Abstract

本发明公开了一种拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙及构造方法,适用于建筑领域使用。构造方法是在无比钢立柱之间设置轻质管墙,轻质管墙分为上、下墙体及中部卡条三部分,三部分之间用连接板连接,连接板与轻质管墙体用贯穿螺栓锚固连接,上下墙体分别与U形槽翼缘用贯穿螺栓锚固。有效无比钢结构体系的竖向承载能力,为无比钢体系向多层发展提供依据;同时轻质管墙还具有阻断热流传递的效果,具有良好的隔热性能,可当做建筑的保温层,这有利于节约建筑成本;该轻质管墙便于工业化生产与安装,提高了施工速度。

[技术领域]
本发明适用于一种拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙及构造方法,特别适用于一种建筑领域使用的拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙及构造方法。
[技术背景]
如今的建筑结构体系有钢筋混凝土结构、砖墙结构、木结构及钢结构等体系,其中无比钢建筑完全由冷弯薄壁型钢组成,它与传统结构体系相比具有自重轻、施工快捷且环保、易于工业化施工等优势。但是目前在我国无比钢体系大多用于建造低层住宅,在高层中的应用还未推广,其中的一个核心问题就是就是提高无比刚结构体系承受竖向荷载的能力。
[发明内容]
本发明根据上述现有技术中存在的不足,提供里一种结构简单,组装方便,支撑效果好,制造成本低,可以有效阻断热流传递的拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙及构造方法。
为达上述目的,本发明拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,包括多个无比钢立柱,两个无比钢立柱之间设有轻质管墙,所述轻质管墙包括多根并排设置的经过防火与防潮处理的轻质管和设置在多个轻质管四周的外夹板;轻质管墙顶部设有上部U形槽钢,轻质管墙底部设有下部U形槽钢,上部U形槽钢和下部U形槽钢将轻质管墙和无比钢立柱连接紧固。
所述轻质管墙分为上部墙体和下部墙体两部分,上部墙体和下部墙体之间设有中部卡条,中部卡条两侧分别设有连接板连接固定上部墙体和下部墙体。
所述所述的无比钢立柱为由镀锌冷弯高频焊接的轻型薄壁中空方管和三角形的V型连接件构成无比钢结构,三角形V型连接件的厚度为0.84mm-2mm。
所述上部墙体、下部墙体和中部卡条与连接板上设有贯穿螺栓孔,并通过贯穿螺栓杆相互锚固,上部U形槽钢和下部U形槽钢设设有贯穿螺栓孔,并通过贯穿螺栓杆与上部墙体、下部墙体分别锚固。
所述轻质管为轻质的管体,管体的内外壁和上下端涂有胶黏材料,胶黏层外覆盖有防水和耐高温材料,使轻质的管体满足耐火和防水要求;外夹板将轻质管封闭与内侧,使轻质管墙体稳定。
所述中部卡条的高度约为5~10cm;上部墙体和下部墙体及中部卡条的总高度应等于无比钢立柱的高度。
一种拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙的构造方法,其步骤为:在无比钢体系的无比钢立柱安装完成后,在两个无比钢立柱之间底部安装下部U形槽钢,利用贯穿螺栓杆在下部U形槽钢的凹槽中固定安装下部墙体,在这两个无比钢立柱之间的顶部安装上部U形槽钢,利用贯穿螺栓杆在上部U形槽钢的凹槽中固定安装上部墙体,待上部墙体和下部墙体固定完成后,将中部卡条卡入上部墙体和下部墙体之间的空隙中,最后将连接板安装在上部墙体和下部墙体与中部卡条的接缝处并开贯穿螺栓孔,通过贯穿螺栓锚固,以提高墙体的整体性。
有益效果:本发明安装于两个无比钢立柱之间,与无比钢立柱同时安装,协同无比钢立柱承受结构传递的竖向荷载,有效无比钢结构体系的竖向承载能力,也便于工业化施工与安装;同时轻质管墙还具有阻断热流传递的效果,具有良好的隔热性能,可当做建筑的保温层,这有利于节约建筑成本;该轻质管墙便于工业化生产与安装,提高了施工速度。

[具体实施方式]
下面结合附图与具体实例对本发明做具体说明。
如图1、图2和图3所示,本发明的拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,包括多个无比钢立柱8,所述所述的无比钢立柱8为由镀锌冷弯高频焊接的轻型薄壁中空方管和三角形的V型连接件构成无比钢结构,三角形V型连接件的厚度为0.84mm-2mm。两个无比钢立柱8之间设有轻质管墙,所述轻质管墙分为上部墙体1和下部墙体2两部分,上部墙体1和下部墙体2之间设有中部卡条3,中部卡条3两侧分别设有连接板4连接固定上部墙体1和下部墙体2,所述轻质管墙包括多根并排设置的经过防火与防潮处理的轻质管1.1和设置在多个轻质管1.1四周的外夹板1.2;所述轻质管1.1为轻质的管体,管体的内外壁和上下端涂有胶黏材料,胶黏层外覆盖有防水和耐高温材料,使轻质的管体满足耐火和防水要求;外夹板1.2将轻质管1.1封闭与内侧,使轻质管墙体稳定,轻质管墙顶部设有上部U形槽钢6,轻质管墙底部设有下部U形槽钢7,上部U形槽钢6和下部U形槽钢7将轻质管墙和无比钢立柱8连接紧固,所述中部卡条3的高度约为5~10cm;上部墙体1和下部墙体2及中部卡条3的总高度应等于无比钢立柱8的高度。。
所述上部墙体1、下部墙体2和中部卡条3与连接板4上设有贯穿螺栓孔5,并通过贯穿螺栓杆9相互锚固,上部U形槽钢6和下部U形槽钢7设设有贯穿螺栓孔5,并通过贯穿螺栓杆9与上部墙体1、下部墙体2分别锚固。
一种使用权利要求1所述拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙的构造方法,其步骤为:在无比钢体系的无比钢立柱8安装完成后,在两个无比钢立柱8之间底部安装下部U形槽钢7,利用贯穿螺栓杆9在下部U形槽钢7的凹槽中固定安装下部墙体2,在这两个无比钢立柱8之间的顶部安装上部U形槽钢6,利用贯穿螺栓杆9在上部U形槽钢6的凹槽中固定安装上部墙体1,待上部墙体1和下部墙体2固定完成后,将中部卡条3卡入上部墙体1和下部墙体2之间的空隙中,最后将连接板4安装在上部墙体1和下部墙体2与中部卡条3的接缝处并开贯穿螺栓孔5,通过贯穿螺栓9锚固,以提高墙体的整体性。
上述方案为本发明的最佳实施方案,但在不改变本发明的精神背景下,所做的任何改进,均落在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (7)

1.一种拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,包括多个无比钢立柱(8),其特征在于:两个无比钢立柱(8)之间设有轻质管墙,所述轻质管墙包括多根并排设置的经过防火与防潮处理的轻质管(1.1)和设置在多个轻质管(1.1)四周的外夹板(1.2);轻质管墙顶部设有上部U形槽钢(6),轻质管墙底部设有下部U形槽钢(7),上部U形槽钢(6)和下部U形槽钢(7)将轻质管墙和无比钢立柱(8)连接紧固。
2.根据权利要求1所述的拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,其特征在于:所述轻质管墙分为上部墙体(1)和下部墙体(2)两部分,上部墙体(1)和下部墙体(2)之间设有中部卡条(3),中部卡条(3)两侧分别设有连接板(4)连接固定上部墙体(1)和下部墙体(2)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,其特征在于:所述所述的无比钢立柱(8)为由镀锌冷弯高频焊接的轻型薄壁中空方管和三角形的V型连接件构成无比钢结构,三角形V型连接件的厚度为0.84mm-2mm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的无拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,其特征在于:所述上部墙体(1)、下部墙体(2)和中部卡条(3)与连接板(4)上设有贯穿螺栓孔(5),并通过贯穿螺栓杆(9)相互锚固,上部U形槽钢(6)和下部U形槽钢(7)设设有贯穿螺栓孔(5),并通过贯穿螺栓杆(9)与上部墙体(1)、下部墙体(2)分别锚固。
5.根据权利要求1所述的拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,其特征在于:所述轻质管(1.1)为轻质的管体,管体的内外壁和上下端涂有胶黏材料,胶黏层外覆盖有防水和耐高温材料,使轻质的管体满足耐火和防水要求;外夹板(1.2)将轻质管(1.1)封闭与内侧,使轻质管墙体稳定。
6.根据权利要求1所述的拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙,其特征在于:所述中部卡条(3)的高度约为5~10cm;上部墙体(1)和下部墙体(2)及中部卡条(3)的总高度应等于无比钢立柱(8)的高度。
7.一种使用权利要求1所述拼装式无比钢立柱间承压墙的构造方法,其特征在于步骤为:在无比钢体系的无比钢立柱(8)安装完成后,在两个无比钢立柱(8)之间底部安装下部U形槽钢(7),利用贯穿螺栓杆(9)在下部U形槽钢(7)的凹槽中固定安装下部墙体(2),在这两个无比钢立柱(8)之间的顶部安装上部U形槽钢(6),利用贯穿螺栓杆(9)在上部U形槽钢(6)的凹槽中固定安装上部墙体(1),待上部墙体(1)和下部墙体(2)固定完成后,将中部卡条(3)卡入上部墙体(1)和下部墙体(2)之间的空隙中,最后将连接板(4)安装在上部墙体(1)和下部墙体(2)与中部卡条(3)的接缝处并开贯穿螺栓孔(5),通过贯穿螺栓(9)锚固,以提高墙体的整体性。
