本发明提供农产品装箱封口机构，它包括有固定在地面上的输送架，输送架上固定有输送轨道，输送轨道为两条，分别位于输送架顶部两侧，输送轨道上活动安装有托架，托架底部两侧设有滑轮板，滑轮板上安装有行走滑轮，行走滑轮由输送轨道承托滑动；托架顶部中心处设有旋转座，旋转座顶部安装有箱体旋转架，箱体旋转架以及托架外侧设有相互配合的插销筒，插销筒内活动插装有止动插销；箱体旋转架表面均匀分布有若干个下凹的沉孔，沉孔内活动插装有箱体限位销。采用本方案后的结构合理、封箱方便、封箱时无需再移动箱体。

本发明涉及农产品技术领域，尤其是指农产品装箱封口机构。
背景技术
现有的农产品在装箱时，将箱盖扣在箱体上后，需要工人旋转箱体进行封箱，箱体底部与地面磨擦容易损坏，对于较大的箱体，工人则要围绕箱体行走封箱，劳动强度大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足，提供一种结构合理、封箱方便的农产品装箱封口机构。
为实现上述目的，本发明所提供的技术方案为：农产品装箱封口机构，它包括有固定在地面上的输送架，输送架上固定有输送轨道，输送轨道为两条，分别位于输送架顶部两侧，输送轨道上活动安装有托架，托架底部两侧设有滑轮板，滑轮板上安装有行走滑轮，行走滑轮由输送轨道承托滑动；托架顶部中心处设有旋转座，旋转座顶部安装有箱体旋转架，箱体旋转架以及托架外侧设有相互配合的插销筒，插销筒内活动插装有止动插销；箱体旋转架表面均匀分布有若干个下凹的沉孔，沉孔内活动插装有箱体限位销。
所述的箱体旋转架由若干条方管焊接形成的长方形。
所述的箱体旋转架底部中心处通过轴承环安装在旋转座上。
所述的输送轨道截面呈L形，两条输送轨道的横臂相对，输送轨道的竖壁对滑轮板外侧进行限位，行走滑轮位于滑轮板内侧，并由输送轨道的横臂承托滑动。
本发明在采用上述方案后，未详述的结构及安装方式均可采用市面常规结构及安装，先根据空箱的尺寸将箱体限位销插入沉孔，空箱在放置后由相应的箱体限位销限位，防止放置产品时箱体移动，在装箱时可以将止动插销插在插销筒对箱体旋转架进行止动，装箱后再将止动插销拨出，扣上箱盖，将胶布贴在箱盖与空箱的接触处任意一点，再旋转箱体旋转架，即可使胶布绕卷缠绕在箱盖与空箱的接触处，完成封箱操作。采用本方案后的结构合理、封箱方便、封箱时无需再移动箱体。

下面结合所有附图对本发明作进一步说明，本发明的较佳实施例为：参见附图1和附图2，本实施例所述的农产品装箱封口机构包括有固定在地面上的输送架2，输送架2上固定有输送轨道1，输送轨道1为两条，分别位于输送架2顶部两侧，输送轨道1上活动安装有托架3，托架3底部两侧设有滑轮板，滑轮板上安装有行走滑轮4，行走滑轮4由输送轨道1承托滑动；所述的输送轨道1截面呈L形，两条输送轨道1的横臂相对，输送轨道1的竖壁对滑轮板外侧进行限位，行走滑轮4位于滑轮板内侧，并由输送轨道1的横臂承托滑动；托架3顶部中心处设有旋转座5，旋转座5顶部安装有箱体旋转架6，箱体旋转架6由若干条方管焊接形成的长方形，箱体旋转架6底部中心处通过轴承环安装在旋转座5上，箱体旋转架6以及托架3外侧设有相互配合的插销筒7，插销筒7内活动插装有止动插销；箱体旋转架6表面均匀分布有若干个下凹的沉孔8，沉孔8内活动插装有箱体限位销9。本实施例未详述的结构及安装方式均可采用市面常规结构及安装，先根据空箱的尺寸将箱体限位销插入沉孔，空箱在放置后由相应的箱体限位销限位，防止放置产品时箱体移动，在装箱时可以将止动插销插在插销筒对箱体旋转架进行止动，装箱后再将止动插销拨出，扣上箱盖，将胶布贴在箱盖与空箱的接触处任意一点，再旋转箱体旋转架，即可使胶布绕卷缠绕在箱盖与空箱的接触处，完成封箱操作。采用本实施例后的结构合理、封箱方便、封箱时无需再移动箱体。

1.农产品装箱封口机构，它包括有固定在地面上的输送架（2），其特征在于：输送架（2）上固定有输送轨道（1），输送轨道（1）为两条，分别位于输送架（2）顶部两侧，输送轨道（1）上活动安装有托架（3），托架（3）底部两侧设有滑轮板，滑轮板上安装有行走滑轮（4），行走滑轮（4）由输送轨道（1）承托滑动；托架（3）顶部中心处设有旋转座（5），旋转座（5）顶部安装有箱体旋转架（6），箱体旋转架（6）以及托架（3）外侧设有相互配合的插销筒（7），插销筒（7）内活动插装有止动插销；箱体旋转架（6）表面均匀分布有若干个下凹的沉孔（8），沉孔（8）内活动插装有箱体限位销（9）。
2.根据权利要求1所述的农产品装箱封口机构，其特征在于：箱体旋转架（6）由若干条方管焊接形成的长方形。
3.根据权利要求1所述的农产品装箱封口机构，其特征在于：箱体旋转架（6）底部中心处通过轴承环安装在旋转座（5）上。
4.根据权利要求1所述的农产品装箱封口机构，其特征在于：输送轨道（1）截面呈L形，两条输送轨道（1）的横臂相对，输送轨道（1）的竖壁对滑轮板外侧进行限位，行走滑轮（4）位于滑轮板内侧，并由输送轨道（1）的横臂承托滑动。
