本发明是一种过滤水芯的防护网罩拆除装置，其特征在于：包括外套设置在外套中心位置的拆除体、设置在拆除体与外罩之间的多个等分块，在每个等分块上设有热熔拉头结构，所述的拆除体包括中心位置的内顶台以及设置在内顶台外周的多个等分块，所述的内顶台的下部连接单独的伸缩气缸，在多个等分块的下部连接在活动块上，在等分块的中设有一个插孔，在插孔中连接对应的热熔拉头结构，在多个等分块的外部设置等分套，在等分套的下部连接拉伸结构。本发明的有益效果：该防护网罩拆除装置结构简单、使用方便。能完整的去除过滤水芯的网罩以及端盖分离。保证了滤芯结构的完整，利于下次使用。避免了资源的浪费。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种拆除装置，尤其是涉及一种过滤水芯的防护网罩拆除装置。
背景技术
目前，净水器滤芯里面一般都是KDF以及活性炭，滤芯是使受到污染的水被洁净到生产、生活所需要的状态，也就是使水达到一定的洁净度。除去水中的固体颗粒，杀灭细菌、滤除有害化学成分。
目前，饮用水过滤水芯一般结构为外罩、骨架、滤芯结构以及端盖组成，而在几个部件热熔组装的中出现的损坏、破裂、端盖安装偏位的工件，这种情况一般是将外罩、端盖去除保留滤芯结构以及骨架，而滤芯结构为中空纤维超滤膜、无纺布、PP熔喷滤芯材料等材料组成，采用切割的方式容易破坏滤芯结构，采用手工取出的方式也一样容易破坏滤芯结构同时效率低下。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种过滤水芯的防护网罩拆除装置，解决不破坏滤芯结构以及骨架通过热熔方式去除过滤水芯的外罩端盖的装置。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是：一种过滤水芯的防护网罩拆除装置，其特征在于：包括拆除体以及设置在拆除体上的多个热熔拉头结构，所述的拆除体包括中心位置的内顶台以及设置在内顶台外周的多个等分块，所述的内顶台的下部连接单独的伸缩气缸，在多个等分块的下部连接在活动块上，在等分块中设有一个插孔，在插孔中连接对应的热熔拉头结构，在多个等分块的外部设置等分套，在等分套的下部连接拉伸结构。
所述的热熔拉头结构包括中空的拉杆，拉杆下部连接顶端呈弧形的连接杆，在拉杆中上部设置侧向延伸体，在侧向延伸体的下部设置下压体，在拉杆以及侧向延伸体中设有导线，在下压体中设有加热电阻体，导线与加热电阻体连接，加热电阻体侧端连接导热并带有豁口的热熔切刀，在下压体的下端连接一组压紧柱。
所述的拉伸结构包括固定套，在固定套上设有连接连接杆的定位槽，在固定套的内侧连接拉伸套管，在拉伸套套管中套接柱，套接柱上端设有与等分块连接的联动销，固定套下部设有多个伸缩控制杆，所述的伸缩控制杆为2个连接端同轴连接的拉动杆，在拉动杆的下部连接总推板，总推板与伸缩控制缸连接。
本发明的有益效果：该防护网罩拆除装置结构简单、使用方便。能完整的去除过滤水芯的网罩以及端盖分离。保证了滤芯结构的完整，利于下次使用。避免了资源的浪费。

具体实施方式
实施例1，如图1、2、3、4所示，一种过滤水芯的防护网罩拆除装置，其特征在于：包括外套1设置在外套1中心位置的拆除体、设置在拆除体与外罩之间的多个等分块2，在每个等分块2上设有热熔拉头结构，
所述的拆除体包括中心位置的内顶台3以及设置在内顶台3上部的顶块4，所述的内顶台3的下部连接单独的伸缩气缸5，在等分块2中设有一个插孔6，在插孔6中连接对应的热熔拉头结构，在多个等分块的外部设置等分套7，在等分套7的下部连接拉伸结构。
所述的热熔拉头结构包括中空的拉杆8，拉杆8下部连接顶端呈弧形的连接杆9，在拉杆8中上部设置侧向延伸体10，在侧向延伸体10的下部设置下压体11，在拉杆8以及侧向延伸体10中设有导线12，在下压体11中设有加热电阻体13，导线12与加热电阻体13连接，加热电阻体13侧端连接导热并带有豁口的热熔切刀14，在下压体11的下端连接一组压紧柱15。
所述的拉伸结构包括固定套16，在固定套16上设有连接连接杆9的定位槽18，在固定套16的内侧连接拉伸套管17，在拉伸套管17中套接等分套7，等分套7上端设有与等分块连接的联动销19，固定套16下部设有多个伸缩控制杆，所述的伸缩控制杆为2个连接端同轴连接的拉动杆20，在拉动杆20的下部连接总推板21，总推板上部设置导向套23，总推板21下部与伸缩控制缸22连接。导线12与电源控制器24连接。
如图5所示，本发明使用方式是：将工件的底部的端盖放置在内顶台3上，启动拉伸结构总推板21带动拉动杆20往下行，固定套16同步带等分块2、拉杆8连接杆9同时下行；并将热熔拉头结构向内侧卡紧在端盖25上部的网装外套26上，压紧柱15压紧在端盖的边缘，此时热熔拉头结构的热熔切刀14通过导线12以及电源控制器24进行加热，当加热到一定时间后网装外套连接断裂，此时伸缩气缸5上行带动的内顶台3上的顶块4，顶起端盖使得端盖与网装外套分离，同时伸缩控制缸22连接上行热熔拉头结构复位。

1.一种过滤水芯的防护网罩拆除装置，其特征在于：包括外套，设置在外套中心位置的拆除体、设置在拆除体与外罩之间的多个等分块，在每个等分块上设有热熔拉头结构，所述的拆除体包括中心位置的内顶台以及设置在内顶台外周的多个等分块，所述的内顶台的下部连接单独的伸缩气缸，在多个等分块的下部连接在活动块上，在等分块中设有一个插孔，在插孔中连接对应的热熔拉头结构，在多个等分块的外部设置等分套，在等分套的下部连接拉伸结构；
所述的热熔拉头结构包括中空的拉杆，拉杆下部连接顶端呈弧形的连接杆，在拉杆中上部设置侧向延伸体，在侧向延伸体的下部设置下压体，在拉杆以及侧向延伸体中设有导线，在下压体中设有加热电阻体，导线与加热电阻体连接，加热电阻体侧端连接导热并带有豁口的热熔切刀，在下压体的下端连接一组压紧柱；
