本发明公开一种传动轴减震伸缩套,包括伸缩套本体,伸缩套本体包括外轴管、内轴管、花键轴和惯性环,外轴管套设在内轴管的外表面,且外轴管与内轴管之间浇注有缓冲物质,外轴管的内壁沿圆周方向均匀开有榫槽,内轴管设有与榫槽配合的榫头,以连接外轴管,内轴管的内壁设有与花键轴配合的花键槽,花键轴一端为光面轴;的惯性环设置在内轴管两端,且两者端面相接,惯性环外圆周表面与外轴管的内壁固定连接,惯性环由弹性钢骨架和包覆在弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质组成,且惯性环内径大于所述花键轴的外径。本发明在保证传动轴精度的情况下,延长了传动轴的使用寿命。

本发明涉及传动轴设备技术领域,具体涉及一种传动轴减震伸缩套。
背景技术
在车辆结构中,传动轴是前置发动机后轮驱动车辆中的重要部件之一,与万向节配合构成万向传动轴,位于变速器输出轴与驱动桥主减速器输入轴之间,车辆在运行中路面不平产生跳动,负荷变化或者安装位置差异,都会使得变速器输出轴与驱动桥主减速器输入轴之间的夹角和距离发生变化,传动轴在车辆行驶中会产生振动,给车辆的驾乘人员的舒适性带来了影响,同时,长时间的振动对传动轴本身造成不可修复的损坏,现有的减震装置为传动轴减震器,多个零件的连接会造成更多的故障所在,极易造成事故的发生。
发明内容
本发明提出一种结构简单,设计合理,使用方便的一种传动轴减震伸缩套,本发明惯性环端面与内轴管固定,外圆周表面与外轴管的内壁固定,惯性环可以有效地缓冲掉外轴管与内轴管相对滑动的力,外轴管与内轴管通过榫槽与榫头配合,且外轴管与内轴管之间浇注有缓冲物质,对传动轴受到的力具有一定的缓冲作用,在保证传动轴精度的情况下,延长了传动轴的使用寿命。
为解决此技术问题,本发明采取以下技术方案:一种传动轴减震伸缩套,包括伸缩套本体,伸缩套本体包括外轴管、内轴管、花键轴和惯性环,所述外轴管套设在内轴管的外表面,且外轴管与内轴管之间浇注有缓冲物质,所述外轴管的内壁沿圆周方向均匀开有榫槽,内轴管设有与榫槽配合的榫头,以连接外轴管,内轴管的内壁设有与花键轴配合的花键槽,所述花键轴一端为光面轴;所述的惯性环设置在内轴管两端,且两者端面相接,惯性环外圆周表面与外轴管的内壁固定连接,所述惯性环由弹性钢骨架和包覆在弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质组成,且惯性环内径大于所述花键轴的外径。
作为本发明一种传动轴减震伸缩套的进一步改进,所述圆柱与内轴管同轴,且圆柱外圆周与内轴管的内壁接触。
作为本发明一种传动轴减震伸缩套的进一步改进,所述惯性环的弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质为橡胶。
作为本发明一种传动轴减震伸缩套的进一步改进,所述惯性环端面与内轴管通过螺栓连接,惯性环外圆周表面与外轴管的内壁通过螺栓连接。
有益效果
本发明惯性环由弹性钢骨架和浇注在弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质组成,且惯性环端面与内轴管固定,外圆周表面与外轴管的内壁固定,惯性环可以有效地缓冲掉外轴管与内轴管之间相对滑动的力,所述外轴管的内壁沿圆周方向均匀开有榫槽,内轴管的外圆周设有与榫槽对应的榫头,榫头通过与榫槽配合将外轴管与内轴管固定一起,且外轴管与内轴管之间浇注有缓冲物质,对传动轴受到的力具有一定的缓冲作用,减少了摩擦力的作用,延长了传动轴的使用寿命,同时提升了驾乘人员的舒适性,所述内轴管的内壁设有与花键轴配合的花键槽,所述花键轴与花键槽配合的一端设置有圆柱,圆柱与花键轴同轴,且圆柱套于内轴管的内部,与内轴管的内壁相互配合,通过圆柱与内轴管内壁的配合,可以有效提高传动轴的精密度,且可以避免提高花键轴与花键槽配合精密度带来的困难。

如图所示:一种传动轴减震伸缩套,包括伸缩套本体,伸缩套本体包括外轴管1、内轴管2、花键轴3和惯性环4,所述外轴管1套设在内轴管2的外表面,且外轴管1与内轴管2之间浇注有缓冲物质,所述外轴管1的内壁沿圆周方向均匀开有榫槽5,内轴管2设有与榫槽5配合的榫头6,以连接外轴管1,内轴管2的内壁设有与花键轴3配合的花键槽8,所述花键轴3一端为光面轴7,光面轴7的圆周面与内轴管2的内壁接触;所述的惯性环4设置在内轴管2两端,且两者端面相接,惯性环4外圆周表面与外轴管1的内壁固定连接,所述惯性环4由弹性钢骨架和包覆在弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质组成,且惯性环4内径大于所述花键轴3的外径,惯性环4的弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质为橡胶,惯性环4端面与内轴管2通过螺栓连接,惯性环4外圆周表面与外轴管1的内壁通过螺栓连接。
本发明惯性环4由弹性钢骨架和浇注在弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质组成,且惯性环4端面与内轴管2固定,外圆周表面与外轴管1的内壁固定,惯性环4可以有效地缓冲掉外轴管1与内轴管2之间相对滑动的力,所述外轴管1的内壁沿圆周方向均匀开有榫槽5,内轴管2的外圆周设有与榫槽5对应的榫头6,榫头6通过与榫槽5配合将外轴管1与内轴管2固定一起,且外轴管1与内轴管2之间浇注有缓冲物质,对传动轴受到的力具有一定的缓冲作用,减少了摩擦力的作用,延长了传动轴的使用寿命,同时提升了驾乘人员的舒适性,所述内轴管2的内壁设有与花轴3配合的花键槽8,所述花键轴3与花键槽8配合的一端设置有圆柱7,圆柱7与花键轴3同轴,且圆柱7套于内轴管2的内部,与内轴管2的内壁相互配合,通过圆柱7与内轴管2内壁的配合,可以有效提高传动轴的精密度,且可以避免提高花键轴3与花键槽8配合精密度带来的困难,本发明结构简单、设计合理、使用方便,对传动轴受到的力具有一定的缓冲作用,在保证传动轴精度的情况下,延长了传动轴的使用寿命。

1.一种传动轴减震伸缩套,包括伸缩套本体,其特征在于:伸缩套本体包括外轴管(1)、内轴管(2)、花键轴(3)和惯性环(4),所述外轴管(1)套设在内轴管(2)的外表面,且外轴管(1)与内轴管(2)之间浇注有缓冲物质,所述外轴管(1)的内壁沿圆周方向均匀开有榫槽(5),内轴管(2)设有与榫槽(5)配合的榫头(6),以连接外轴管(1),内轴管(2)的内壁设有与花键轴(3)配合的花键槽(8),所述花键轴(3)一端为光面轴(7);所述的惯性环(4)设置在内轴管(2)两端,且两者端面相接,惯性环(4)外圆周表面与外轴管(1)的内壁固定连接,所述惯性环(4)由弹性钢骨架和包覆在弹性钢骨架外的缓冲物质组成,且惯性环(4)内径大于所述花键轴(3)的外径。
