本发明公开了塑料瓶防盗环的去除方法,使用防盗环去除装置,包括支架,支架上设有夹持机构,夹持机构包括左夹持板和右夹持板,右夹持板上设有定位孔,右夹持板的右侧设有切割机构,切割机构包括套管,套管沿定位孔的轴线方向与连接架滑动连接,套管内设有至少4片切刀,切刀位于套管靠近右夹持板的端部,4片切刀以套管的轴线为中心轴呈环形阵列分布,切刀的刀刃部朝向右夹持板,切刀与套管固定连接,套管上固定连接有从动齿轮,支架上设有转轴,转轴上固定连接有与从动齿轮配合的主动齿轮,转轴上设有螺纹段,螺纹段处设有移动块,移动块与支架滑动连接,移动块上设有用于切割塑料瓶体的切割刀,解决了现有技术中防盗环难以取下的问题。

塑料瓶防盗环的去除方法
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料瓶的回收加工方法。
背景技术
用于制作塑料瓶的原料一部分是来自回收的塑料瓶,但是回收的塑料瓶的瓶口处一般都有一个防盗环,防盗环的材质与塑料瓶的材质不同,需要将其从塑料瓶上去除。现有的去除方式一般都是通过工人使用刀片将防盗环隔断,从而将防盗环取下。由于防盗环与瓶口之间的间隙较小,工人不易操作,从而使防盗环的去除比较困难。
发明内容
本发明意在提供一种塑料瓶防盗环的去除方法,以解决现有技术中防盗环的去除比较困难的问题。
本方案中的塑料瓶防盗环的去除方法,包括以下步骤:
步骤1、准备防盗环去除装置,该装置包括包括支架,支架上设有夹持机构,夹持机构包括左夹持板和右夹持板,左夹持板与支架滑动连接,右夹持板上设有定位孔,右夹持板的右侧设有切割机构,切割机构包括连接架,连接架与右夹持板固定连接,连接架上设有圆柱形套管,套管与定位孔同轴设置,套管沿定位孔的轴线方向与连接架滑动连接,套管内设有至少4片切刀,切刀位于套管靠近右夹持板的端部,4片切刀以套管的轴线为中心轴呈环形阵列分布,切刀的刀刃部朝向右夹持板,切刀与套管固定连接,套管上固定连接有从动齿轮,支架上设有转轴,转轴上固定连接有与从动齿轮配合的主动齿轮,转轴上设有螺纹段,螺纹段处设有移动块,移动块与螺纹段螺纹配合,移动块与支架滑动连接,移动块上设有用于切割塑料瓶体的切割刀,支架上设有驱动套管移动的驱动机构,套管与驱动机构转动连接;
步骤2、将塑料瓶放置在夹持机构上并进行固定;
步骤3、控制驱动装置带动套管移动,使切刀将塑料瓶瓶口切破;
步骤4、将切割刀刺入塑料瓶体,控制转轴转动,转轴带动移动块移动,使切割刀将塑料瓶体切破,转轴带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮通过从动齿轮带动套管转动,套管带动切刀转动,切刀推动切破后的瓶口部移动并形成锥形;
步骤5、停止转轴转动,回退驱动机构,将塑料瓶从夹持机构上取下。
与现有技术相比,本方案的优点在于:1、通过套管上的切刀切割瓶口,然后转动,使瓶口的缩小形成锥状形状,从而使防盗环可以完整的取下。2、套管在转动的同时,移动块也移动,将瓶体划破,从而使瓶体上的标签断裂,方便将标签取下。3、切刀在切割瓶体时,切刀对瓶体的转动起到限制作用,从而使套管的转动带动切刀挤压瓶口部时,避免了瓶体转动。
进一步,所述切刀为6片。将切刀设置为6片,使切刀将瓶口切割为6块,从而使每一块的面积比较小,方便套管转动时进行扭动;设置6片切刀,使切刀之间的距离不至于过小,方便对切刀进行安装。
进一步,所述切刀与套管的连接处倒圆角。减小切刀与套管连接处的应力集中。
进一步,所述驱动机构为液压缸。方便进行控制,同时减轻工人的劳动负担。
进一步,所述切割刀与移动块滑动连接,移动块上设有用于固定切割刀位置的限位杆。在固定塑料瓶时,通过先将切割刀缩回,将塑料瓶固定好以后,再推动切割刀刺破塑料瓶,从而方便对塑料瓶进行固定,避免在固定塑料瓶时切割刀对塑料瓶位置的影响。

下面通过具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细的说明:
说明书附图中的附图标记包括:电机1、左夹持板21、切割刀31、移动块32、转轴33、右夹持板22、套管41、从动齿轮42、连接架43、液压缸44、主动齿轮34、支架5、切刀45。
塑料瓶防盗环的去除方法,涉及一种防盗环去除装置,如图1和图2所示,该装置包括支架5,支架5上设有夹持机构,夹持机构包括左夹持板21和右夹持板22,左夹持板21与支架5滑动连接,右夹持板22与支架5通过螺栓连接。右夹持板22上设有定位孔,塑料瓶在固定时,塑料瓶的瓶口部穿过定位孔并进行固定。右夹持板22的右侧焊接有连接架43,连接架43上设有横向设置的圆筒形套管41,套管41与定位孔同轴并与连接架43滑动连接。套管41的内部设有6片切刀45,切刀45以套管41的轴线为中心轴呈环形阵列分布,切刀45的刀刃部朝向右夹持板22并与套管41的左端面齐平,切刀45的刀面与套管41的穿过切刀45与套管41的连接处的纵截面呈30度夹角。套管41的左部平键连接有从动齿轮42,套管41的右侧设有驱动套管41横向滑动的驱动机构,驱动机构优选为液压缸44。套管41的右端与液压缸44通过轴承连接。液压缸44通过螺栓固定安装在支架5上。夹持机构的前方设有转轴33,转轴33的两端转动连接有支撑块,支撑块与支架5焊接。转轴33的轴线与套管41的轴线平行,转轴33的右部设有与从动齿轮42啮合的主动齿轮34,主动齿轮34与转轴33平键连接。转轴33的中部设有螺纹段,螺纹段上设有移动块32,移动块32与螺纹段螺纹配合。移动块32与支架5沿转轴33的轴线方向滑动连接。移动块32上设有垂直于转轴33的滑槽,滑槽内设有切割刀31,切割刀31与滑槽滑动连接。滑槽内设有若干盲孔,盲孔沿滑槽的长度方向分布,切割刀31的端部设有可与盲孔相对的通孔,盲孔上螺纹连接有螺杆。支架5上设有电机1,电机1通过螺栓固定安装在支架5上,转轴33与电机1的输出轴通过链条传动机构连接。
塑料瓶防盗环的去除方法,具体包括以下步骤:
步骤1、准备上述防盗环去除装置;
步骤2、将塑料瓶放置在夹持机构上,使瓶口部穿过定位孔,并通过移动左夹持板21将塑料瓶进行固定;
步骤3、控制液压缸44带动套管41左移,使切刀45将塑料瓶瓶口切破;
步骤4、将切割刀31刺入塑料瓶体,控制电机1带动转轴33转动,转轴33带动移动块32移动,使切割刀31将塑料瓶体切破,转轴33带动主动齿轮34转动,主动齿轮34通过从动齿轮42带动套管41转动,套管41带动切刀45转动,切刀45推动切破后的瓶口部移动并形成锥形,从而减少了瓶口部螺纹对防盗环的阻挡作用,方便将防盗环取下;
步骤5、停止转轴33转动,回退液压缸44,将塑料瓶从夹持机构上取下。

1.塑料瓶防盗环的去除方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
步骤1、准备防盗环去除装置,该装置包括包括支架,支架上设有夹持机构,夹持机构包括左夹持板和右夹持板,左夹持板与支架滑动连接,右夹持板上设有定位孔,右夹持板的右侧设有切割机构,切割机构包括连接架,连接架与右夹持板固定连接,连接架上设有圆柱形套管,套管与定位孔同轴设置,套管沿定位孔的轴线方向与连接架滑动连接,套管内设有至少4片切刀,切刀位于套管靠近右夹持板的端部,4片切刀以套管的轴线为中心轴呈环形阵列分布,切刀的刀刃部朝向右夹持板,切刀与套管固定连接,套管上固定连接有从动齿轮,支架上设有转轴,转轴上固定连接有与从动齿轮配合的主动齿轮,转轴上设有螺纹段,螺纹段处设有移动块,移动块与螺纹段螺纹配合,移动块与支架滑动连接,移动块上设有用于切割塑料瓶体的切割刀,支架上设有驱动套管移动的驱动机构,套管与驱动机构转动连接;
步骤2、将塑料瓶放置在夹持机构上并进行固定;
步骤3、控制驱动装置带动套管移动,使切刀将塑料瓶瓶口切破;
步骤4、将切割刀刺入塑料瓶体,控制转轴转动,转轴带动移动块移动,使切割刀将塑料瓶体切破,转轴带动主动齿轮转动,主动齿轮通过从动齿轮带动套管转动,套管带动切刀转动,切刀推动切破后的瓶口部移动并形成锥形;
步骤5、停止转轴转动,回退驱动机构,将塑料瓶从夹持机构上取下。
