本发明公开了一种鼓风机输送系统,包括机体、进气口、进气管、出气口、输送管、净化器、连通管、阀门、弹性体、放置网,所述机体一端设置的进气口与进气管连接,机体另一端设置的出气口一端与净化器一端连接,净化器另一端与输送管连接,输送管采用双层材料制作而成,输送管管壁内设有弹性体,弹性体用于缓冲气体对管壁的作用力,管壁与弹性体之间设有消音棉,输送管两端内侧设有放置网,所述连通管一端贯穿管壁伸入到输送管内,连通管上设有阀门。本鼓风机输送系统管壁内设置的消音棉有效降低气体产生噪音对外界的影响,通过净化器净化空气使空气更加清新,更加有利于健康。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种鼓风机输送系统。
背景技术
鼓风机是一种用于输送气体的机械设备,其结构包括由机壳和前后墙板组成的气腔,机壳上有吸排气口。前后墙板之间安装有一对平行的轴,两轴分别是主动轴和从动轴,两轴在墙板外以相互啮合的同步齿轮连接。在大型商场中会用到鼓风机流通空气,现有的输送管道结构不稳定,抗压性能差,而且降噪能力有限,噪音对外界影响也比较大。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种鼓风机输送系统,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:一种鼓风机输送系统,包括机体、进气口、进气管、出气口、输送管、净化器、连通管、阀门、弹性体、放置网,所述机体一端设置的进气口与进气管连接,机体另一端设置的出气口一端与净化器一端连接,净化器另一端与输送管连接,输送管采用双层材料制作而成,输送管管壁内设有弹性体,弹性体用于缓冲气体对管壁的作用力,管壁与弹性体之间设有消音棉,输送管两端内侧设有放置网,所述连通管一端贯穿管壁伸入到输送管内,连通管上设有阀门。
优选的,所述放置网与输送管内壁之间采用焊接连接,放置网用于放置清新空气的物品类似香包。
优选的,所述连通管与输送管之间密封连接。
优选的,净化器采用型号为TPSJ-KXP大型空气净化器。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本鼓风机输送系统管壁内设置的消音棉有效降低了气体对外界产生的噪音;设置的弹性体增加了管壁间的结构稳定性,延长了使用寿命;净化器可以进一步对气体进行过滤净化,保证了类似商场大型场所的空气质量;放置网内可以放置类似香包之类的物品,改善空气状况;检测装置通过连通管可以检测输送管内的空气质量情况,同时还可以通过连通管向输送管内输入改善性气体。

下面将结合本发明实施例中的附图,对本发明实施例中的技术方案进行清楚、完整地描述。
请参阅图1-2,本发明提供的一种实施例:一种鼓风机输送系统,包括机体2、进气口1、进气管10、出气口3、输送管8、净化器4、连通管6、阀门5、弹性体9、放置网7,所述机体2一端设置的进气口1与进气管10连接,机体2另一端设置的出气口3一端与净化器4一端连接,净化器4另一端与输送管8连接,净化器4采用型号为TPSJ-KXP大型空气净化器。输送管8采用双层材料制作而成,输送管8管壁内设有弹性体9,弹性体9用于缓冲气体对管壁的作用力,管壁与弹性体9之间设有消音棉,输送管8两端内侧设有放置网7,所述连通管6一端贯穿管壁伸入到输送管8内,连通管6上设有阀门5,放置网7与输送管8内壁之间采用焊接连接,放置网7用于放置清新空气的物品类似香包,连通管6与输送管8之间密封连接。
具体使用方式:本发明中,通过机体2、进气口1、进气管10、出气口3、输送管8、净化器4、连通管6、阀门5、弹性体9、放置网7构成了本装置,机体2一端的出气口3与输送管8之间设置净化器4,出气口3、净化器4和输送管8之间可以采用螺栓连接,放置网7设置在输送管8的内壁上,在放置网7内放入类似香包之类的清新空气的物品,空气从出气口3进入净化器4进行过滤净化,然后再进入到输送管8内,管壁内设置弹性体9,管壁与弹性体9之间设置消音棉,弹性体9有效缓解气体产生噪音对外界环境的影响,连通管6一端贯穿设置在输送管8内,空气检测装置通过连通管6可以检测管内的空气状况,同时也可以通过连通管6向输送管8内输送另外的改善性气体,使用比较灵活。

1.一种鼓风机输送系统,包括机体(2)、进气口(1)、进气管(10)、出气口(3)、输送管(8)、净化器(4)、连通管(6)、阀门(5)、弹性体(9)、放置网(7),其特征在于:所述机体(2)一端设置的进气口(1)与进气管(10)连接,机体(2)另一端设置的出气口(3)一端与净化器(4)一端连接,净化器(4)另一端与输送管(8)连接,输送管(8)采用双层材料制作而成,输送管(8)管壁内设有弹性体(9),弹性体(9)用于缓冲气体对管壁的作用力,管壁与弹性体(9)之间设有消音棉,输送管(8)两端内侧设有放置网(7),所述连通管(6)一端贯穿管壁伸入到输送管(8)内,连通管(6)上设有阀门(5)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓风机输送系统,其特征在于,所述放置网(7)与输送管(8)内壁之间采用焊接连接,放置网(7)用于放置清新空气的物品类似香包。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓风机输送系统,其特征在于,所述连通管(6)与输送管(8)之间密封连接。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种鼓风机输送系统,其特征在于,净化器(4)采用型号为TPSJ-KXP大型空气净化器。
