一种环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法,其主要技术特征是它包括以下步骤:第一步:在各类短而密的绒布上,用无溶剂双组分发泡聚氨酯进行刮涂渗透,保证物料镶嵌在基布与绒毛之间;第二步:经烘箱使之充分反应,形成多泡孔与绒感的表面效果,第三步:在印刷机上用水性聚氨酯加水性色浆修色。所述无溶剂双组分发泡聚氨酯的成份多元醇和二异氰酸酯,重量比为70:30。本发明采用双组分无溶剂聚氨酯刮涂和水性聚氨酯表面处理的加工方法。改进工艺:基布‑‑‑无溶剂聚氨酯涂布‑‑‑‑‑反应熟化箱(无排放)‑‑‑印刷‑‑‑烘干(水)。不加有机溶剂,加工流程简化,能耗低、色牢度、色迁移性好,绒感更接近真皮。

一种环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法
技术领域
本发明涉及聚氨酯绒面革制作方法。
背景技术
原工艺:基布----含浸或刮涂(PU\DMF)----凝固(水)----水洗----烘干(1、废水DMF水----回收 2、磨皮----印刷-----烘干有机溶剂)
采用含有机溶剂(DMF)的聚氨酯溶液含浸或刮涂渗透,加水使之凝固,产生大量的废水(DMF和水)废气,DMF回收时还会分解(二甲胺,甲酸)并产生废渣,磨皮时产生大量的粉尘,污染环境,危害人体健康,产品中的残留DMF含量超标。
发明内容
本发明提供一种不加有机溶剂,加工流程简化,能耗低、色牢度、色迁移性好,绒感更接近真皮的环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法。
本发明是通过如下技术方案来实现的:一种环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法,其主要技术特征是它包括以下步骤:第一步:在各类短而密的绒布上,用无溶剂双组分发泡聚氨酯进行刮涂渗透,保证物料镶嵌在基布与绒毛之间;
第二步:经烘箱使之充分反应,形成多泡孔与绒感的表面效果,
第三步:在印刷机上用水性聚氨酯加水性色浆修色。
所述无溶剂双组分发泡聚氨酯的成份多元醇和二异氰酸酯,重量比为70:30。
所述烘箱温度100℃---130℃。
所述用水性聚氨酯加水性色浆修色为低模量水性聚氨酯体积比100份,水100份、色浆若干。
本发明采用双组分无溶剂聚氨酯刮涂和水性聚氨酯表面处理的加工方法。改进工艺:基布---无溶剂聚氨酯涂布-----反应熟化箱(无排放)---印刷---烘干(水)。不加有机溶剂,加工流程简化,能耗低、色牢度、色迁移性好,绒感更接近真皮。
具体实施方式:
实施例1:生产软质薄型绒面革:
0.45mm针织拉绒布---无溶剂PU直涂(低模量双组份PU100份、流平剂0.2%),催化剂0.3%、色浆若干)---烘箱(100℃---130℃)--冷却---收卷---水剂PU修色30%低模量水性PU100份,水100份、色浆若干)控制间隙,不能把绒毛覆盖住,倒毛涂布。
实施例2:生产1.2mm经编绒面革:
1.2mm经编起绒布---无溶剂PU直涂(中模量双组份PU100份、流平剂0.2%、催化剂0.3%、色浆若干、碳酸钙5%)---烘箱(100℃--130℃)--冷却----收卷---水性PU修色(3%低模量水性PU100份、水100份、色浆若干)控制涂布间隙,不能把绒毛覆盖住,倒毛涂布。
实施例3:生产植绒布再加工增加皮感:
采用植绒布基材参照以上加工方法....以增加皮感,改善绒毛易脱落的问题。

1.一种环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法,其特征在于它包括以下步骤:第一步:在各类短而密的绒布上,用无溶剂双组分发泡聚氨酯进行刮涂渗透,保证物料镶嵌在基布与绒毛之间;
第二步:经烘箱使之充分反应,形成多泡孔与绒感的表面效果,
第三步:在印刷机上用水性聚氨酯加水性色浆修色。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法,其特征在于所述无溶剂双组分发泡聚氨酯的成份多元醇和二异氰酸酯,重量比为70:30。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法,其特征在于所述烘箱温度100℃---130℃。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种环保型聚氨酯绒面革的加工方法,其特征在于所述用水性聚氨酯加水性色浆修色为低模量水性聚氨酯体积比100份,水100份、色浆若干。
