此外参考图10和图11,现在将描述使用时的划船练习装置105。在图10中,可移动的用户支撑物155示出为跨上/跨下位置。跨上(mount)/跨下(dismount)位置是用户242上到划船练习装置105上以开始划船锻炼进程并且在划船进程完成之后从练习装置105上下来时,可移动的用户支撑物155以及可移动的脚部支撑物230的位置。在图10所示的跨上/跨下位置中,用户242处于蜷缩位置,其中,腿部/膝盖大体弯曲、臂部与保持在把手组件240上的手基本成直线并且躯干相对于导轨156大致垂直。为了划船,用户向后倾斜,朝向躯干拉动把手组件240(和线缆238),并且用脚推动脚板165,使腿部变直。如图11所示,因为线缆238是固定长度,所以当线缆238在把手组件240与可移动的脚部支撑物230之间的长度增加时,线缆238在固定的上部滑轮222与可移动的脚部支撑物230之间的长度减少,使得可移动的脚部支撑物230以与用户242在把手组件240/线缆238上拉动的速率成比例的速率沿倾斜导轨156向上移动。如图7A、图7B所示的导轨156的可被调整的角度确定用户242沿倾斜导轨156将可移动的脚部支撑物230、用户242和可移动的用户支撑物155向上拉动至图11所示的完成位置所必须克服的阻力大小(用户体重的百分比)。如图11的完成位置所示,不同于传统的水平面/水平划船机,划船练习装置105的倾斜性质使得能够产生针对用户背部的更好划船姿势,因为用户的躯干更向后倾斜(与传统的水平面/水平划船机相比)。
为了返回至图10所示的跨上/跨下位置,用户242同时使臂部变直、使躯干向前弯曲并且使腿部弯曲。这使得线缆238在把手组件240与可移动的脚部支撑物230之间的长度减少并且线缆238在固定的上部滑轮222与可移动的脚部支撑物230之间的长度增加,使得可移动的脚部支撑物230沿着倾斜导轨156向下移动至图9所示的位置。不同于大量阻力仅出现在拉动时的传统的水平面/水平划船机,当用户242划船时,沿倾斜导轨156向上和向下,用户242在拉动(沿导轨156向上)和返回(沿导轨156向下)时,都体验基本相同大小的阻力。因此,划船练习装置105是独特的,因为它是具有离心阻力和向心阻力的全体重阻力的划船机。在划船的同时,因为脚板165沿导轨156向上和向下移动,所以用户的脚也移动。用户沿导轨156向上和向下的移动给予用户242独特的“乘坐”体验。
图8以船运/封装配置(例如,用于船运/运输划船练习装置105的配置)示出划船练习装置105。在该配置中,成角度支撑塔234与导轨156大致平行,且显示组件237向下布置。
图9以贮藏配置示出划船练习装置105,其中,划船练习装置105通过横杆158和成角度支撑塔234的上端支撑在水平面上。在该配置中,可调整支撑组件55向前枢转并邻近且平行于支撑导轨156锁定。
图20示出划船练习装置的替代贮藏配置,其中,划船练习装置通过可调整支撑组件和导轨(多个导轨)的端部支撑在水平面上。
与过去的划船练习装置相比,该划船练习装置105提供大量优势:
1.倾斜导轨(多个导轨)上的两个独立的可滑动/可滚动/可移动的支撑平台(例如,座椅105)、可移动的脚部支撑物230以把手运动至脚部运动的任意比值或可变比值,通过脚部和座椅的相对身体位置的运动一起工作以提供阻力。这可通过任意数量的线缆、滑轮、杆以及任意组合实现。
2.整个身体的运动(在划船运动过程中,除了身体移动以外,脚部也移动)更有趣,并且与具有固定脚部位置的划船者相比,提供更刺激的感受。
3.与典型的利用具有固定脚部位置的划船者的只有重复体育模仿的向心运动相比,划船练习装置105上的向心练习和离心练习更健康。
4.具有向心负载和离心负载的划船机,利用或不利用用户的体重作为阻力。
另外参考图12至图20,划船练习装置105的一个或多个实施方式和/或实现方式包括以下一个或多个。可移动的用户支撑物155是座椅、滑板或滑动平台。导轨(多个导轨)156是单导轨、一对导轨或其他数量的导轨。导轨(多个导轨)156被弯曲以改变在可变斜面上的阻力(例如,允许针对不同用户在导轨的不同点处的不同斜坡上的运动的前进)。支撑组件55不可调整(例如,固定斜面)。对于固定斜面配置,横杆158上的轮159可安装为使得它们在后腿56离开地面时接合以便将划船练习装置105滚动至另一地点。横杆158不包括轮159。如图9所示,划船练习装置105可通过使其立在其端部上来贮藏。划船练习装置105包括用于沿着导轨156将脚板/踏板165锁定在最佳位置处的锁250以便使划船练习装置105立在端部上以用于贮藏。参考图20,把手组件240也可用于在划船练习装置处于贮藏配置时,约束一个或两个脚板/踏板165,以用于更紧凑的水平贮藏且易于运输。划船组件220可包括不止一个上部滑轮222。划船组件220可具有大量滑轮(例如,更多或更少的滑轮)、滑轮配置、滑轮布置和/或除所示以外的联动装置的组合以建立固定框架/导轨(多个导轨)156、脚板/踏板165、可移动的用户支撑物155与把手组件240之间的不同运动比。这些也将改变施加在可移动的用户支撑物155与脚部之间的负载以增加运动的有效性。划船组件220可被构造为将用户242在把手组件240/线缆238上拉动的速率与可移动的脚部支撑物230沿倾斜导轨(多个导轨)156向上移动的速率的比值调整为任意比值。如在图18和图19的划船练习装置的实施方式中所示的,划船组件220可具有滑轮260、线缆270、凸轮280、杆290、齿轮300或其他机构的任意组合以实现两个人类推动点(座椅&脚部)以及一致地利用一只手或两只手的一个或两个拉动点或独立具有两条线缆238和分离把手240的相对运动。每个独立把手240可与划船组件220中的独立线缆相对应,或者每个把手240可附接至与划船组件220中的单条线缆接合的独立线缆/链路。这些组合产生舒服、安全且有益的练习阻力。这些组合可由用户改变或选择,以用于通过三个负载点中的任一个的更大或更小的阻力。如图21所示,线缆238可终止于把手组件240以外的位置。弹簧(多个弹簧)133可以是任意类型的弹簧,诸如但不限于,扭转弹簧(多个扭转弹簧)、拉伸弹簧(多个拉伸弹簧)和/或压缩弹簧(多个压缩弹簧)。这帮助一些用户在运动范围结束时实现更大力,但是它取决于用户身高。替换地,划船组件220不包括一个或多个弹簧133。划船组件220包括一个或多个重量阻力机构306以增加或改变阻力。例如,划船组件220可包括弹簧(例如,扭转弹簧(多个扭转弹簧)、拉伸弹簧(多个拉伸弹簧)、压缩弹簧(多个压缩弹簧))133、弹力绳(bungee elastic cord)(多条弹力绳)或一个或多个其他材料以便与弹簧(例如,气囊(多个气囊)等)一样/如同弹簧用至不同移动结构(例如,可移动的用户支撑物155和/或可移动的脚部支撑物230)以及固定框架/导轨(多个导轨)156。弹性阻力(bungee resistance)与运动对准,或横跨,移动或固定地锚定。在用户位于划船练习装置105上或离开划船练习装置的同时,弹性阻力通过用户选择更多或更少的带子变化。弹性阻力通过利用杆或其他控制装置调整拉伸距离或杆作用变化。划船组件220可包括一个或多个动态速度相关力产生装置(即,动态阻力机构(多个动态阻力机构))320,诸如飞轮(多个飞轮)330、电磁装置(多个电磁装置)340、液压装置(多个液压装置)350、气动装置(多个气动装置)360和/或摩擦装置(多个摩擦装置)370,以便准确地复制水阻力,如同在水上划船/划船(rowing/boating)。在可移动的用户支撑物155的后面和/或沿着可移动的用户支撑物的侧面,划船组件220可包括重物(多个重物)/重量保持结构(“重物(多个重物)/保持件(多个保持件”)380(例如,容器或其他重量保持结构))以添加重量以产生用于腿部的更多负载。在脚板/踏板165的后方、前方和/或沿着脚板/踏板的侧面,划船组件220可包括重物/重量保持结构(重物(多个重物)/保持件(多个保持件))380,以产生用于臂部的更多负载。划船组件220可包括螺旋绕组滑轮390以根据行程改变比值以用于提供可变阻力。顶部把手/第三滑轮239包括无柱、竖直柱、成角度柱和/或长柱。把手组件240从成角度支撑塔234不牢固摇摆。成角度支撑塔234包括把手组件240在不使用时被安置(stowed)的钩子(catch)。导轨(多个导轨)156的上端由可调整或可固定的单个或两个支柱/腿部支撑组件55支撑。倾斜导轨(多个导轨)156是双导轨、单导轨和/或弯曲导轨。导轨(多个导轨)也可以是水平的。在水平方位时,通过本文提及的装置的任意组合(除了体重)产生所有阻力。划船练习装置105也包括本文讨论的显示所有度量的计算机/计算机显示组件237。计算机显示组件237在成角度支撑塔/柱234上,或者布置在低位置中以从把手组件240意外飞走中保护计算机显示组件。可移动的用户支撑物155由两个填充表面制成,1个垫+1个泡沫或者塑料背部支撑物,或者是弹性的塑料座椅。可移动的用户支撑物155可连接至线缆238,使得它通过线缆238朝向可移动的脚部支撑物230拉动。

Claims (18)
1.一种划船练习装置,包括:
支撑结构;
能移动的用户支撑物,所述能移动的用户支撑物与所述支撑结构能移动地相关联以用于相对于所述支撑结构移动;
能移动的脚部支撑物,所述能移动的脚部支撑物与所述支撑结构能移动地相关联以用于相对于所述支撑结构移动;
把手;
划船组件,所述划船组件与所述把手以及至少所述能移动的脚部支撑物能操作地相关联以使得至少所述能移动的脚部支撑物随着所述把手的移动而相对于所述支撑结构移动,从而使得用户的身体和脚部都随着所述把手的移动而相对于所述支撑结构移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述能移动的用户支撑物和所述能移动的脚部支撑物彼此独立。
3.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述支撑结构包括一个或多个倾斜导轨,使得至少部分地由用户的体重提供练习阻力。
4.根据权利要求2所述的划船练习装置,其中,一个或多个所述倾斜导轨是全直线导轨、部分弯曲导轨、固定导轨和能调整的导轨中的至少一种。
5.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述划船组件包括与所述把手以及至少所述能移动的脚部支撑物能操作地相关联的一条或多条线缆、一个或多个滑轮、一个或多个杆件、一个或多个凸轮以及一个或多个齿轮中的至少一个,以随着所述把手的移动而提供向心练习和离心练习。
6.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述能移动的用户支撑物是座椅、滑板和滑动平台中的至少一种。
7.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述支撑结构为具有相对端部的一个或多个导轨,并且所述能移动的脚部支撑物邻近于所述相对端部中的一个端部能锁定至所述一个或多个导轨,使得能通过使所述划船练习装置在所述划船练习装置的与所述能移动的脚部支撑物邻近的端部上立起来而来贮藏所述划船练习装置。
8.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述把手包括一对把手,该一对所述把手中的一个把手对应用户的一只手。
9.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述能移动的脚部支撑物包括一对能移动的脚部支撑物,该一对所述能移动的脚部支撑物中的一个能移动的脚部支撑物对应用户的一只脚。
10.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述划船组件包括一个或多个阻力增加机构以增加所述划船练习装置的划船练习阻力。
11.根据权利要求10所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述一个或多个阻力增加机构包括一个或多个弹簧、一个或多个弹性结构以及一个或多个重量保持结构以及一个或多个重物。
12.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述划船组件包括一个或多个动态阻力机构。
13.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述一个或多个动态阻力机构包括一个或多个飞轮、一个或多个电磁装置、一个或多个液压装置、一个或多个气动装置、一个或多个摩擦装置以及一个或多个螺旋绕组滑轮。
14.根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置,进一步包括柱以及至少一条线缆,所述至少一条线缆与所述把手以及延伸通过所述柱的所述划船组件能操作地相关联。
15.根据权利要求14所述的划船练习装置,其中,所述柱是竖直柱、成角度的柱以及长柱中的至少一种。
16.一种使用根据权利要求1所述的划船练习装置的划船方法,包括:
利用处于跨上和跨下位置的所述能移动的用户支撑物将用户的身体支撑在所述能移动的用户支撑物上;
利用处于所述跨上和跨下位置的所述能移动的脚部支撑物将所述用户的脚部接收在所述能移动的脚部支撑物上,且所述用户的腿部弯曲;
将所述用户的手部接收在把手组件上,且所述用户的臂部大致成直线;
所述划船组件使得接收所述用户的脚部的所述能移动的脚部支撑物相对于所述支撑结构从所述跨上和跨下位置移动至完成位置,通过所述用户利用所述用户的手部在所述把手组件上拉动以及使所述用户的臂部弯曲来提供向心划船练习;
当所述能移动的脚部支撑物移动时,通过所述用户将所述用户的腿部伸长,所述能移动的用户支撑物从所述跨上和跨下位置移动至所述完成位置,使得所述能移动的用户支撑物远离所述能移动的脚部支撑物移动。
17.根据权利要求16所述的方法,进一步包括:
所述划船组件使得接收所述用户的脚部的所述能移动的脚部支撑物相对于所述支撑结构从所述完成位置移动至所述跨上和跨下位置,通过使所述用户的臂部伸直同时将所述用户的手部保持在所述把手组件上来提供离心划船练习;
当所述能移动的脚部支撑物移动时,通过所述用户将所述用户的腿部弯曲,所述能移动的用户支撑物从所述完成位置移动至所述跨上和跨下位置,使得所述能移动的用户支撑物朝向所述能移动的脚部支撑物移动。
18.根据权利要求17所述的方法,其中,所述支撑结构处于相对于水平面的倾斜处,使得所述划船练习装置的向心划船阻力和离心划船阻力由基本全部体重阻力提供。
