Abstract
本发明涉及一种耐磨的外绕张力臂滑轮,属于机械设备领域。由圆盘状芯材和耐磨层组成,所述的芯材的中心处有轴孔,所述的轴孔中间在径向有定位凹槽,所述的耐磨层沿芯材外周设置,并且所述的耐磨层外表面沿径向设置有U型槽。所述的耐磨层使用材料成分包含Cr:10‑12%、Mn:4‑6.5%、Mo:18‑24%、Ni:2.5‑4.5%、C:3‑6%、Zn:1‑3%、余下为Fe。所述的芯材与耐磨层是通过堆焊工艺连接。本发明产品提高寿命5倍。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种耐磨的外绕张力臂滑轮,属于机械设备领域。
背景技术
外绕张力臂滑轮是钢帘线生产重要的组成部分之一,它的性能好坏直接影响到生产能力的发挥、功率的消耗。目前,外绕张力臂滑轮主要是45号钢,整体采用淬火处理。但是在工作过程中,恶劣的工况,使其容易出现磨损与脱落。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是针对现有不足之处,提供了一种耐磨的外绕张力臂滑轮。
为了实现上述目的,一种耐磨的外绕张力臂滑轮,由圆盘状芯材和耐磨层组成,所述的芯材的中心处有轴孔,所述的轴孔中间在径向有定位凹槽,所述的耐磨层沿芯材外周设置,并且所述的耐磨层外表面沿径向设置有U型槽。
所述的芯材材料为42CrMo。
所述的耐磨层使用新型硬质材料,所述的新型硬质材料成分包含:Cr、Mn、Mo、Ni、C、Zn、Fe。按照质量百分比计,所述的新型硬质材料成分包含:Cr:10-12%、Mn:4-6.5%、Mo:18-24%、Ni:2.5-4.5%、C:3-6%、Zn:1-3%、余下为Fe。
再进一步的,所述的基地芯材与耐磨层是通过堆焊工艺连接。
所述的芯材轴孔处在轴向上有环状凸台。
所述耐磨层在轴向上有环状凸台。
本发明的外绕张力臂滑轮的制备过程如下:
一)、制备药芯焊丝: 药芯焊丝外皮材料使用普通碳钢或者不锈钢,其它金属通过混粉机混合2-3小时,做成药芯焊丝,整个药芯焊丝的质量成分为Cr:10-12、Mn:4-6.5%、Mo:18-24%、Ni:2.5-4.5%、C:3-6%、Zn:1-3%、余下为Fe;所述药芯焊丝直径为2.8mm;
二)、将芯材加温至150-200℃之间,然后将步骤一)制备的药芯焊丝通过电流调节堆焊在芯材外周,然后将焊有药芯焊丝的芯材进行保温,保温时长在1-2小时即可。
本发明有益技术效果:本发明结构简单,采用熔敷工艺,使得耐磨层与基底芯材直接连接更加牢固。包括使用Cr、Mn、Mo、Ni、C、Zn、Fe元素的新型硬质合金材料,材料更耐磨,同时材料里面的MO元素在摩擦时会形成Mo的氧化产物,它们的存在会对接触面有一定的润滑作用,减少了材料的摩擦损耗。同时还存在大量的Cr,因此会形成高铬铸铁,提高耐磨层的耐磨性,并且少量的Zn元素可以晶须增强。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,对发明为解决上述技术问题所采取的技术方案的有效方式做进一步说明:
在图1中,一种耐磨的外绕张力臂滑轮,由圆盘状芯材1和耐磨层2组成,所述的芯材的中心处有轴孔,所述的轴孔中间在径向有定位凹槽,所述的耐磨层2沿芯材外周设置,并且所述的耐磨层外表面沿径向设置有U型槽3。
所述的芯材材料为42CrMo,所述的芯材与耐磨层是通过堆焊工艺连接的。
所述的耐磨层使用新型硬质材料,所述的新型硬质材料成分包含:Cr、Mn、Mo、Ni、C、Zn、Fe。按照质量百分比计,所述的新型硬质材料成分包含:Cr:10-12、Mn:4-6.5、Mo:18-24、Ni:2.5-4.5、C:3-6、Zn:1-3、余下为Fe。
所述的基地芯材与耐磨层是通过堆焊工艺连接。所述的堆焊工艺为:
一)、制备药芯焊丝: 药芯焊丝外皮材料使用普通碳钢或者不锈钢,其它金属通过混粉机混合2-3小时,做成药芯焊丝,整个药芯焊丝的成分为Cr:10-12%、Mn:4-6.5%、Mo:18-24%、Ni:2.5-4.5%、C:3-6%、Zn:1-3%、余下为Fe;所述药芯焊丝直径为2.8mm;

之前的外绕张力臂滑轮使用原材料为45号钢,整体采用淬火处理,处理完了之后,其硬度HRC在55,使用周期在31天。本发明外绕张力臂滑轮,其硬度≥60,使用周期在163天。
Claims (7)
1.一种耐磨的外绕张力臂滑轮,由圆盘状芯材和耐磨层组成,所述的芯材的中心处有轴孔,所述的轴孔中间在径向有定位凹槽,所述的耐磨层沿芯材外周设置,并且所述的耐磨层外表面沿径向设置有U型槽。
2.根据权利要求1所述的外绕张力臂滑轮,其特征在于,所述的芯材材料为42CrMo。
3.根据权利要求1所述的外绕张力臂滑轮,其特征在于,所述的耐磨层使用的材料按照质量百分比计,包含:Cr:10-12%、Mn:4-6.5%、Mo:18-24%、Ni:2.5-4.5%、C:3-6%、Zn:1-3%,余下为Fe。
4.根据权利要求1所述的外绕张力臂滑轮,其特征在于,所述的芯材与耐磨层是通过堆焊工艺连接。
5.根据权利要求1所述的外绕张力臂滑轮,其特征在于,所述的芯材轴孔处在轴向上有环状凸台。
6.根据权利要求1所述的外绕张力臂滑轮,其特征在于,所述耐磨层在轴向上有环状凸台。
7.权利要求1所述的外绕张力臂滑轮的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下过程:
一)、制备药芯焊丝: 药芯焊丝外皮材料使用普通碳钢或者不锈钢,其它金属通过混粉机混合2-3小时,做成药芯焊丝,整个药芯焊丝的质量成分为Cr:10-12、Mn:4-6.5%、Mo:18-24%、Ni:2.5-4.5%、C:3-6%、Zn:1-3%、余下为Fe;所述药芯焊丝直径为2.8mm;
二)、将芯材加温至150-200℃之间,然后将步骤一)制备的药芯焊丝通过电流调节堆焊在芯材外周,然后将焊有药芯焊丝的芯材进行保温,保温时长在1-2小时即可。
