一种锻轧钢球输送球道,由左角钢(1)、右角钢(2)和连接件(3)组成,左角钢(1)和右角钢(2)均为钝角角钢,左角钢(1)和右角钢(2)的其中一个边均呈竖直状态,左角钢(1)和右角钢(2)对口设置且呈分离状态,多个连接件(3)焊接在左角钢(1)和右角钢(2)的下部,左角钢(1)和右角钢(2)构成底部带长孔的U槽。与现有技术相比,因为本发明钢球氧化皮能够自动掉落,不需要人工不间断清理掉落的氧化皮和拨动钢球滚动,实现了高温钢球的无阻障快速输送通过,大幅度提升了产品质量;减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了企业的人力运行成本;且本发明结构简单,操作方便。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种锻轧钢球生产设备,尤其是一种钢球输送球道,尤其适合高温锻轧钢球输送使用。
背景技术
目前,锻轧钢球在生产传输高温钢球过程中,大多用槽钢或大直径钢管从中间剖开当做输送钢球球道,因高温锻轧钢球在生产过程因加热会从球体表面产生大量氧化皮,所以高温钢球在输送过程中球体表面氧化皮会碰撞脱落,掉落在槽钢溜槽上或钢管内部,形成路障,影响钢球输送,(1)需要人工不间断清理掉落的氧化皮和拨动钢球滚动,且长时间在高温环境下工作,工人劳动强度大,人力运行高成本,(2)钢球在有路障停滞不滚动的情况下,温度直线下降,达不到技术设定淬火温度要求,严重影响产品质量。因此,设计一种钢球氧化皮能够自动掉落的锻轧钢球输送球道,是目前需要解决的技术问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是提供一种钢球氧化皮能够自动掉落的锻轧钢球输送球道。
本发明解决其技术问题的技术方案是:
一种锻轧钢球输送球道,由左角钢、右角钢和连接件组成,左角钢和右角钢均为钝角角钢,左角钢和右角钢的其中一个边均呈竖直状态,左角钢和右角钢对口设置且呈分离状态,多个连接件焊接在左角钢和右角钢的下部,左角钢和右角钢构成底部带长孔的U槽。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的左角钢和右角钢为夹角100°的钝角角钢。
作为本发明的一种优选方案,所述的钝角角钢为由一定厚度的钢板经过钢板折弯机折成。
与现有技术相比,因为本发明钢球氧化皮能够自动掉落,不需要人工不间断清理掉落的氧化皮和拨动钢球滚动,实现了高温钢球的无阻障快速输送通过,大幅度提升了产品质量;减轻了工人的劳动强度,提高了工作效率,降低了企业的人力运行成本;且本发明结构简单,操作方便。

如图所示,一种锻轧钢球输送球道,由左角钢1、右角钢2和连接件3组成,左角钢1和右角钢2均为钝角角钢,左角钢1和右角钢2的其中一个边均呈竖直状态,左角钢1和右角钢2对口设置且呈分离状态,多个连接件3焊接在左角钢1和右角钢2的下部,左角钢1和右角钢2构成底部带长孔的U槽。
