The roof repairing agent is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 20-50% of asphalt, 5-20% of tackifying resin, 0.2-10% of polymer modifier, 0.5-5% of solubilizer, 20-80% of inorganic reinforcing filler, 5-20% of functional filler, 0.5-2% of rheological additive, 0.1-1.0% of antioxidant and 20-30% of organic solvent, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of all the raw material components is 100%. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the modified asphalt roof repairing agent for open water construction. The product of the invention has outstanding adhesiveness, wide temperature application range, good thixotropy, good open water construction performance and wide base layer adaptability.

Background

However, the leakage problem of the building engineering, especially the leakage problem of the roof, is high for a long time, and causes great loss and unnecessary trouble to the national property and the life of people. According to the survey of the national institute of building and waterproof industry, 65% of new houses in China can leak in different degrees within one to two years at present, and 65% of building and waterproof projects need to be renovated after 6 to 8 years. Building leakage has become the second major building problem outside of the structure, and has long plagued the broad masses of developers and people.
At present, no waterproof material specially used for roof repair exists in the market, various waterproof coatings, sealing materials or grouting materials are used for replacing the waterproof material, and hot melt asphalt is even directly used as a repair material for some waterproof materials, so that the waterproof materials cannot meet the requirements of a roof repair agent in the aspects of construction performance, application performance and aging resistance. Particularly, in the rainy environment in the south, the roof is in the leakage problem under the conditions of extreme humidity, open water and even rain for a long time, and no roof repairing material suitable for open water construction exists in the market. Therefore, aiming at the leakage problem of the building roof, the development of the open water construction modified asphalt roof repairing agent which has strong permeability, good bonding property to the base layer, good construction performance and good adaptation to the base layer, can be applied to most of base layers (cement, concrete, high polymers, metals and the like) and harsh use conditions (in the rain process or in the open water base layer), has good aging resistance and can be applied to the roof repairing material in the exposed environment is urgently needed.

The modified asphalt roof repairing agent for the open water construction is prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 20-50% of asphalt, 5-20% of tackifying resin, 0.2-10% of polymer modifier, 0.5-5% of solubilizer, 20-80% of inorganic reinforcing filler, 5-20% of functional filler, 0.5-2% of rheological additive, 0.1-1.0% of antioxidant and 20-30% of organic solvent, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of all the raw material components is 100%.
Further, the asphalt is 90# petroleum asphalt.
Further, the tackifying resin is one or a mixture of more than two of coumarone resin, terpene resin, rosin resin, petroleum resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin and xylene formaldehyde resin.
Further, the polymer modifier is one or a mixture of more than two of nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer (SBS), styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer (SIS), styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer (SEBS) and styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene type block copolymer (SEPS).
Further, the solubilizer is trilinear oil and/or aromatic oil.
Further, the inorganic reinforcing filler is heavy calcium carbonate and/or talcum powder.
Further, the functional filler is one or a mixture of more than two of calcium silicate, portland cement, anhydrous gypsum, calcium oxide, sulphoaluminate cement, ferro-aluminate cement, fluoroaluminate cement and phosphate cement.
Further, the rheological additive is one or a mixture of more than two of organic bentonite, polyamide, fumed silica and castor oil.
Further, the organic solvent is one or a mixture of more than two of gasoline, 120# solvent oil, 140# solvent oil, xylene and trimethylbenzene.
The invention further solves the technical problem by adopting the technical scheme that the preparation method of the modified asphalt roof repairing agent for the open water construction comprises the steps of shearing asphalt, tackifying resin, polymer modifier and solubilizer at a high speed at 160-190 ℃ to prepare modified asphalt, then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding a solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding inorganic reinforcing filler, functional filler, rheological aid and antioxidant, and stirring under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Compared with various waterproof coatings and sealing materials used for repairing the existing roof, the invention has the following advantages:
(1) wide base layer adaptability: the adhesive is suitable for repairing cracks, sealing joints and the like of roof engineering, reservoir dams, drainage pipelines (non-drinking water) and the like, and has super-strong adhesive force to various materials such as cement concrete, cement fiber boards, high polymer materials, asphalt materials and the like.
(2) Outstanding adhesion: the bonding strength of the cement concrete base layer reaches more than 0.6 MPa.
(3) Wide temperature adaptation range: the modified asphalt roof healant product has heat resistance up to 150 deg.c, low temperature flexibility below-10 deg.c and wide temperature application range.
(4) Good thixotropy: the modified asphalt roof repairing agent product is suitable for plane construction and vertical construction, does not sag after being coated by 3mm thick once, and has good thixotropy.
(5) Good open water workability: the modified asphalt roof repairing agent product can be constructed on a wet base surface, even under rain or even underwater, has certain water pressure impact resistance after construction, and has good open water construction performance.
Detailed Description
The present invention will be further described with reference to the following examples.
Example 1:
shearing 45 parts of No. 90 petroleum asphalt, 15 parts of coumarone resin, 10 parts of SEBS and 2 parts of aromatic oil at a high speed of 170 ℃ for 3 hours to prepare modified asphalt; and then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 25 parts of xylene solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of organic bentonite and 0.5 part of antioxidant, and stirring for 20min under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the open water construction modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Example 2:
shearing 40 parts of No. 90 petroleum asphalt, 10 parts of petroleum resin, 10 parts of SBS and 1 part of aromatic oil at high speed for 3 hours at 180 ℃ to prepare modified asphalt; and then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 23 parts of xylene solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 45 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 parts of calcium silicate, 2 parts of polyamide and 0.5 part of antioxidant, and stirring for 20min under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the open water construction modified asphalt roof patching agent.
Example 3:
shearing 50 parts of 90# petroleum asphalt, 10 parts of rosin resin, 10 parts of SEBS and 2 parts of aromatic oil at a high speed of 180 ℃ for 3 hours to prepare modified asphalt; and then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 25 parts of xylene solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of organic bentonite, 1 part of fumed silica and 0.5 part of antioxidant, and stirring for 20min under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the open water construction modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Example 4:
shearing 40 parts of No. 90 petroleum asphalt, 10 parts of novolac epoxy resin, 10 parts of SBS and 2 parts of tris (diphenyl-trichloroethane) oil at 175 ℃ for 3 hours at high speed to prepare modified asphalt; and then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 25 parts of xylene solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of organic bentonite, 1 part of polyamide and 0.5 part of antioxidant, and stirring for 20min under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the open water construction modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
Example 5:
shearing 45 parts of No. 90 petroleum asphalt, 10 parts of petroleum resin, 6 parts of SBS, 3 parts of APAO and 2 parts of minus three oil at high speed of 180 ℃ for 3 hours to prepare modified asphalt; and then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding 25 parts of 150 parts of solvent oil, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding 50 parts of calcium carbonate, 10 parts of calcium oxide, 2 parts of organic bentonite and 0.5 part of antioxidant, and stirring for 20min under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the open water construction modified asphalt roof repairing agent.
The physical and mechanical properties of the products of examples 1-5 are shown in Table 1 according to the test of GB/T16777-2008 test method for waterproof building coatings.

Claims (6)

1. The modified asphalt roof repairing agent for the open water construction is characterized by being prepared from the following raw materials, by mass, 20-50% of asphalt, 5-20% of tackifying resin, 0.2-10% of polymer modifier, 0.5-5% of solubilizer, 20-80% of inorganic reinforcing filler, 5-20% of functional filler, 0.5-2% of rheological additive, 0.1-1.0% of antioxidant and 20-30% of organic solvent, wherein the sum of the mass percentages of all the raw material components is 100%;
the functional filler is one or a mixture of more than two of calcium silicate, Portland cement, anhydrous gypsum, calcium oxide, sulphoaluminate cement, ferro-aluminate cement, fluoroaluminate cement and phosphate cement; the inorganic reinforced filler is heavy calcium carbonate and/or talcum powder; the organic solvent is one or a mixture of more than two of gasoline, 120# solvent oil, 140# solvent oil, dimethylbenzene and trimethylbenzene;
the preparation method of the repairing agent comprises the following steps: shearing asphalt, tackifying resin, polymer modifier and solubilizer at a high speed of 160-190 ℃ to prepare modified asphalt, then cooling to 100-120 ℃, adding solvent, continuously cooling to room temperature, adding inorganic reinforcing filler, functional filler, rheological additive and antioxidant, and stirring under a high-speed stirrer to obtain the modified asphalt.
2. The open water construction modified asphalt roofing healant of claim 1, wherein the asphalt is 90# petroleum asphalt.
3. The open water construction modified asphalt roofing healant according to claim 1, wherein the tackifying resin is one or a mixture of two or more of coumarone resin, terpene resin, rosin resin, petroleum resin, phenolic resin, epoxy resin and xylene formaldehyde resin.

The open water construction modified asphalt roofing healant according to claim 1, wherein the polymer modifier is one or a mixture of two or more of nitrile rubber, styrene-butadiene rubber, natural rubber, butadiene rubber, chloroprene rubber, styrene-butadiene-styrene copolymer, styrene-isoprene-styrene block copolymer, styrene-ethylene-butylene-styrene block copolymer and styrene-ethylene-propylene-styrene type block copolymer.
5. The open water construction modified asphalt roofing healant of claim 1, wherein the solubilizer is trilinear oil and/or aromatic oil.
