本发明涉及一种导电物质电磁加热固化装置,该装置包括高频、高压电磁线圈,供电电源和烤箱箱体组成。对于导电物质喷漆及导电膜印刷,我们提出了用电磁加热原理进行烘干的新概念,导电物质或导电膜自身在交变电磁场中会感应出电流,电流产生热就可以从导体内部直接加热涂料或导电油墨。1.在烤箱外侧包上电磁线圈,用电磁加热导电物质是其涂料固化,线圈由高频高压电源供电。2.在隧道外侧包上电磁线圈,用电磁加热导电物质是其涂料固化,线圈由电源供电。3.平铺一排电磁加热线圈,印刷的导电膜在线圈上方经过时直接电磁加热导电膜使其固化,线圈由电源供电。本发明的优点是烘干速度快,节约70%以上的能量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种导电物质电磁加热固化装置,该装置包括高频、高压电磁线圈,高频、高压供电电源。
背景技术
现在固化涂料都是用电热管加热烤箱固化,烤箱具有烘烤时间长,浪费能源的缺点。
发明内容
本发明为了解决上述背景技术中的不足之处,对于导电物质喷漆和印刷及导电膜印刷,我们提出了用电磁加热原理进行烘干的新概念,导电物质或导电膜自身在电磁场中会感应出电流,电流产生热就可以从导体内部直接加热涂料或导电油墨,可以节约70%以上的能量。
技术方案
为实现上述目的,本发明采用三种技术方案:
1.如图1在烤箱外侧包上高频高压电磁线圈,用电磁加热导电物质使其涂料固化,线圈由高频高压电源供电。
2.如图2在隧道外侧包上高频高压电磁线圈,用电磁加热导电物质使其涂料固化,线圈由高频高压电源供电。
3.如图3平铺一排电磁加热线圈,印刷的导电膜在线圈上方经过时直接电磁加热导电膜使其固化,线圈由高频高压电源供电。
与现有技术相比,本发明具有的优点和效果如下:
1、烘干速度快。
2、节约70%以上的能量。

图3是本发明电磁加热平面结构的示意图。图3中是1放料单元,图3中2是印刷的导电膜,图3中3是电磁加热线圈,图3中4是玻璃平台。
具体实施方式
参见图1,本发明电磁加热烤箱用长方形绝缘箱体,箱体外围包上电磁加热线圈,线圈上接上高频、高压电源,加热物体放在箱内,加热物体由导电物质组成,导电物体在电磁场中感应出涡电流,电流产生热就可以加热固化其表面的涂料。
参见图2,本发明电磁加热隧道式烤箱,烤箱外侧包裹有高频、高压电磁加热线圈,线圈接在高频、高压电源上,加热物体由皮带导入烤箱内,烤箱内有电磁线圈产生的交变的电磁场,加热物体是由导电物质组成的,导电物质在电磁场中感应出涡电流,涡流产生热就可以加热涂料固化了。
参见图3,本发明电磁加热平板式烤箱,烤箱下侧并排平铺一排高频、高压线圈,线圈上接有高频、高压电源,印刷的绝缘膜导入平板烤箱中,绝缘膜上印刷有导电油墨,导电油墨在烤箱下侧的电磁加热线圈上,导电油墨在交变磁场中感应出涡流,涡流产生热量就可以加热油墨,使其固化。
本发明中的线圈为高频、高压线圈,电源的频率在10khz以上。

Claims (5)

1.一种导电物体固化的电磁加热固化装置,其特征在于在固化机的四周绕上高频、高压电磁线圈(或平铺在烤箱的下侧),线圈由高频、高压电源供电,电源受plc控制。
2.权利要求1加热线圈固定在固化器的四周。
3.权利要求1线圈由高频、高压电源供电。
4.权利要求1的高频电源由plc或单片机控制。
5.权利要求1线圈可以用各种具有导电功能的材料制造。
