The fiber-reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 20-50% of asphalt, 5-20% of tackifying resin, 0.2-10% of polymer modifier, 0.5-5% of solubilizer, 20-80% of inorganic reinforced filler, 0.5-2% of rheological additive, 1-10% of reinforcing fiber, 0.1-1.0% of antioxidant and 20-30% of organic solvent, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of all the raw material components is 100%. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the fiber reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent. The product of the invention has outstanding adhesiveness, wide temperature adaptation range, good thixotropy, good aging resistance and wide adaptability of the base layer.

At present, the leakage treatment of roof engineering mainly comprises two schemes, including integral renovation and local treatment. For the overall renovation, similar to the newly repaired roof, various waterproof coiled materials and waterproof coatings can be selected, the cost is generally higher, the period is longer, and the method is difficult to be applied under many conditions. Therefore, local treatment is carried out on the roof leakage, the method becomes a preferred scheme for solving the problem of building leakage, and the waterproof material is generally selected according to the specific selection of the roof leakage range, the leakage degree, the leakage reason, the environmental characteristics and the like. However, no waterproof material specially used for roof repair exists in the market, various waterproof coatings, sealing materials or grouting materials are used for replacing the waterproof materials, and hot melt asphalt is even directly used as a repair material for some waterproof materials, so that the waterproof materials cannot meet the requirements of a roof repair agent in the aspects of construction performance, application performance and aging resistance. Therefore, aiming at the leakage problem of the building roof, the development of a fiber reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent which has strong permeability, good bonding property to a base layer, good construction performance and good adaptability to the base layer, can be applied to most base layers (cement, concrete, high polymers, metal and the like), can also be constructed on a damp base layer and has good aging resistance is urgently needed.

The invention further solves the technical problem by adopting the technical scheme that the preparation method of the fiber reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent comprises the steps of shearing asphalt, tackifying resin, polymer modifier and solubilizer at a high speed of 160-190 ℃ to prepare modified asphalt, then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding an organic solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding inorganic reinforced filler, reinforced fiber, rheological aid and antioxidant, and stirring in a high-speed stirrer to obtain the fiber reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Compared with various waterproof coatings and sealing materials used for repairing the existing roof, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) wide base layer adaptability: the adhesive has good adhesion to various materials such as cement concrete, cement fiber boards, high polymer materials, asphalt materials and the like, and can be constructed not only on a dry base surface but also on a wet base layer.
(2) Outstanding adhesion: the bonding strength of the cement concrete base layer reaches more than 0.6 MPa.
(3) Wide temperature adaptation range: the modified asphalt roof healant product has heat resistance up to 170 deg.c, low temperature flexibility below-15 deg.c and wide temperature application range.
(4) Good workability: the modified asphalt roof repairing agent product is suitable for plane construction and vertical construction, does not sag after being coated by 3mm thick once, and has good thixotropy.
The invention is suitable for repairing cracks, sealing seams and the like in roof engineering, reservoir dams, drainage pipelines (non-drinking water) and the like.

The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1
And shearing 45 parts of No. 90 asphalt, 15 parts of coumarone resin, 6 parts of SEBS and 2 parts of aromatic oil at a high speed for 3 hours at 170 ℃ to obtain modified asphalt, then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 25 parts of xylene solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 6 parts of lignin fiber, 2 parts of organic bentonite and 0.5 part of antioxidant 1010, and stirring for 20 minutes under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the fiber-reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Example 2
Shearing 40 parts of No. 90 asphalt, 10 parts of petroleum resin, 6 parts of SBS and 1 part of aromatic oil at a high speed of 180 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain modified asphalt, then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 23 parts of xylene solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 45 parts of calcium carbonate, 4 parts of polyester fiber, 2 parts of polyamide and 0.5 part of antioxidant 1010, and stirring for 20 minutes under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the fiber-reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Example 3
And shearing 50 parts of No. 90 asphalt, 10 parts of rosin resin, 6 parts of SEBS and 2 parts of aromatic oil at a high speed of 180 ℃ for 3 hours to obtain modified asphalt, then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 25 parts of xylene solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 6 parts of PP fiber, 2 parts of organic bentonite, 1 part of fumed silica and 0.5 part of antioxidant 1010, and stirring for 20 minutes under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the fiber-reinforced modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Example 4
