Abstract
本发明涉及过滤设备领域,尤其是一种高密度过滤片,它包括两层纤维网格布,所述的纤维网格布的目数为200‑325目;两层纤维网格布层叠设置,在两层纤维网格布之间设置有无纺布过滤层,纤维网格布的边缘采用橡胶封边,其中一层纤维网格布与封边的橡胶之间存在间隙,该处的无纺布过滤层暴露在外部。本发明所得到的一种高密度过滤片,其通过纤维网格布的设计,并其中一个纤维网格布存在一个间隙,使过滤介质从该处流入两个纤维网格布之间,并通过无纺布层的过滤,从另一侧的纤维网格布渗出时实现了两道过滤,且过滤压强可增加,牢度大,使用性能优越。

技术领域
本发明涉及过滤设备领域,尤其是一种高密度过滤片。
背景技术
现有技术中对于过滤片一般都是采用无纺布、硬质棉等,但是其抗冲击能力相对较差,容易变形,甚至局部出现疏松等情况,影响过滤性能。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了解决上述技术的不足而提供一种结构简单,过滤密度高、性能稳定的高密度过滤片。
为了达到上述目的,本发明所设计的一种高密度过滤片,它包括两层纤维网格布,所述的纤维网格布的目数为200-325目;两层纤维网格布层叠设置,在两层纤维网格布之间设置有无纺布过滤层,纤维网格布的边缘采用橡胶封边,其中一层纤维网格布与封边的橡胶之间存在间隙,该处的无纺布过滤层暴露在外部。
所述的纤维网格布的形状为U型,包括一个横档和设置在横档两端的竖档,横档的中间向外凸出,在其中一个竖档的端部设置一个通孔,通孔的边缘采用橡胶封边。
本发明所得到的一种高密度过滤片,其通过纤维网格布的设计,并其中一个纤维网格布存在一个间隙,使过滤介质从该处流入两个纤维网格布之间,并通过无纺布层的过滤,从另一侧的纤维网格布渗出时实现了两道过滤,且过滤压强可增加,牢度大,使用性能优越。

下面通过实施例结合附图对本发明作进一步的描述。
实施例1:
如图1、图2所示,本实施例描述的一种高密度过滤片,它包括两层纤维网格布1,所述的纤维网格布1的目数为250目;两层纤维网格布1层叠设置,在两层纤维网格布1之间设置有无纺布过滤层3,纤维网格布1的边缘采用橡胶2封边,其中一层纤维网格布1与封边的橡胶2之间存在间隙,该处的无纺布过滤层3暴露在外部。
所述的纤维网格布1的形状为U型,包括一个横档5和设置在横档5两端的竖档6,横档5的中间向外凸出,在其中一个竖档6的端部设置一个通孔4,通孔4的边缘采用橡胶2封边。
实施例2:
本实施例描述的一种高密度过滤片,它包括两层纤维网格布1,所述的纤维网格布1的目数为300目;两层纤维网格布1层叠设置,在两层纤维网格布1之间设置有无纺布过滤层3,纤维网格布1的边缘采用橡胶2封边,其中一层纤维网格布1与封边的橡胶2之间存在间隙,该处的无纺布过滤层3暴露在外部。

1.一种高密度过滤片,其特征是:它包括两层纤维网格布,所述的纤维网格布的目数为200-325目;两层纤维网格布层叠设置,在两层纤维网格布之间设置有无纺布过滤层,纤维网格布的边缘采用橡胶封边,其中一层纤维网格布与封边的橡胶之间存在间隙,该处的无纺布过滤层暴露在外部。
