Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described with reference to the accompanying drawings. However, the embodiments of the present invention can be modified into various other forms, and the scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described below.
According to the present invention, there is provided a sheet-type pack clay composition which is excellent in adhesion and feeling and is free of clay minerals from the skin, and the clay composition for a sheet type pack of the present invention is a clay composition containing clay minerals, silicone oil, skin active ingredients, polyhydric alcohols, .
The term "clay" as used in the present invention can be used interchangeably with clay and mud, and is not particularly limited as long as it contains the clay mineral as defined in the present invention.
However, it is preferable that clay having an average particle size of 300 to 500 mesh is preferable.
In the present invention, the clay composition comprises 20 to 50% by weight of a clay mineral, 1 to 10% by weight of a silicone oil, 0.05 to 10% by weight of a skin active ingredient, 5 to 20% by weight of a polyhydric alcohol, And more preferably 35 to 45% by weight of the clay mineral, 5 to 10% by weight of the silicone oil, 2 to 5% by weight of the skin active ingredient, 10 to 15% by weight of the polyhydric alcohol, .
The clay mineral of the present invention may be at least one selected from the group consisting of loess, kaolin-based minerals, montmorillonite-based minerals, tourmaline and mica. More specifically, the kaolin minerals include kaolinite, diketate, The montmorillonite-based mineral includes montmorillonite, bentonite, acidic clay and the like. The mica includes ilite and glauconite. Further, the clay minerals of the present invention are minerals such as chlorite, May also be included.
More preferably, the montmorillonite-based mineral of the present invention is at least one selected from the group consisting of montmorillonite, bentonite and acidic clay.
In the present invention, the clay mineral is contained in an amount of 20 to 50% by weight based on the weight of the total clay composition. When the clay mineral is contained in an amount of less than 20% by weight based on the clay composition, There is a problem that the formulation is diluted and the effect due to the clay is insufficient. When the amount exceeds 50% by weight, the content of the solid content is increased, so that there is a problem in the production process such as accelerating the curing rate.
In the present invention, the silicone oil serves to prevent the clay minerals from being left on the skin without adhering to the skin. Also, during the manufacturing process, clay minerals are prevented from adhering to the rollers and the manufacturing process can be smoothly performed.
The silicone oil may be selected from the group consisting of copolymers of cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone, copolymers of cyclomethicone and dimethicone and vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone, amodimimethicon, cetyl dimethicone, cyclohexasiloxane, cyclomethicone, Cyclopentasiloxane, dicasoundoyl trimethylolpropane siloxysilicate, dimethicone copolyol, dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethiconol, phenyl trimethicone, trimethicone and dimethicone and phenyl vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer Copolymers of cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone with vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, copolymers of organopolysiloxane, stearoxymethicone and dimethicone; And mixtures thereof. More preferably, the copolymer is selected from the group consisting of copolymers of cyclopentasiloxane and dimethicone, copolymers of cyclomethicone and dimethicone and vinyl dimethicone crosspolymer, dimethicone and mixtures thereof ≪ / RTI >
The silicone oil is contained in an amount of 1 to 10% by weight based on the weight of the entire clay composition. When the silicone oil component is added in an amount of less than 1% by weight based on the weight of the entire clay composition, There is a problem that the clay mineral component is easily separated from the pack, and when the pack is applied to the skin, residues remain on the skin or the like, and when it is added in an amount exceeding 10% by weight, The silicone oil is slurried with the clay minerals, which makes it difficult to produce the silicone oil in the form of a pack having a thin thickness.
The skin active ingredient includes cosmetic ingredients having effects such as wrinkle improvement, skin whitening, ultraviolet ray blocking, anti-aging, anti-aging, moisture supply and elasticity enhancement to the skin, and drugs for prevention and treatment of skin diseases. Is not particularly limited as long as it is an ingredient capable of providing effects.
For example, the active ingredients of the skin may be selected from the group consisting of retinol, retinyl palmitate, retinyl acetate, retinoic acid, coenzyme quetin, elastin, collagen, hyaluronic acid, ceramide, collagen, caffeine, chitosan, ascorbic acid, ascorbyl glucoside, It is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of bovine olol, tocopherol, tocopherol acetate, arbutin, niacinamide, adenosine, retinol acetate, vitamins A, D, E and natural extracts.
The natural extract may be selected from the group consisting of aloe, green tea, ginseng, red ginseng, pearl, wood vinegar, ginkgo leaf, propolis, mulberry leaf, silkworm, snail slime, kakaduplum, camucam, yashiyaki, squalane, caviar, It is a place where it is possible to have a lot of fruits and vegetables such as asparagus, raspberry, raspberry, raspberry, mugwort, chrysanthemum, cherry, mangosteen, guacamole, mangosteen, guava, corn, carrot, caffeine, hammamelis, spirulina, It may be at least one selected from the group consisting of mung bean, edelweiss, chamomile, lavender, peppermint, eucalyptus, lemon balm, oregano, tea tree, gold,
The skin active ingredient may be contained in an amount of 0.05 to 10% by weight based on the weight of the entire clay composition. When the skin active ingredient is contained in an amount of less than 0.05% by weight based on the weight of the whole composition, If it exceeds 10% by weight, skin irritation may occur.
On the other hand, the polyhydric alcohol which can be used in the present invention is preferably at least one selected from the group consisting of glycerin, ethylene glycol, propylene glycol, dipropylene glycol and butylene glycol.
When the polyhydric alcohol is contained in an amount of less than 5% by weight based on the weight of the entire clay composition, dispersion of the clay is difficult. When the polyalcohol is contained in an amount exceeding 20% by weight, the formulation tends to sticky.
On the other hand, in the present invention, the water is included as 'remaining water' so that the total clay composition is 100% by weight by adding water, and the water is preferably purified water.
Further, the clay composition of the present invention may contain at least one selected from the group consisting of a moisturizer, a pH adjuster, an antiseptic, a flavor, an oil, a surfactant, a stabilizer, an emulsifier, a thickener, a binder, a colorant, One additional additive may be included.
The other additives may be contained in an amount of 0.01 to 10% by weight, more preferably 0.05 to 5% by weight, based on the weight of the entire clay composition of the present invention.
According to the present invention, there is provided a sheet type clay mask pack comprising a clay composition layer made of the clay composition of the present invention and a support.
The production of the sheet-type clay mask pack comprises: preparing a clay composition by mixing the clay mineral (clay), skin active ingredient, silicone oil, polyhydric alcohol and purified water at a temperature of 70 to 90 ° C; Applying the clay composition to a support to form a clay composition layer; And cooling the clay mask pack in which the clay composition layer is formed at a temperature of -10 to 5 占 폚.
When the step of preparing the clay composition is carried out at a temperature lower than 70 ° C, it is difficult to agitate the clay easily, and when it is carried out at a temperature exceeding 90 ° C, I have fallen.
In the step of producing the clay composition, the mixing step is preferably carried out by stirring or the like.
On the other hand, the step of applying the clay composition to a support to form the clay composition layer is not particularly limited and may be performed by general application, dip coating, roll coating, and the like. At this time, the clay composition layer may be laminated on at least one side of the support, or a part or all of the clay composition layer may be impregnated into the support. However, when a part or all of the clay composition layer is impregnated on the support, the layer comprising the clay composition may not be distinguished from the support. However, for convenience in the description of the present invention, Quot;
On the other hand, when the cooling step is carried out at a temperature lower than -10 ° C, the clay mask is frozen and broken, and when the coating is performed at a temperature exceeding 5 ° C, cooling of the coated composition is insufficient. The cooling step may be performed for 30 minutes To < / RTI > 3 hours.
The sheet-type clay mask pack of the present invention obtained by such a process comprises a clay composition layer composed of the clay composition of the present invention; And a support on which at least one surface of the clay composition layer is formed.
In this case, the thickness of the clay composition layer is preferably 0.01 to 5 mm. When the thickness is less than 0.01 mm, the thickness of the clay composition layer may be excessively thin, which may cause tearing of the pack when adhered to the skin. There is a problem that the effective effect derived from the skin active ingredient and the clay mineral is not sufficiently transmitted to the skin. On the other hand, if it exceeds 5 mm, the clay composition layer becomes excessively thick, so that the adhesion to the skin is deteriorated and the clay composition layer is not uniformly formed.
The support which can be used in the sheet-type clay mask pack of the present invention may be selected from the group consisting of synthetic fibers or nonwoven fabrics or fabrics made of natural fibers. For example, the synthetic fibers include polypropylene (PP), polyethylene (PE ), Polyethylene terephthalate (PET), or the like, or nylon, rayon fiber, and the like, and the natural fibers may be cotton, hemp, paper, pulp and the like. Preferably the support is a rayon mesh fabric.
Meanwhile, the support of the present invention preferably has a thickness of 0.1 to 5 mm, and such a film may be embodied in the form of a mesh sheet. When the thickness is less than 0.1 mm, the support may easily break during storage, transportation, and use. If the thickness exceeds 5 mm, the thickness of the mask pack becomes excessively large as a whole.
The sheet-type clay mask pack of the present invention can be formed into a desired shape suitable for a body part such as a face, an under eye, an eye area, a ball, a chin, and a neck to obtain a final form pack.
And further comprising at least one release film layer on one or both sides of the support of the sheet-type clay mask pack after the support is laminated to the support or the support is impregnated with the clay composition to protect the clay composition layer have.
The material of the release film that can be used at this time is not particularly limited, and any material known to be usable as a release film in the art can be used without limitation.
Hereinafter, the present invention will be described more specifically by way of specific examples. The following examples are provided to aid understanding of the present invention, and the scope of the present invention is not limited thereto.

Manufacture of mask pack
Example One
Clay mineral (clay), skin active ingredient, silicone oil, polyhydric alcohol and purified water were mixed with stirring at a temperature of 70 캜 to prepare a clay composition. The water was mixed so that the total composition was 100% by weight. The clay composition was coated (coated) on a PET nonwoven substrate using a roller at a thickness of about 0.3 mm and cooled at a temperature of about 2-3 DEG C for 1 hour to prepare a clay mask pack having a clay composition layer formed thereon Respectively.
The specific components and contents of the clay composition are as shown in Table 1 below.
Example 2 to 4
A clay mask pack in which a clay composition layer was formed was produced by the same procedure described in Example 1, except that the specific components and contents of the clay composition were changed as shown in Table 1 below.
Unit: wt%
Comparative Example 1 to 3
A clay mask pack in which a clay composition layer was formed was produced by the same process as described in Example 1, except that the specific components and content of the clay composition were changed as shown in Table 2 below.
2.
Clay
Characteristic evaluation of mask pack
1, it was confirmed that the mask pack of the present invention can be manufactured as a mask pack as shown in FIG. 1, and the clay mineral component does not adhere to the release film. Clay minerals did not appear on the skin.
However, the clay mask packs prepared according to Comparative Examples 1 and 2 were too thin and sticky. As a result, as shown in FIG. 2, it was confirmed that a large amount of clay mineral components appeared on the release film. The clay mineral (clay) component is stuck on the rollers used in the roll coating, causing a problem of hardening.
On the other hand, in the case of Comparative Example 3, the content of the silicone oil tended to be excessively high and slurry with clay minerals. As a result, it was confirmed that it was difficult to produce a mask pack. In the case of Comparative Example 4, since the content of the silicone oil was low, the formulation was diluted similarly to Comparative Examples 1 and 2, and clay appeared.
While the present invention has been particularly shown and described with reference to exemplary embodiments thereof, it is to be understood that the invention is not limited to the disclosed exemplary embodiments, but, on the contrary, It will be obvious to those of ordinary skill in the art.
