在本发明的第一方面中,提供了一种用于适配现有管线的设备,所述设备包括适于围绕在使用中的现有管线的至少一部分装配的夹具部分,至少一个颈部或支管部分从所述夹具悬垂,并且其中该设备包括阀装置。
因此,提供了一种用于围绕现有管道夹紧以从其提供至少一个颈部或支管的设备,其中所述设备还包括阀装置,以控制、调节和/或停止通过所述设备和/或颈部的流动。
通常,该至少一个颈部或支管部分形成从夹具部分悬垂的三通或T形连接导管。此外,阀装置通常控制通过所述颈部或支管部分的流动。
在一个实施例中,该设备包括壳体。通常,至少颈部或支管部分和阀装置由壳体限定和/或位于壳体内。此外,壳体通常限定包括夹具部分、颈部或支管部分和所述阀装置的整体。

具体实施方式
本发明涉及一种组合三通阀,其已经开发为提供全通径孔在线结构阀(full boreinline construction valve),其允许在一小部分时间内发生承压钻孔和线路停止,增加成本优势并最小化所需时间。这对终端用户和承包商来说是巨大的健康和安全优势。
参照图1,示出了组合三通阀2,其包括夹具4,夹具4成形为围绕在使用中的现有管道装配,将现有管道夹在夹具的部件之间。限定导管8的三通6配备有集成闸阀10,导管8沿垂直方向远离夹具4和位于夹具4内的管道(未示出)。闸门可以完全缩回以允许全通径孔经由导管进入保持在夹具中的管道。这允许诸如切割工具、阻流塞、第二阀等装置穿过三通导管8进入现有管道系统。
本领域技术人员将理解,三通可以具有足以结合阀的任何合理的长度。
在该示例中,夹具4为鞍型夹具,其具有安装在管道周围的上夹具部分12和下夹具部分14,并且通过将螺母和螺栓紧固在一起以将相对的上下部分聚拢,从而将装置2固定在管道周围。

流量额定值。
在钻入管道之前,钻孔操作之前的下夹具组件的组装过程包括:
(1)通过松开固定螺母但确保螺栓不脱开,拆下下夹具部分;
(2)确保华夫格密封件已润滑;
(3)将组合阀的上半部放在主管道上并旋转到位;
(4)将夹具的下半部连接到阀部分下面,并将紧固件定位;
(5)确保华夫格垫部分正确插入;
(6)继续在直径位置拧紧螺栓,直到均匀拧紧;
(7)确保螺栓扭矩到95-120Nm;
(8)继续管道钻孔过程,并对照已发布的现场服务规范(Site Services RAMS)进行。
图2示出了通过阀-三通装置2的横截面图。阀闸门20在水平面中线性移动,并且通过旋转键18来致动。当完全打开时,导管8允许全通径孔接入夹在夹爪16之间的管道中。因此,诸如钻头等的其它设备可以穿过该管道。

Claims (24)
