Abstract

本发明提供了一种电炉除尘用烟气分流装置,其不仅能满足电炉吹氧冶炼产生的CO得到充分燃烧,且可有效解决必须采用过大除尘设备及管道的问题,减少材料用量,降低投资费用及运行能耗;其包括依次设置连接的电炉、炉内排烟管、第一水冷烟道、燃烧沉降室、第二水冷烟道、风冷器、增压风机、布袋除尘器、除尘风机、烟囱,屋顶罩设置于电炉上方,且屋顶罩的直排口与增压风机的出口连通连接,其还包括套管、分流输送风机,屋顶罩的分流口连接分流输送风机后与套管连通,套管套装于炉内排烟管出口端部,且套管内壁与炉内排烟管出口段外壁留有空隙,套管的进口端与炉内排烟管外壁封闭连接,套管、炉内排烟管的出口均与第一水冷烟道的进口相对设置。

Description

一种电炉除尘用烟气分流装置
技术领域
本发明涉及节能环保技术领域,具体为一种电炉除尘用烟气分流装置。
背景技术
现有的炼钢电炉除尘系统中,主要包括依次设置连接的电炉、炉内排烟管、水冷烟道、燃烧沉降室、风冷器、增压风机、布袋除尘器、除尘风机、烟囱,电炉在加料、出钢时产生的烟气主要由设置于电炉上方的屋顶罩捕集,然后使用布袋除尘器过滤,过滤后的气体由排放烟囱排入大气;同时电炉在吹氧冶炼时产生的高温含有CO烟气主要由炉内排烟管排出,利用炉内排烟管与水冷烟道之间的空隙混入空气进行燃烧,燃烧后再经过冷却与屋顶罩捕集排出的二次烟气混合,然后使用布袋除尘器过滤,过滤后的气体由排放烟囱排入大气;在整个炼钢周期中,吹氧冶炼时间最长,约占3/5~4/5时间,其间需要持续混入大量的空气,从而使产生的CO得到充分燃烧,则除尘系统为了能够在长时间内处理电炉散发的烟气外,还要容纳混入的大量空气,那么除尘系统必须采用过大的除尘设备及管道,也就需要消耗大量的材料,投资费用及运行能耗都比较高。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供了一种电炉除尘用烟气分流装置,其不仅能满足电炉吹氧冶炼产生的CO得到充分燃烧,且可有效解决必须采用过大除尘设备及管道的问题,减少材料用量,降低投资费用及运行能耗。
其技术方案是这样的:其包括依次设置连接的电炉、炉内排烟管、第一水冷烟道、燃烧沉降室、第二水冷烟道、风冷器、增压风机、布袋除尘器、除尘风机、烟囱,屋顶罩设置于所述电炉上方,且所述屋顶罩的直排口与所述增压风机的出口连通连接,其特征在于,其还包括套管、分流输送风机,所述屋顶罩的分流口连接所述分流输送风机后与所述套管连通,所述套管套装于所述炉内排烟管出口端部,且所述套管内壁与所述炉内排烟管出口段外壁留有空隙,所述套管的进口端与所述炉内排烟管外壁封闭连接,所述套管、炉内排烟管的出口均与所述第一水冷烟道的进口相对设置。
其进一步特征在于,所述套管、炉内排烟管的出口与所述第一水冷烟道的进口相对距离均为50mm~200mm。
本发明的有益效果是,通过在现有除尘系统中增设套管、分流输送风机,可有效分流屋顶罩捕集的烟气,即屋顶罩捕集的电炉烟气部分可通过分流口由分流输送风机送入套管,套管内壁与炉内排烟管出口段外壁留有空隙,分流输送风机输送的烟气经由该空隙排出,并与炉内排烟管排出的烟气相继进入第一水冷烟道混合,然后在燃烧沉降室中进行充分燃烧,粗颗粒烟尘得到沉降,套管出口与第一水冷烟道之间通过分流输送风机会形成一层气幕,可以阻挡空气的进入,取代了现有空气与炉内烟气混合燃烧,从而不仅能满足电炉吹氧冶炼产生的CO得到充分燃烧,且可大大减少进入布袋除尘器、除尘风机的烟气量,使布袋除尘器过滤面积及体积减小、除尘风机流量及用电功率降低,缩小了除尘系统及除尘设备的规模大小,以及由于除尘风机流量降低,除尘风机减少的电能远远大于分流输送风机消耗的电能,除尘系统其它用电设备由于体积或长度减小,电能的使用也相应减少,从而保证了除尘系统在低流量、低能耗下运行,节约了投资及运行成本,提高了经济效益及社会效益。

具体实施方式
如图1、图2所示,本发明包括通过管道6依次设置连接的电炉1、炉内排烟管2、第一水冷烟道4、燃烧沉降室5、第二水冷烟道14、风冷器7、增压风机8、布袋除尘器11、除尘风机12、烟囱13,屋顶罩9设置于电炉1上方,且屋顶罩的直排口与增压风机的出口连通连接,炉内排烟管2、套管3、第一水冷烟道4、第二水冷烟道14的材料均为钢管;炉内排烟管2进口端与电炉1炉盖连接;燃烧沉降室5是长方体或圆筒体结构,在内部烟气可以充分燃烧,粗颗粒烟尘得到沉降;风冷器7主要对通入的烟气进行冷却;增压风机8为电炉内排烟气的流动增加动力,增压风机8进口通过管道6与风冷器7出口相连,出口通过管道6分别与屋顶罩9直排口、布袋除尘器11进口相连;屋顶罩9壳体是锥台结构,主要作用是捕集电炉1二次烟气,屋顶罩9布置在电炉1上方厂房屋顶上,罩口向下,其分流口通过管道6与分流输送风机10进口相连;分流输送风机10为增设烟气分流输送管路内的烟气流动及气幕的形成提供动力,分流输送风机10布置在屋顶罩9与套管3之间,其进、出口通过管道6分别与屋顶罩9分流口、套管3进口相连;布袋除尘器11外壳是箱体结构,其内部设有滤袋,可以对烟气进行除尘;除尘风机12为系统烟气的流动提供动力。
本发明还包括套管3、分流输送风机10,屋顶罩9的分流口连接分流输送风机10后与套管3连通,套管3套装于炉内排烟管2出口端部,且套管3内壁与炉内排烟管2出口段外壁留有空隙,套管3的进口端与炉内排烟管2外壁封闭连接,套管3的出口、炉内排烟管2的出口均与第一水冷烟道4的进口相对设置;套管3的出口、炉内排烟管2的出口与第一水冷烟道4的进口相对距离均为120mm。
本发明的工作过程是:(1)、电炉1在加料、出钢时产生的烟气,自下而上朝屋顶罩9方向上升并被屋顶罩9捕集,捕集后的烟气通过管道6进入布袋除尘器11进行过滤,达标后由除尘风机12送入烟囱13排放;
(2)、电炉1在吹氧冶炼时产生一、二次烟气,二次烟气由屋顶罩9捕集,捕集后的烟气分成两部分:一部分由屋顶罩9直排口排出,通过管道6与从增压风机8过来的烟气进行混合;另一部分由屋顶罩9分流口排出,通过管道6由分流输送风机10送入套管3,套管内壁与炉内排烟管出口段外壁留有空隙,分流输送风机10输送的烟气经由该空隙排出,并与炉内排烟管排出的一次烟气相继进入第一水冷烟道4混合,同时在套管3出口与第一水冷烟道4之间形成一层气幕,可以阻挡空气的进入,然后在燃烧沉降室5中进行充分燃烧,粗颗粒烟尘得到沉降,并在第二水冷烟道14中烟气与冷却水进行间接冷却、温度降低;之后烟气通过管道6进入风冷器7进一步冷却,冷却后通过增压风机8、管道6与屋顶罩9直排口排出的二次烟气混合,然后混合烟气通过管道6进入布袋除尘器11进行过滤,达标后由除尘风机12送入烟囱13排放,除下的烟尘定期排出。

1.一种电炉除尘用烟气分流装置,其包括依次设置连接的电炉、炉内排烟管、第一水冷烟道、燃烧沉降室、第二水冷烟道、风冷器、增压风机、布袋除尘器、除尘风机、烟囱,屋顶罩设置于所述电炉上方,且所述屋顶罩的直排口与所述增压风机的出口连通连接,其特征在于,其还包括套管、分流输送风机,所述屋顶罩的分流口连接所述分流输送风机后与所述套管连通,所述套管套装于所述炉内排烟管出口端部,且所述套管内壁与所述炉内排烟管出口段外壁留有空隙,所述套管的进口端与所述炉内排烟管外壁封闭连接,所述套管、炉内排烟管的出口均与所述第一水冷烟道的进口相对设置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电炉除尘用烟气分流装置,其特征在于,所述套管、炉内排烟管的出口与所述第一水冷烟道的进口相对距离均为50mm~200mm。
