聚酸。产品可作为适合大型、复杂和极端复杂的高端(高价位)铝合金等压铸脱模剂使用。
现有的耐高温脱模剂,大多具有可存放时间短,容易产生分层现象,涂层可使用次数少的缺陷,因此,研发一种新型耐高温脱模剂完善这些缺点是十分有必要的。
发明内容
本发明目的在于解决现有技术中存在的上述技术问题,提供一种耐高温脱模剂。
本发明所述的一种耐高温脱模剂,主要通过以下步骤实现:
按重量份计,将甲基含氢硅油100份,聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷5-8份,聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷)0.1-1份,2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑0.01-0.1份,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯1-10份加入分散釜中,在1500rpm转速下搅拌0.5-2h,即得耐高温脱模剂产品。
所述甲基含氢硅油为市售产品,如浙江创基有机硅材料有限公司生产的产品;聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷为市售产品,如杭州包尔得有机硅有限公司生产的产品;聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷)为市售产品,如湖北巨胜科技有限公司生产的产品;2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑为市售产品,如湖北邦盛化工有限公司生产的产品;2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑为市售产品,如南通谦和化工专业生产有限公司生产的产品。
与现有技术相比,本发明的橡胶脱模剂,具有以下有益效果:
本产品具有优良的耐热性,可以适应精密的金属等高温压铸环节的要求;易于保存,稳定性强;在保证产品表面光滑合格的前提下,脱模剂涂层可使用20次以上。
具体实施方式
以下实例仅仅是进一步说明本发明,并不是限制本发明保护的范围。
实施例1
在1000L分散釜中,加入甲基含氢硅油100Kg,聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷6Kg,聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷)0.5Kg,2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑0.05Kg,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯5Kg,在1500rpm转速下搅拌1h,即得耐高温脱模剂产品。产品编号M-1。
实施例2
在1000L分散釜中,加入甲基含氢硅油100Kg,聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷5Kg,聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷)0.1Kg,2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑0.01Kg,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯1Kg,在1500rpm转速下搅拌0.5h,即得耐高温脱模剂产品。产品编号M-2。
实施例3
在1000L分散釜中,加入甲基含氢硅油100Kg,聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷8Kg,聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷)1Kg,2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑0.1Kg,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯10Kg,在1500rpm转速下搅拌2h,即得耐高温脱模剂产品。产品编号M-3。
对比例1
不加入聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷),其他条件同实施例1。产品编号M-4。
对比例2
不加入2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑,其他条件同实施例1。产品编号M-5。
对比例3
不加入聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯,其他条件同实施例1。产品编号M-6。
实施例4
将实施例1-3和对比例1-3所生产出的脱模剂产品涂膜于金属模具上,然后于120℃温度下固化0.5h,检测不同工艺生产出的脱模剂产品涂膜的热稳定性,光泽程度,见表1。

1.一种耐高温脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下组份:

聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷 5-8
聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷) 0.1-1
2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑 0.01-0.1
聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯 1-10。
2.一种耐高温脱模剂的制备方法,其特征在于包括以下步骤:
按重量份计,将甲基含氢硅油100份,聚酯改性含羟基官能团聚二甲基硅氧烷5-8份,聚(甲基-3,3,5-三氟丙基硅氧烷)0.1-1份,2-氨基-5-甲基-1,3,4-噻二唑0.01-0.1份,聚氧乙烯山梨醇酐单油酸酯1-10份加入分散釜中,在1500rpm转速下搅拌0.5-2h,即得耐高温脱模剂产品。
