本发明属于燃气机技术领域,涉及一种油改气燃气机进气道结构,包括第一进气道、第二进气道,第一进气道与第二进气道两者的气道出口与气缸的燃烧室垂直贯通连接,第一进气道、第二进气道两者与气缸相连接一端分别形成一个螺旋室。本发明产品结构简单,能够产生满足燃气机燃烧所需的高滚流比且进气阻力无明显增加,燃气气流流速加快,火焰传播的速度也加快,燃烧效率提高;解决了大缸径油改气四气门燃气机因进气道布置不合理导致的燃气机性能不佳的问题。

本发明属于燃气机技术领域,涉及一种油改气燃气机进气道结构。
背景技术
目前,公知的燃气机的开发大多是在现有柴油机或汽油机基础上进行简单的改装,典型运用是出租车上的油改气,但由于燃料的不同往往需要不同的进气质量,而改装往往忽略进气道的优化布置或受现有缸盖结构的限制,导致燃气机性能不能达到最佳状态,从而制约了油改气燃气机性能的提升。缸盖内的进气道布置是影响油改气燃气机性能的一个重要因素,燃气的进气质量将直接影响燃气机的性能,加之,随着排放和性能要求的日趋严格,迫使人们不断改善现有的燃气机技术以满足要求。较高的进气滚流比对燃气机的性能和排放产生积极影响,从而提升燃气机的性能。
发明内容
本发明针对上述问题,提供一种油改气燃气机进气道结构,该进气道结构的滚流比高,改善燃气机性能。
按照本发明的技术方案:一种油改气燃气机进气道结构,其特征在于:包括第一进气道、第二进气道,第一进气道与第二进气道两者的气道出口与气缸的燃烧室垂直贯通连接,第一进气道、第二进气道两者与气缸相连接一端分别形成一个螺旋室。
作为本发明的进一步改进,第一进气道、第二进气道两者的气道进口的轴线相互平行设置。
作为本发明的进一步改进,所述第一进气道的气流出口方向与两进气门中心连线相互垂直,两个气道进口处于同一平面。
本发明的技术效果在于:本发明产品结构简单,能够产生满足燃气机燃烧所需的高滚流比且进气阻力无明显增加,燃气气流流速加快,火焰传播的速度也加快,燃烧效率提高;解决了大缸径油改气四气门燃气机因进气道布置不合理导致的燃气机性能不佳的问题。

如图1所示,本发明是一种油改气燃气机进气道结构,包括第一进气道1、第二进气道2,第一进气道1与第二进气道2两者的气道出口5与气缸6的燃烧室垂直贯通连接,第一进气道1、第二进气道2两者与气缸6相连接一端分别形成一个螺旋室4。
第一进气道1、第二进气道2两者的气道进口3的轴线相互平行设置。
第一进气道1的气流出口方向与两进气门中心连线相互垂直,两个气道进口3处于同一平面。
本发明的工作过程如下:第一进气道1、第二进气道2用于燃气的输入,两进气道一端分别和气缸6的燃烧室相垂直贯通,另一端和进气歧管连通;两气道平行布置且其气道进口平面处于同一平面,第一进气道1的气流出口和两进气门连线相垂直,用于产生燃气机所需的高滚流比且进气阻力无明显增加,燃气气流流速加快,火焰传播的速度也加快,燃烧效率提高,从而提升燃气机的性能。

1.一种油改气燃气机进气道结构,其特征在于:包括第一进气道(1)、第二进气道(2),第一进气道(1)与第二进气道(2)两者的气道出口(5)与气缸(6)的燃烧室垂直贯通连接,第一进气道(1)、第二进气道(2)两者与气缸(6)相连接一端分别形成一个螺旋室(4)。
2.如权利要求1所述的油改气燃气机进气道结构,其特征在于:第一进气道(1)、第二进气道(2)两者的气道进口(3)的轴线相互平行设置。
