Abstract

本发明公开了一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,先通过溶胶‑凝胶法得到负载肉桂醛的二氧化硅复合溶胶,并将其与壳聚糖的醋酸溶液混合得到羽绒整理液,然后将脱脂、除尘、清洗、脱水、烘干处理后的羽绒在羽绒整理液中浸轧、烘干处理。本发明加工处理后得到的羽绒具有优异的抗菌防霉性能,不易变质、产生异味,且效果持久,卫生性好,有利于人们的健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及羽绒加工技术领域,尤其涉及一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法。
背景技术
羽绒是长在鹅、鸭的腹部,成芦花朵状的绒毛,是一种动物性蛋白质纤维。羽绒能够吸收人体散发流动的热气,隔绝外界冷空气的入侵,是一种极受人们欢迎的保暖材料。由于羽绒的化学组成是蛋白质,并且在羽绒原料中含有较多细菌,在湿热环境下,羽绒容易发生霉变、产生异味、甚至发生变质,不仅威胁到人们的健康,同时会导致羽绒保暖、蓬松性能下降。CN201110330230公开了一种抑菌功能羽绒的整理方法,通过将壳聚糖整理到羽绒纤维中来提高羽绒的抗菌性能。然而,仅仅用壳聚糖对羽绒进行抗菌防霉处理的效果有限,难以满足高效、持久抗菌防霉的需求。为了提高羽绒的抗菌防霉性能及其持久性,还需要对羽绒的加工处理方法作出改进。
发明内容
本发明目的就是为了弥补已有技术的缺陷,提供一种高效、持久的羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羽绒原料经过脱脂、除尘、清洗、脱水、烘干处理,得到预处理羽绒备用;
(2)将0.1-0.15重量份正硅酸乙酯、0.01-0.015重量份肉桂醛、0.2-0.3重量份质量分数为0.05-0.1%的盐酸溶液与0.5-1重量份无水乙醇混合后于40-50℃搅拌0.5-1h,得二氧化硅复合溶胶备用,将0.3-0.5重量份壳聚糖加入80-100重量份醋酸溶液中搅拌溶解均匀,然后缓慢滴加所述的二氧化硅复合溶胶并于40-50℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后得到羽绒整理液;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的预处理羽绒在步骤(2)得到的羽绒整理液中浸渍处理10-15min,然后采取浸轧工艺,轧液率为150-200%,最后烘干至恒重,得到成品,所述预处理羽绒与羽绒整理液的重量比为1:(30-50)。
所述壳聚糖的分子量为5000-20000。
所述醋酸溶液的质量分数为1-1.5%。
所述步骤(3)中的浸渍处理温度为40-80℃。
所述步骤(3)中的烘干温度为120-140℃。
本发明的优点是:
本发明通过溶胶-凝胶法得到负载肉桂醛的二氧化硅复合溶胶,然后将其与壳聚糖的醋酸溶液混合得到羽绒整理液,将脱脂、除尘、清洗、脱水、烘干处理后的羽绒在羽绒整理液中浸轧、烘干处理,在羽绒表面形成均匀的肉桂醛/纳米二氧化硅/壳聚糖复合层,一方面通过抗菌防霉活性成分肉桂醛的负载以及缓释,提高羽绒的抗菌防霉效果及其持久性,另一方面壳聚糖、纳米二氧化硅也具有一定的抗菌防霉效果,其在羽绒表面形成的膜层也能保护羽绒不受细菌、霉菌的侵蚀。通过上述加工处理,使得到的羽绒具有优异的抗菌防霉性能,不易变质、产生异味,且效果持久,卫生性好,有利于人们的健康。
具体实施方式
一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羽绒原料经过脱脂、除尘、清洗、脱水、烘干处理,得到预处理羽绒备用;
(2)将0.1重量份正硅酸乙酯、0.01重量份肉桂醛、0.2重量份质量分数为0.05%的盐酸溶液与0.5重量份无水乙醇混合后于40搅拌0.5h,得二氧化硅复合溶胶备用,将0.3重量份壳聚糖加入80重量份醋酸溶液中搅拌溶解均匀,然后缓慢滴加所述的二氧化硅复合溶胶并于40℃搅拌0.5h,冷却后得到羽绒整理液;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的预处理羽绒在步骤(2)得到的羽绒整理液中浸渍处理10min,然后采取浸轧工艺,轧液率为150%,最后烘干至恒重,得到成品,所述预处理羽绒与羽绒整理液的重量比为1:30。
所述壳聚糖的分子量为5000。
所述醋酸溶液的质量分数为1%。
所述步骤(3)中的浸渍处理温度为40℃。
所述步骤(3)中的烘干温度为120℃。

Claims (5)

1.一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
(1)将羽绒原料经过脱脂、除尘、清洗、脱水、烘干处理,得到预处理羽绒备用;
(2)将0.1-0.15重量份正硅酸乙酯、0.01-0.015重量份肉桂醛、0.2-0.3重量份质量分数为0.05-0.1%的盐酸溶液与0.5-1重量份无水乙醇混合后于40-50℃搅拌0.5-1h,得二氧化硅复合溶胶备用,将0.3-0.5重量份壳聚糖加入80-100重量份醋酸溶液中搅拌溶解均匀,然后缓慢滴加所述的二氧化硅复合溶胶并于40-50℃搅拌0.5-1h,冷却后得到羽绒整理液;
(3)将步骤(1)得到的预处理羽绒在步骤(2)得到的羽绒整理液中浸渍处理10-15min,然后采取浸轧工艺,轧液率为150-200%,最后烘干至恒重,得到成品,所述预处理羽绒与羽绒整理液的重量比为1:(30-50)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,其特征在于,所述壳聚糖的分子量为5000-20000。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,其特征在于,所述醋酸溶液的质量分数为1-1.5%。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的浸渍处理温度为40-80℃。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种羽绒的抗菌防霉加工处理方法,其特征在于,所述步骤(3)中的烘干温度为120-140℃。
