本发明公开了一种废气低温催化处理装置。所述废气低温催化处理装置设置在烘炉出风道内,所述废气低温催化处理装置为多层叠加的过滤器,所述过滤器内设置有“分子筛”式催化剂颗粒;所述催化剂颗粒选用陶瓷堇青石、氧化镧、氧化铈、金、银、铂中的一种制成;所述催化剂颗粒催化温度范围为150‑500℃。本发明催化剂颗粒无需额外加热,在炉内温度环境下就可以对有机废气进行催化氧化,同时“分子筛”结构可以更容易地吸附有机废气,提高了催化效率。有机废气经过催化氧化后分解为CO2、H2O,消除了刺鼻气味,洁净环保。

技术领域:
本发明属于废气处理技术领域,特别涉及一种废气低温催化处理装置。
背景技术:
漆包线在生产过程中会使用有机溶剂,有机溶剂在烘炉600度左右的催化燃烧后剩余的气体再难以用高温燃烧方式进行处理,只能采用喷淋等方式进行掩盖,但并不能制本,多少会产生废水等二次污染,且刺鼻的有机废气在远处最终会脱离掩盖体飘散。

本发明的目的在于提供一种废气低温催化处理装置,从而克服上述现有技术中的缺陷。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了一种废气低温催化处理装置,所述废气低温催化处理装置设置在烘炉出风道内,所述废气低温催化处理装置为多层叠加的过滤器,所述过滤器内设置有“分子筛”式催化剂颗粒;所述催化剂颗粒选用陶瓷堇青石、氧化镧、氧化铈、金、银、铂中的一种制成;所述催化剂颗粒催化温度范围为150-500℃。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有如下有益效果:
催化剂颗粒无需额外加热,在炉内温度环境下就可以对有机废气进行催化氧化,同时“分子筛”结构可以更容易地吸附有机废气,提高了催化效率。有机废气经过催化氧化后分解为CO2、H2O,消除了刺鼻气味,洁净环保。
