本发明注塑模具领域,特别涉及一种注塑模具开模装置
背景技术
注塑模具是一种生产塑胶制品的工具,通过型腔成型,但由于模具体重过重,开模取出产品时难以打开,给生产人员带来不便。
故此,现有注塑模具需要进一步改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术中的不足之处,提供一种注塑模具开模装置。
为了达到上述目的,本发明采用以下方案:
一种注塑模具开模装置,包括注塑模具,其特征在于:在所述注塑模具底部设有能驱动模具打开的拉柱,所述拉柱底部连接有开模装置。
如上所述的一种注塑模具开模装置,其特征在于所述开模装置包括有设在注塑模具下方的主架,所述主架内部设有能转动的主轴,在主轴一侧连接有电机,所述主轴上设有间隔的两个转盘,在转盘外侧表面设有外轴,在两转盘之间设有内轴,所述外轴上设有拉块,拉块的另一端连接在横块的中部,所述横块两端部连接有拉柱,所述内轴连接有曲杆,所述注塑模具中部设有贯穿注塑模具的顶针,所述顶针底部连接在曲杆上端部。
如上所述的一种注塑模具开模装置,其特征在于所述注塑模具四角处设有多根拉柱,在注塑模具内部设有方便产品取出的斜导杆组,在所述注塑模具内部设有型腔,在注塑模具顶部设有通往型腔的浇注口。
综上所述,本发明相对于现有技术其有益效果是:
通过在注塑模具下方设有开模装置后,不再使用人力来进行开模,方便产品拿出,增加了生产效率,且结构简单,使用方便。

一种注塑模具开模装置,包括注塑模具1,其特征在于:在所述注塑模具1底部设有能驱动模具打开的拉柱11,所述拉柱11底部连接有开模装置2,在开模装置2的辅助下能轻易的将模具打开取出产品。
本发明所述开模装置2包括有设在注塑模具1下方的主架21,所述主架21内部设有能转动的主轴23,在主轴23一侧连接有电机30,所述主轴23上设有间隔的两个转盘24,在转盘24外侧表面设有外轴25,在两转盘24之间设有内轴26,所述外轴25上设有拉块27,拉块27的另一端连接在横块28的中部,所述横块28两端部连接有拉柱11,所述内轴26连接有曲杆29,所述注塑模具1中部设有贯穿注塑模具1的顶针12,所述顶针12底部连接在曲杆29上端部,开启电机30,带动转盘24旋转,在转盘24的驱动下拉柱11往下拉动,模具打开,顶针12往上顶,顶出产品,完成产品的取出和开模。
本发明所述注塑模具1四角处设有多根拉柱11,在注塑模具1内部设有方便产品取出的斜导杆组15,在所述注塑模具1内部设有型腔13,在注塑模具1顶部设有通往型腔13的浇注口14,型腔13成型产品。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具开模装置,其特征在于所述开模装置(2)包括有设在注塑模具(1)下方的主架(21),所述主架(21)内部设有能转动的主轴(23),在主轴(23)一侧连接有电机(30),所述主轴(23)上设有间隔的两个转盘(24),在转盘(24)外侧表面设有外轴(25),在两转盘(24)之间设有内轴(26),所述外轴(25)上设有拉块(27),拉块(27)的另一端连接在横块(28)的中部,所述横块(28)两端部连接有拉柱(11),所述内轴(26)连接有曲杆(29),所述注塑模具(1)中部设有贯穿注塑模具(1)的顶针(12),所述顶针(12)底部连接在曲杆(29)上端部。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种注塑模具开模装置,其特征在于所述注塑模具(1)四角处设有多根拉柱(11),在注塑模具(1)内部设有方便产品取出的斜导杆组(15),在所述注塑模具(1)内部设有型腔(13),在注塑模具(1)顶部设有通往型腔(13)的浇注口(14)。
