本实用新型公开了一种磁控水阻划船器,包括主架、织带、织带回收盘组合、铝轮水阻器组合和磁力板结合;所述织带与织带回收盘组合相连接,所述织带回收盘组合通过扭簧安装在主架上,以实现织带回收盘组合在织带松弛时能够将织带回收;所述铝轮水阻器组合装在主架上并处在与所述织带回收盘组合对应配合的位置,所述织带回收盘组合与铝轮组合传动相连接;所述磁力板结合装在主架上并处在与铝轮水阻器组合相配合的位置,以实现对铝轮水阻器组合的阻尼大小的调节。本实用新型具有结构简单,制作成本低,阻尼调节方便的特点。
Description
技术领域
本实用新型涉及一种健身器材,特别是涉及一种能够模拟划船运动的磁控水阻划船器。
背景技术
划船器也叫划船机是一种模拟划船运动的健身器材,对腿部、腰部、上肢、胸部、背部的肌肉增强有较好的作用。现有技术的一种划船器是采用水阻器来作为阻尼轮,这种划船器通常是采用把手连接织带,织带连接皮带轮,皮带轮与水阻器相联动,当需要调节阻尼大小时,是通过调节水阻器的水位的高低或者是通过调节水阻器外接的摩擦机构(比如摩擦盘) 来实现调节阻尼大小,因而带来了调节不便的弊端;另一方面,现有技术的这种划船器通常采用弹力绳来实现织带的回收,造成了结构较为复杂的弊端。
实用新型内容
本实用新型的目的在于克服现有技术之不足,提供一种磁控水阻划船器,通过在水阻器的基础上再增加磁阻结构,并且通过对织带回收结构的改进,具有结构简单,制作成本低,阻尼调节方便的特点。
本实用新型解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:一种磁控水阻划船器,包括主架、织带、织带回收盘组合、铝轮水阻器组合和磁力板结合;所述织带与织带回收盘组合相连接,所述织带回收盘组合通过扭簧安装在主架上,以实现织带回收盘组合在织带松弛时能够将织带回收;所述铝轮水阻器组合装在主架上并处在与所述织带回收盘组合对应配合的位置,所述织带回收盘组合与铝轮水阻器组合传动相连接;所述磁力板结合装在主架上并处在与铝轮水阻器组合相配合的位置,以实现对铝轮水阻器组合的阻尼大小的调节。
所述铝轮水阻器组合包括铝轮组合和水阻器;所述织带回收盘组合与铝轮水阻器组合的铝轮组合传动相连接,所述铝轮组合和水阻器传动相连接;所述磁力板结合装在与铝轮组合相配合的位置,以实现阻尼大小的调节。
所述织带回收盘组合具有第一皮带转盘,所述铝轮组合具有第二皮带转盘,所述织带回收盘组合的第一皮带转盘与铝轮组合的第二皮带转盘之间连接一皮带,以实现织带回收盘组合通过皮带带动铝轮组合转动。
所述织带回收盘组合具有第一链轮盘,所述铝轮组合具有第二链轮盘,所述织带回收盘组合的第一链轮盘与铝轮组合的第二链轮盘之间连接一链条,以实现织带回收盘组合通过链条带动铝轮组合转动。
所述织带回收盘组合通过第一轮轴可转动地安装在主架上。
所述铝轮组合还包括铝轮和第二轮轴,所述第二皮带转盘或第二链轮盘固定在第二轮轴上,所述铝轮也固定在第二轮轴上,所述第二轮轴的两端分别通过法兰盘组合可转动地安装在主架上。
所述第一轮轴和所述第二轮轴分别沿着划船器的长度方向设置,且第二轮轴的位置高于第一轮轴的位置。
所述水阻器具有内置的第三轮轴,所述水阻器的第三轮轴通过一转接头与所述铝轮组合的第二轮轴同轴相连接,以使得铝轮组合的第二轮轴转动时能够带动水阻器内置的第三轮轴转动。
所述水阻器呈斜立方式安装在主架上。
所述磁力板结合包括截面呈U型的板架以及通过定位格安装在板架内的磁铁,所述板架的U型口适配在铝轮的边沿;所述板架的一端可转动地安装在主架上;所述板架还通过拉线连接微调器。
所述主架包括滑轨结合、前底管结合、后底管结合和立架结合;所述立架结合连接在滑轨结合的前端,前底管结合固定在立架结合的底部,后底管结合固定在滑轨结合的后端;所述立架结合为倾斜状。
与现有技术相比较,本实用新型的有益效果是:
1、本实用新型由于采用了织带回收盘组合来作为织带回收器,将织带回收盘组合通过扭簧安装在主架上,从而可以实现织带回收盘组合在织带松弛时能够将织带回收。本实用新型的这种结构能够实现织带的快速回收,并具有结构简单,制作成本低的特点。
2、本实用新型由于采用了铝轮水阻器组合中的铝轮组合和磁力板结合来作为阻尼的调节结构,具有阻尼调节方便的特点。
3、本实用新型由于采用了将水阻器呈斜立方式安装在主架上,一方面,可以使产品更加美观,另一方面,立式放置的水阻器较传统的卧式放置的水阻器,其储水量可以更多,阻尼效果更好。
以下结合附图及实施例对本实用新型作进一步详细说明;但本实用新型的一种磁控水阻划船器不局限于实施例。

具体实施方式
实施例
参见图1至图8所示,本实用新型的一种磁控水阻划船器,包括主架1、织带2、织带回收盘组合3、铝轮水阻器组合和磁力板结合6;所述织带2的一端连接把手71,织带2的另一端连接织带回收盘组合3,所述织带回收盘组合3通过扭簧安装在主架1上,以实现织带回收盘组合3在织带2松弛时能够将织带2回收;所述铝轮水阻器组合包括铝轮组合4 和水阻器5;所述铝轮组合4装在主架1上并处在与所述织带回收盘组合3对应配合的位置,所述织带回收盘组合3与铝轮组合4传动相连接;所述水阻器5装在主架1上并处在与所述铝轮组合4对应配合的位置,从而使所述铝轮组合4与所述水阻器5相联动并形成一个整体件;所述磁力板结合6装在主架1上并处在与铝轮水阻器组合的铝轮组合4相配合的位置,以实现对铝轮水阻器组合的阻尼大小的调节,实际上是实现对铝轮组合4的阻尼大小的调节。
本实施例中,织带回收盘组合3具有第一皮带转盘31,所述铝轮组合4具有第二皮带转盘41,所述织带回收盘组合3的第一皮带转盘31与铝轮组合4的第二皮带转盘41之间连接一皮带72,以实现织带回收盘组合3通过皮带72带动铝轮组合4转动。
当然,也可以采用链条传动,此时,织带回收盘组合具有第一链轮盘,所述铝轮组合具有第二链轮盘,所述织带回收盘组合的第一链轮盘与铝轮组合的第二链轮盘之间连接一链条,以实现织带回收盘组合通过链条带动铝轮组合转动。
本实施例中,织带回收盘组合3通过第一轮轴32可转动地安装在主架1上。
本实施例中,铝轮组合4还包括铝轮42和第二轮轴43,所述第二皮带转盘41固定在第二轮轴43上,所述铝轮42也固定在第二轮轴43上,所述第二轮轴43的两端分别通过法兰盘组合44可转动地安装在主架1上。
本实施例中,所述第一轮轴32和所述第二轮轴43分别沿着划船器的长度方向设置,且第二轮轴43的位置高于第一轮轴32的位置。
本实施例中,水阻器5具有内置的第三轮轴51,所述水阻器的第三轮轴51通过一转接头52与所述铝轮组合的第二轮轴43同轴相连接,以使得铝轮组合的第二轮轴43转动时能够带动水阻器内置的第三轮轴51转动。
本实施例中,水阻器5呈斜立方式安装在主架1上。
本实施例中,磁力板结合6包括截面呈U型的板架61以及通过定位格62安装在板架内的磁铁62,所述板架61的U型口适配在铝轮42的边沿;所述板架61的一端可转动地安装在主架1上;所述板架61还通过拉线64连接微调器65。
本实施例中,主架1包括滑轨结合11、前底管结合12、后底管结合13和立架结合14;所述立架结合14连接在滑轨结合11的前端,前底管结合12固定在立架结合14的底部,后底管结合13固定在滑轨结合11的后端;所述立架结合14为倾斜状。
划船器还包括脚踏板73和座垫74,滑轨结合11呈斜向设置,脚踏板73固定在立架结合14处,座垫74滑动连接在滑轨结合11上;立架结合14上装有滑轮75,用来配合织带2;织带回收盘组合3、铝轮组合4、水阻器5和磁力板结合6分别安装在立架结合14上。
使用时,拉紧织带2,织带2被拉伸,织带2带动织带回收盘组合3转动,扭簧被拉紧,织带回收盘组合3转动带动了铝轮组合4转动,铝轮组合4转动带动了水阻器5内部的叶轮转动,通过调节磁力板结合6可以调节阻尼大小。当织带放松时,扭簧复位,织带回收盘组合3反向转动,将织带2收回。
本实用新型的一种磁控水阻划船器,采用了织带回收盘组合3来作为织带回收器,将织带回收盘组合3通过扭簧安装在主架1上,从而可以实现织带回收盘组合3在织带松弛时能够将织带回收。本实用新型的这种结构能够实现织带的快速回收,并具有结构简单,制作成本低的特点。本实用新型采用了铝轮组合4和磁力板结合6来作为阻尼的调节结构,具有阻尼调节方便的特点。本实用新型采用了将水阻器5呈斜立方式安装在主架1上,一方面,可以使产品更加美观,另一方面,立式放置的水阻器较传统的卧式放置的水阻器,其储水量可以更多,阻尼效果更好。

1.一种磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:包括主架、织带、织带回收盘组合、铝轮水阻器组合和磁力板结合;所述织带与织带回收盘组合相连接,所述织带回收盘组合通过扭簧安装在主架上;所述铝轮水阻器组合装在主架上并处在与所述织带回收盘组合对应配合的位置,所述织带回收盘组合与铝轮水阻器组合传动相连接;所述磁力板结合装在主架上并处在与铝轮水阻器组合相配合的位置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述铝轮水阻器组合包括铝轮组合和水阻器;所述织带回收盘组合与铝轮水阻器组合的铝轮组合传动相连接,所述铝轮组合和水阻器传动相连接;所述磁力板结合装在与铝轮组合相配合的位置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述织带回收盘组合具有第一皮带转盘,所述铝轮组合具有第二皮带转盘,所述织带回收盘组合的第一皮带转盘与铝轮组合的第二皮带转盘之间连接一皮带。
4.根据权利要求2所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述织带回收盘组合具有第一链轮盘,所述铝轮组合具有第二链轮盘,所述织带回收盘组合的第一链轮盘与铝轮组合的第二链轮盘之间连接一链条。
5.根据权利要求3所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述铝轮组合还包括铝轮和第二轮轴,所述第二皮带转盘固定在第二轮轴上,所述铝轮也固定在第二轮轴上,所述第二轮轴的两端分别通过法兰盘组合可转动地安装在主架上。
6.根据权利要求4所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述铝轮组合还包括铝轮和第二轮轴,所述第二链轮盘固定在第二轮轴上,所述铝轮也固定在第二轮轴上,所述第二轮轴的两端分别通过法兰盘组合可转动地安装在主架上。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述织带回收盘组合通过第一轮轴可转动地安装在主架上。
8.根据权利要求7所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述第一轮轴和所述第二轮轴分别沿着划船器的长度方向设置,且第二轮轴的位置高于第一轮轴的位置。
9.根据权利要求8所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述水阻器具有内置的第三轮轴,所述水阻器的第三轮轴通过一转接头与所述铝轮组合的第二轮轴同轴相连接。
10.根据权利要求9所述的磁控水阻划船器,其特征在于:所述水阻器呈斜立方式安装在主架上。
