Abstract

本发明公开了一种烟囱尾气处理装置,包括输送烟气的管道、用于最终排出气体的出风口,紧固盖通过螺栓连接方式安装在烟囱顶端上,紧固盖与烟囱之间采用密封件密封,紧固盖与余热收集箱之间通过管道焊接连接,余热收集箱与水洗箱之间通过管道焊接连接,水洗箱与碱液箱之间通过管道焊接连接,本发明解决了传统装置对尾气处理不干净,处理过程复杂难控制的问题,充分清理了烟气中的灰尘和有害气体,利用余热收集装置收集烟气中的热量,减少了能量的浪费,利用雾状喷头喷洒均匀的功能,增大了喷出的液体与烟气的接触面积,提高了烟气处理效率,具有处理效果显著,结构稳定性高,可操纵性强的优点。

技术领域
本发明属于废气处理装置技术领域,涉及一种烟囱尾气处理装置。
背景技术
目前化工厂在进行产品生产时需要使用煅烧炉等高温设备,而燃料燃烧不可避免地产生大量的烟尘,这些烟尘中含有大量的灰尘,硫化物,二氧化碳等物质,烟囱的主要作用是拔火拔烟,排走烟气,改善燃烧条件,它又分为民用和工业用,民用烟囱很简单,主要用于排烟,工业用烟囱主要为了散落废物,和达到一定的拔风力。但是烟囱又有另一种含义,即坏境污染,烟囱越多,就表示排放的废气越多,因此有必要对烟囱排出的尾气进行处理。
近几年国内专利数据库公开了一些类似的烟囱尾气回收装置技术报道:
【申请号】ZL2015211277592,【名称】烟囱尾气回收装置,【公开号】CN 205252881U,公开了一种烟囱尾气回收装置,其包括:与烟囱出口相互连通的出烟筒、设置在所述出烟筒内部的至少一层尾气处理组件、与所述出烟筒的底部连通的出液导管、以及正对所述出液导管出口的盛液池,所述尾气处理组件包括挡烟罩、位于挡烟罩上方的圆台筒、以及位于圆台筒内的水雾喷头,但由于该装置无法直接与烟囱楔合安装,存在处理不方便,中间环节长的问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种多处理室、处理彻底的烟囱尾气处理装置,解决传统装置对尾气处理不干净,处理过程复杂难控制的问题。
本发明提供一种烟囱尾气处理装置,包括输送烟气的管道、用于最终排出气体的出风口,紧固盖通过螺栓连接方式安装在烟囱顶端上,紧固盖与烟囱之间采用密封件密封,紧固盖与余热收集箱之间通过管道焊接连接,余热收集箱吸收烟气中的热量,余热收集箱与水洗箱之间通过管道焊接连接,水洗箱洗涤烟气中的灰尘和可溶于水的有害气体,水洗箱与碱液箱之间通过管道焊接连接,碱液箱处理烟气中不溶于水的酸性气体,出风口排出处理后的气体。
所述的余热收集箱上边具有出水口,下边具有进水口,出水口与进水口之间安装有冷凝管,冷凝管采用导热性能好的铜管制成。
所述的水洗箱下部具有第一排水管,水洗箱球面上等间距安装有5个第一雾状喷头,第一雾状喷头外部连接水管。
所述的碱液箱耐碱腐蚀,下部具有防碱腐蚀的第二排水管,碱液箱球面上等间距安装有5个具有防碱腐蚀的第二雾状喷头,第二雾状喷头外部连接碱液管。
本发明采用烟气多级处理箱结构的设计,充分清理了烟气中的灰尘和有害气体,利用余热收集装置收集烟气中的热量,减少了能量的浪费,利用雾状喷头喷洒均匀的功能,增大了喷出的液体与烟气的接触面积,提高了烟气处理效率,解决了传统装置对尾气处理不干净,处理过程复杂难控制的问题,具有处理效果显著,结构稳定性高,可操纵性强的优点。

下面结合具体附图和实施例对本发明作进一步说明。
如图1-2所示,本发明主要包括输送烟气的管道2、用于最终排出气体的出风口6,紧固盖1通过螺栓连接方式安装在烟囱顶端上,紧固盖1与烟囱之间采用密封件密封,紧固盖1与余热收集箱3之间通过管道2焊接连接,余热收集箱3吸收烟气中的热量,余热收集箱3与水洗箱4之间通过管道2焊接连接,水洗箱4洗涤烟气中的灰尘和可溶于水的有害气体,水洗箱4与碱液箱5之间通过管道2焊接连接,碱液箱5处理烟气中不溶于水的酸性气体,出风口6排出处理后的气体,余热收集箱3上边具有出水口31,下边具有进水口32,出水口31与进水口32之间安装有冷凝管33,冷凝管33采用导热性能好的铜管制成,水洗箱4下部具有第一排水管42,水洗箱4球面上等间距安装有5个第一雾状喷头41,第一雾状喷头41外部连接水管,碱液箱5下部具有防碱腐蚀的第二排水管52,碱液箱5球面上等间距安装有5个具有防碱腐蚀的第二雾状喷头51,第二雾状喷头51外部连接碱液管。
工作时,通过紧固盖1安装到烟囱顶端,将冷凝液从余热收集箱3的进水口32通入,经由冷凝管33吸收了烟气中的热量,然后从出水口31流出,烟气经过水洗箱4,水洗箱4中的第一雾状喷头41与水管相连,打开水管,水流经第一雾状喷头41雾化喷射进水洗箱4中,洗涤掉烟气中的灰尘,带有灰尘的水液汇集到水洗箱4底端,经过第一排水管42流出,烟气经过碱液箱5,碱液箱5中的第二雾状喷头51与碱液管相连,打开碱液管,碱液经第二雾状喷头51雾化喷射进碱液箱5中,洗涤掉烟气中的酸性气体,反应后的碱液汇集到碱液箱5底端,经过第二排水管52流出。

1.一种烟囱尾气处理装置,包括输送烟气的管道(2)、用于最终排出气体的出风口(6),其特征在于:紧固盖(1)通过螺栓连接方式安装在烟囱顶端上,紧固盖(1)与烟囱之间采用密封件密封,紧固盖(1)与余热收集箱(3)之间通过管道(2)焊接连接,余热收集箱(3)吸收烟气中的热量,余热收集箱(3)与水洗箱(4)之间通过管道(2)焊接连接,水洗箱(4)洗涤烟气中的灰尘和可溶于水的有害气体,水洗箱(4)与碱液箱(5)之间通过管道(2)焊接连接,碱液箱(5)处理烟气中不溶于水的酸性气体,出风口(6)排出处理后的气体;所述的余热收集箱(3)上边具有出水口(31),下边具有进水口(32),出水口(31)与进水口(32)之间安装有冷凝管(33),冷凝管(33)采用导热性能好的铜管制成。
2.如权利要求1所述的烟囱尾气处理装置,其特征在于:所述的水洗箱(4)下部具有第一排水管(42),水洗箱(4)球面上等间距安装有5个第一雾状喷头(41),第一雾状喷头(41)外部连接水管。
