Abstract
The invention provides a face-beautifying ceramic mask blank and a preparation method thereof, belongs to the technical field of makeup, and aims to provide a face-beautifying ceramic mask blank which can sterilize the skin surface of a human body under the condition of not causing negative influence on the human body. The invention discloses a face-nourishing ceramic mask blank, which comprises the following raw material components: far infrared ceramic powder, inorganic antibacterial agent and the balance of medical stone powder; the preparation method of the face-beautifying ceramic mask blank comprises the following steps: s01: respectively putting the three materials into a drying box for drying; s02: grinding the dried material in a grinder to obtain a grinding mixture; s03: mixing the rolling mixture with deuterium-depleted water, sealing and smoldering; s04: injecting the smoldered slurry into deuterium-depleted water, standing, precipitating, discharging supernatant, and performing filter pressing on the obtained precipitate to obtain a filter cake; s05: and (3) putting the filter cake into a ball mill for ball milling, then putting powder obtained by ball milling into an ultrasonic oscillator, oscillating and standing to obtain the face-nourishing ceramic mask blank.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of beauty cosmetics, in particular to a beauty ceramic mask blank and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Although the skin itself has a function of resisting bacterial infection and does not generally cause infection, the bacteria adhered to the skin surface for a long time may have an adverse effect on the skin, and particularly, when the number of bacteria adhered to the skin surface is too large, symptoms may appear on the skin surface.
At present, bacteria on the surface of the skin are usually removed by applying medicines, but the medicines have more or less adverse effects on the human body.

The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to provide a face-beautifying ceramic mask blank which can sterilize the skin surface of a human body under the condition of not causing negative influence on the human body.
The invention provides a face-beautifying ceramic mask blank which comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 18-24% of far infrared ceramic powder, 0.5-1.3% of inorganic antibacterial agent and the balance of medical stone powder.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 20-23% of far infrared ceramic powder, 0.7-1.1% of inorganic antibacterial agent and the balance of medical stone powder.
Preferably, the raw materials comprise the following components in percentage by mass: 22% of far infrared ceramic powder, 1% of inorganic antibacterial agent and the balance of medical stone powder.
Preferably, the inorganic antibacterial agent is a silver-based antibacterial agent, a photocatalytic antibacterial agent or a nano-active antibacterial agent.
The invention provides a preparation method of a face-beautifying ceramic mask blank, which comprises the following steps:
s01: weighing the following components in percentage by mass: 18-24% of far infrared ceramic powder, 0.5-1.3% of inorganic antibacterial agent and the balance of medical stone powder, and drying the three materials in a drying oven at 160 ℃ for 2-3 hours respectively;
s02: grinding the three dried materials in the same grinder for 3-5 hours to obtain a grinding mixture;
s03: mixing the mixture and deuterium-depleted water to prepare slurry, injecting the slurry into a constant-temperature sealing tank, and sealing and smoldering for 20-43 hours;
s04: continuously injecting the smoldered slurry into deuterium-depleted water until the concentration of the mixed solution is 1.5-2g/cm3, standing, precipitating, discharging supernatant, and performing pressure filtration on the obtained precipitate to obtain a filter cake;
s05: and (3) putting the filter cake into a ball mill for ball milling, then putting the powder obtained by ball milling into an ultrasonic oscillator, oscillating for 50-80min, standing for 2-3h, then carrying out spray drying, and collecting the dried material to obtain the beautifying ceramic mask blank.
Preferably, in the S02 step, the grinding time is maintained at 4 hours.
Preferably, in the step S03, the sealing and smoldering time is 28-37 h.
Preferably, in the step S05, the shaking time is 60-70min, and the standing time is 2.5 h.
Experiments prove that the bacteriostasis rate of the ceramic fired by the beautifying ceramic mask blank provided by the invention on the skin surface of a human body is more than 97%, and in addition, because the beautifying ceramic mask blank provided by the invention is sintered into the ceramic and then is attached to the skin for use, the components of the beautifying ceramic mask blank cannot permeate into the skin of the human body, so that negative effects on the human body cannot be brought.

Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings. The following examples are only for illustrating the technical solutions of the present invention more clearly, and therefore are only examples, and the protection scope of the present invention is not limited thereby.
The face-beautifying ceramic mask blank provided by the embodiment of the invention comprises the following raw materials in percentage by mass: 18-24% of far infrared ceramic powder, 0.5-1.3% of inorganic antibacterial agent and the balance of medical stone powder; the inorganic antibacterial agent can be a silver antibacterial agent, a photocatalytic antibacterial agent or a nano active antibacterial agent.
The face-beautifying ceramic mask blank is prepared by a specific method, and specifically, the specific method comprises the following steps:
s01: weighing the following components in percentage by mass: 18-24% of far infrared ceramic powder, 0.5-1.3% of inorganic antibacterial agent and the balance of medical stone powder, and drying the three materials in a drying oven at 160 ℃ for 2-3 hours respectively;
s02: grinding the three dried materials in the same grinder for 3-5 hours to obtain a grinding mixture;
s03: mixing the mixture and deuterium-depleted water to prepare slurry, injecting the slurry into a constant-temperature sealing tank, and sealing and smoldering for 20-43 hours;
s04: continuously injecting deuterium-depleted water into the slurry after smoldering till the concentration of the mixed solution is 1.5-2g/cm3Then standing, precipitating, discharging supernatant, and performing filter pressing on the obtained precipitate to obtain a filter cake;
s05: and (3) putting the filter cake into a ball mill for ball milling, then putting the powder obtained by ball milling into an ultrasonic oscillator, oscillating for 50-80min, standing for 2-3h, then carrying out spray drying, and collecting the dried material to obtain the beautifying ceramic mask blank.
In order to verify the sterilization effect of the beautifying ceramic mask blank on human skin, the beautifying ceramic mask blank provided by the embodiment of the invention is specially selected under the following four parameters:
in the case where the composition parameters were consistent with the above table, the following four beauty ceramic mask blanks were obtained as comparative examples with only process changes:
the fillers corresponding to the four examples were used as raw materials to prepare 4 antibacterial ceramics for the test group, and the fillers corresponding to the four comparative examples were used as raw materials to prepare 4 antibacterial ceramics for the comparative group. Then, the prepared eight ceramic test pieces are subjected to bacteriostasis rate test experiments, and the bacteriostasis rates of the eight ceramics are measured and shown in the table below.
After the bacteriostasis experiment is finished, the corresponding ceramic surface colony photo of the example with the lowest bacteriostasis rate in the experimental group is shown in figure 1, and the corresponding ceramic surface colony photo of the comparative example with the highest bacteriostasis rate in the comparative group is shown in figure 2.
As can be seen from the above table and a comparison between fig. 1 and fig. 2, the ceramic bacteriostasis rate of the face-beautifying ceramic mask blank provided by the embodiment of the present invention is as high as 97%, so that if the face-beautifying ceramic mask blank provided by the present invention is used to make a face-imitating ceramic mask and the ceramic mask is worn on the face of a person, at least 97% of bacteria existing in the part of the face of the person, which is attached to or close to the ceramic mask, are killed, thereby effectively inhibiting the skin from showing adverse symptoms due to bacterial infection. In addition, because the face-beautifying ceramic mask blank provided by the invention is used by being attached to the skin after being sintered into ceramic, the components of the face-beautifying ceramic mask blank cannot permeate into the skin of a human body, so that negative effects cannot be brought to the human body.

s03: mixing the mixture and deuterium-depleted water to prepare slurry, injecting the slurry into a constant-temperature sealing tank, and sealing and smoldering for 20-43 hours;
s04: continuously injecting deuterium-depleted water into the slurry after smoldering till the concentration of the mixed solution is 1.5-2g/cm3Then standing, precipitating, discharging supernatant, and performing filter pressing on the obtained precipitate to obtain a filter cake;
s05: and (3) putting the filter cake into a ball mill for ball milling, then putting the powder obtained by ball milling into an ultrasonic oscillator, oscillating for 50-80min, standing for 2-3h, then carrying out spray drying, and collecting the dried material to obtain the beautifying ceramic mask blank.
2. A method of manufacturing a beauty ceramic mask blank according to claim 1, wherein the grinding time is maintained at 4 hours in step S02.
3. A method of manufacturing a cosmetic ceramic mask blank according to claim 1, wherein in the step of S03, the sealing and smoldering time is 28-37 hours.
