本发明涉及光伏电池技术领域,具体涉及一种太阳能电池背板。
背景技术
如今太阳能电池已被广泛使用,由于太阳能电池中的电池硅片易被水汽、氧气腐蚀,因而需要对其封装。封装是将电池硅片“上盖下垫”,将电池硅片包封,并和上层玻璃、下层背板一起,利用真空层压技术粘合为一体。
太阳能电池背板大多采用三层薄膜结构,中间层为支持体PET,内粘接层一般为EVA或聚烯烃,外层为耐候层,起到耐受空气中水汽、紫外线照射、耐风沙耐化学品侵蚀的作用,一般为含氟薄膜,比如PVF膜、PVDF膜、ETFE膜等;各层之间采用胶黏剂进行粘合,然而,胶黏剂生产水准不一,产品良莠不齐,极易受环境中温度和湿度的影响降低太阳能电池背板的层间粘结力,进而影响太阳能电池组件的使用寿命。
聚偏氟乙烯(PVDF)涂料是高温烘烤型涂料,具有优异的耐候、抗腐蚀和机械性能,常与热塑型丙烯酸混合,例如,罗门哈斯B44树脂,该树脂中甲基丙烯酸甲酯的含量占丙烯酸树脂含量的60%以上,可保证丙烯酸与偏氟乙烯的相容性好。但这类PVDF(PVDF均聚物)涂料熔点较高,需要经过200℃以上的高温烘烤成膜,在该温度下,会使太阳能电池背板基材PET的机械性能、热稳定性能下降,因此在太阳能电池背板上应用受到限制。
近几年,虽有PVDF涂料应用在太阳能电池背板中的相关专利,但都存在一定的局限性。中国专利CN102802942A中应用热塑型丙烯酸(B44)作为涂料的粘结介质,甲基丙烯酸甲酯单体的含量占丙烯酸树脂含量的60%以上,该丙烯酸树脂中甲基丙烯酸甲酯的含量高,制备的涂层对基材的粘结力低,此专利为了改善涂层附着力,优选方案使用了底漆,并且,应用热塑型的丙烯酸酯制备的涂层耐丁酮擦拭性能较差、硬度偏低,层压表观有布纹等弊病。中国专利CN104403442A、中国专利CN104449312A这两篇文献均为丙烯酸改性的热塑性偏氟乙烯涂料,由于涂料的耐热性差、涂料中又没有交联结构,因此该涂料配制的涂层硬度低、层压表观有布纹等弊病。中国专利CN104335361A中偏氟乙烯含量占树脂含量的60%以上,因PVDF具有不粘性,所以该涂料对背板基材的粘结力低。中国专利CN103703571A中涂料使用时需要预先涂布底涂,施工工艺繁杂。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足,提供一种无需底涂,并且与基材的粘结力高的太阳能电池背板用涂料。
本发明的目的是通过如下技术方案实现的。
一种太阳能电池背板用涂料,所述涂料的组成及其重量份数为:
上述太阳能电池背板用涂料,所述偏氟乙烯共聚物中偏氟乙烯的质量百分含量为65%-95%。
上述太阳能电池背板用涂料,所述偏氟乙烯共聚物的熔点为70℃-170℃,优选130℃-160℃。
上述太阳能电池背板用涂料,所述偏氟乙烯共聚物的分子量为100000-300000。
上述太阳能电池背板用涂料,所述含氟丙烯酸树脂由丙烯酸酯单体、含羟基的丙烯酸酯单体与含氟丙烯酸酯单体共聚而成。
上述太阳能电池背板用涂料,所述含氟丙烯酸树脂的分子量为8000-20000。
上述太阳能电池背板用涂料,所述含氟丙烯酸树脂中含氟丙烯酸酯单体的质量百分含量为5%-30%。
一种太阳能电池背板,所述太阳能电池背板采用上述涂料。
上述太阳能电池背板,所述太阳能电池背板包括基材、耐候层、粘结层,所述耐候层为涂料涂层,所述粘结层为涂料涂层、PE、EVA中的一种。
本发明与现有技术相比,具有如下有益效果:
(1)本发明的涂料选用了偏氟乙烯共聚物为耐候树脂,该涂料的熔点为70℃-170℃,可在200℃以下成膜,不影响太阳能电池背板基材PET的机械性能和热稳定性。
(2)本发明的涂料选用了与偏氟乙烯共聚物相容性好的含氟丙烯酸树脂,提高了涂料涂层对基材的附着力,并且无需底涂,生产工艺简单。
(3)本发明在含氟丙烯酸树脂中引入含氟丙烯酸单体,不仅提高了丙烯酸树脂的耐候性能,同时降低了偏氟乙烯共聚物的含量,降低了生产成本。
(4)本发明的含氟丙烯酸树脂含有-OH基团,可与固化剂反应形成交联结构,制备的涂层可以满足太阳能电池背板耐丁酮、高硬度、层压表观良好的要求,且在压力蒸煮100h后仍能与太阳能电池背板基材保持良好的附着力。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步详细的描述,但本发明的实施方式并不限于此。
本发明涂料的组成及其重量份数为:
所述偏氟乙烯共聚物为偏氟乙烯单体与氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、四氟乙烯、三氟氯乙烯,三氟乙烯、六氟异丁烯、全氟丁基乙烯、全氟乙烯基醚等单体中的一种或几种共聚而成,优选六氟丙烯、四氟乙烯单体。
所述偏氟乙烯共聚物中偏氟乙烯的含量为65%-95%,偏氟乙烯的含量低于65%,偏氟乙烯共聚物的结晶度下降,致使偏氟乙烯共聚物的熔点太低;偏氟乙烯的含量高于95%,偏氟乙烯共聚物的结晶度过高,与含氟丙烯酸树脂的相容性变差。
所述偏氟乙烯共聚物的熔点在70℃-170℃,优选130℃-160℃。熔点低于70℃,涂料的耐温性差,在层压过程中出现布纹;熔点高于160℃,涂料的成膜温度将高于180℃,此温度下会使背板基材PET的机械性能下降。
所述偏氟乙烯共聚物的分子量为100000-300000,分子量小于100000,偏氟乙烯共聚物的耐候性较差,分子量大于300000,偏氟乙烯共聚物在极性溶剂中的溶解性能及熔融成膜难度较大。
所述偏氟乙烯聚合物的制备方法为,将偏氟乙烯气相单体与氟乙烯、六氟丙烯、四氟乙烯、三氟氯乙烯,三氟乙烯、六氟异丁烯、全氟丁基乙烯、全氟乙烯基醚等气相单体中的一种或几种,按照重量比,压入到高压反应釜中,开启反应釜,在80℃的条件下,反应3h,冷却后出料,得到偏氟乙烯共聚物的样品。
所述含氟丙烯酸树脂由丙烯酸酯单体、含羟基的丙烯酸酯单体与含氟丙烯酸酯单体共聚而成。
所述丙烯酸酯单体选自与偏氟乙烯相容性好的甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸甲酯、甲基丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸乙酯、甲基丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、甲基丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸丁酯中的一种或几种。优选甲基丙烯酸甲酯、丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丁酯中的一种或几种。
所述含羟基的丙烯酸酯单体选自甲基丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸羟丁酯、丙烯酸羟丁酯等中的一种或几种。优选丙烯酸羟乙酯、丙烯酸羟丙酯、丙烯酸羟丁酯。
所述含氟丙烯酸酯单体选自全氟烷基丙烯酸酯、甲基丙烯酸全氟丁酯、丙烯酸全氟丁酯、甲基丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯、丙烯酸全氟烷基乙基酯、丙烯酸全氟己基乙基酯、丙烯酸十三氟辛酯、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸五氟丙酯、丙烯酸五氟丙酯、甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯、丙烯酸八氟戊酯等中的一种或几种。优选全氟丙烯酸丁酯、甲基丙烯酸三氟乙酯、甲基丙烯酸十三氟辛酯、甲基丙烯酸八氟戊酯、甲基丙烯酸五氟丙酯。
所述含氟丙烯酸树脂的分子量在8000-20000之间,如果分子量小于8000,偏氟乙烯共聚物与含氟丙烯酸树脂的交联程度较大,制备的涂料涂层较脆,分子量大于20000,偏氟乙烯共聚物与含氟丙烯酸树脂的交联度达不到要求,制备的涂料涂层的耐溶剂、硬度等性能下降。
含氟丙烯酸树脂中含氟丙烯酸酯单体的质量百分含量为5%-30%。含氟丙烯酸酯单体的含量小于5%时,含氟丙烯酸树脂的耐紫外性能较差,并且该树脂与偏氟乙烯涂料的相容性变差,制备的涂料对基材的附着力低;当含氟丙烯酸单体的含量大于30%后,含氟丙烯酸树脂的耐紫外性能、与偏氟乙烯共聚物的相容性均没有明显变化。
所述含氟丙烯酸树脂的制备方法为,将含氟丙烯酸单体、丙烯酸单体、含羟基的丙烯酸酯单体按照重量份数比与溶剂混合均匀,加入引发剂,如过氧化苯甲酰,链转移剂如正丁硫醇,在110℃的条件下反应3h,然后蒸出多余溶剂,最后干燥即得含氟丙烯酸树脂样品。
所述异氰酸酯固化剂为脂肪族的异氰酸酯中的一种或几种,优选脂肪族异氰酸酯的单体或共聚物中的一种或几种,例如HDI(六亚甲基异氰酸酯)、HDI三聚体、HDI缩二脲、IPDI(异氟二酮二异氰酸酯)、IPDI三聚体。
所述溶剂选自乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、环己酮、甲基异丁基酮、异氟二酮、氮甲基吡咯烷酮、氮氮二甲基甲酰胺、氮氮二甲基乙酰胺、丙二醇甲醚醋酸酯等中的一种或几种,优选乙酸乙酯、乙酸丁酯、氮甲基吡咯烷酮、氮氮二甲基甲酰胺、异氟二酮。
所述颜料为钛白粉。
所述助剂包括分散剂、消泡剂。所述分散剂为硅烷偶联剂,所述消泡剂为聚硅氧烷非水性乳液。
本发明还公开了一种太阳能电池背板,包括基材、涂布于基材一面或两面的涂料涂层。
所述基材为PET、聚酰胺等材料
当涂料涂布于基材一面时,基材另一面为粘结层,粘结层通过胶黏剂与基材粘结。所述粘结层为PE(聚乙烯)、EVA(乙烯醋酸乙烯酯)。所述胶黏剂为聚氨酯胶黏剂。
本发明中所用的偏氟乙烯共聚物、含氟丙烯酸树脂为自制产品。
本发明中所用的其它试剂均为公知的市售产品。
本发明的所述太阳能电池组件包括由所述涂料制备的太阳能电池背板。
以下通过实施例对本发明进行更详细说明,但是本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
涂料组成:
偏氟乙烯与六氟丙烯共聚物(偏氟乙烯含量95%,熔点158℃,分子量15万)5g,含氟丙烯酸树脂(含氟丙烯酸单体含量8%,分子量1.5万)16g,HDI 1.4g,钛白粉13g,消泡剂、分散剂各0.1g,乙酸丁酯、异氟二酮、氮氮二甲基甲酰胺混合溶剂64.4g。
将涂料涂布于PET基材上,180℃烘干,然后将未涂布的PET面用聚氨酯粘结剂与PE复合即制得太阳能电池背板。
实施例2
涂料组成:
偏氟乙烯与四氟乙烯共聚物(偏氟乙烯含量88%,熔点150℃,分子量30万)10g,含氟丙烯酸树脂(含氟丙烯酸单体含量14%,分子量为1万)15g,IPDI 1.9g;钛白粉16g,消泡剂、分散剂各0.1g,乙酸丁酯、异氟二酮、氮氮二甲基乙酰胺57.2g。
将涂料涂布于PET基材的两面,180℃烘干,即制得太阳能电池背板。
实施例3
涂料组成:
偏氟乙烯与六氟丙烯共聚物(偏氟乙烯含量90%,熔点141℃,分子量25万)12g,含氟丙烯酸树脂(含氟丙烯酸单体含量20%,分子量1.8万)12g,IPDI 1.3g,钛白粉15g,消泡剂、分散剂各0.1g,乙酸丁酯、氮氮二甲基甲酰胺、异氟二酮混合溶剂59.5g。
将涂料涂布于聚酰胺基材上,180℃烘干,然后将未涂布PET面与EVA复合即制得太阳能电池背板。
实施例4
涂料组成:
偏氟乙烯与四氟乙烯共聚物(偏氟乙烯含量65%,熔点136℃,分子量21万)10g,含氟丙烯酸树脂(含氟丙烯酸单体28%,分子量为1.2万)14g,HDI 1.5g,钛白粉15g,消泡剂、分散剂各0.1g,乙酸丁酯、氮氮二甲基甲酰胺、异氟二酮混合溶剂59.3g。
将涂料涂布于PET基材上,180℃烘干,然后将未涂布PET面与PE复合即制得太阳能电池背板。
实施例5
涂料组成:
偏氟乙烯与四氟乙烯、六氟丙烯共聚物(偏氟乙烯含量88%,熔点136℃,分子量10万)12g,含氟丙烯酸树脂(含氟丙烯酸单体含量15%,分子量为2万)16g,IPDI 1.0g,钛白粉18g,消泡剂、分散剂各0.1g,乙酸丁酯、氮氮二甲基甲酰胺、异氟二酮混合溶剂50.8g。
将涂料涂布于PET基材上,180℃烘干,然后将未涂布PET面与PE复合即制得太阳能电池背板。
对比例一:
采用PVDF均聚物,与钛白粉、溶剂、助剂按一定配比共混后制成涂料,涂布于PET基材上,180℃烘干。
对比例二:
采用PVDF均聚物与丙烯酸树脂、钛白粉、溶剂、助剂按一定配比共混后制成涂料,涂布于PET基材上,180℃烘干。
本实施例1-5制得的涂料,按GB/T31034-2014(晶体硅太阳电池组件用绝缘背板)、CQC3308-2013(光伏组件封装用背板技术规范)标准制样并检测性能,检测结果如表1所示:

1.一种太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述涂料的组成及其重量份数为:
2.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述偏氟乙烯共聚物中偏氟乙烯的质量百分含量为65%-95%。
3.根据权利要求2所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述偏氟乙烯共聚物的熔点为70℃-170℃,优选130℃-160℃。
4.根据权利要求3所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述偏氟乙烯共聚物的分子量为100000-300000。
5.根据权利要求1所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述含氟丙烯酸树脂由丙烯酸酯单体、含羟基的丙烯酸酯单体与含氟丙烯酸酯单体共聚而成。
6.根据权利要求5所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述含氟丙烯酸树脂的分子量为8000-20000。
7.根据权利要求6所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述含氟丙烯酸树脂中含氟丙烯酸酯单体的质量百分含量为5%-30%。
8.一种太阳能电池背板,其特征在于,采用如权利要求1至7任一项所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料。
9.根据权利要求8所述的太阳能电池背板用涂料,其特征在于,所述太阳能电池背板包括基材、耐候层、粘结层,所述耐候层为涂料涂层,所述粘结层为涂料涂层、PE或EVA中的一种。
