本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种织物柔软剂,其不仅具备使织物更加柔软的功能,同时具备更加强效的抗菌功能和耐磨等特性。本发明提供了一种柔软剂,其按重量百分比包括以下组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷3~7%、六甲基二硅氧烷2~6%、聚甘油脂肪酸酯2~7%、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚3~9%、油酸钠3~5%、十二烷基硫酸钠2~4%、冰醋酸1~3%、磷酸钠1~2%、DC5225C3~7%、聚乙烯醇4~9%、龙虾肌碱2~4%、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵3~5%、四亚甲基亚砜1~3%、羧甲基纤维素1~3%、纳米银3~7%,余量为水。本发明提供的柔软剂在3000rpm离心80‑105分钟不发生分层,抗菌率高达98%以上,整理后的织物的质量损失率为5.49‑6.70%。

一种新型织物柔软剂及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及纺织面料柔软剂及其制备领域,具体涉及一种兼具高效抗菌的、提高织物耐磨性的、以及低粘腻感的新型织物柔软剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前常规使用的洗衣粉或洗衣液中常含有如烷基苯磺酸钠、AES、K-12等阴离子表面活性剂,如AEO-9、TX-10等非离子表面活性剂,以及一些功能性助剂,其pH值通常处于碱性范围,在使用时会将织物上的天然油脂脱除。反复使用后,使得织物上的微小纤维断裂且通过静电作用垂直于纤维,使之质感粗糙。
随着生活水平的不断提高,人们对衣物质感的要求也不断提高。为了使得衣物在长期穿着使用过程中能够保持质感,发展出了各种各样的柔软剂和其它类似功能的助剂。亲水性氨基硅油加水乳化后制备的织物柔软剂能够赋予织物更好的柔软性、滑爽性和亲水性,进而提高衣物的手感和舒适度,是目前主要使用的织物柔软剂之一。除了氨基硅油类柔软剂外,还有一些复配柔软剂也具有较好的织物柔软功能。

中国专利申请201410554280公开了一种衣物柔软剂,其特征在于,按重量份计由以下成分组成:5~6份苯甲酸钠,8~9份八甲基四硅氧烷,4~5份硬脂酸钠,1~2份羟基丙基甲基纤维素,6~7份聚乙烯醇,1~2份油酸钠,2~3份三聚磷酸钠,2~3份十二烷基硫酸钠。
除了衣物的手感和舒适度之外,人们越来越关注身体健康,因此对衣物的抗菌性能的需求也不断提高。因此对应发展出一些具有抗菌功能的织物整理剂。
例如中国专利申请200810143281公开了一种棉麻织物无机纳米抗菌整理剂及其制备方法,其在聚乙二醇中加入硝酸银和小分子的有机或无机还原剂,在5-100℃下进行还原,得到分散性和稳定性好的纳米银,将所制备的纳米银分散于水性介质中获得纳米银整理液。
中国专利申请201010609805公开了一种有机硅季铵盐型抗菌柔软整理剂的制备方法,涉及一种抗菌柔软整理剂的制备方法,首先制备数均分子量在8000~12000的双氨基硅油;然后使用季铵化试剂,对双氨基硅油进行季铵化反应,得到季铵化双氨基硅油;再用复合非离子乳化剂乳化季铵化双氨基硅油,得有机硅季铵盐抗菌柔软整理剂。
中国专利申请201510782080公开了一种复配柔软剂及其制备方法,其按重量份数比包括下列组分:聚二甲基硅氧烷20~40;脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚10~15;聚乙二醇20~40;二异氰酸酯3~5;双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵3~5;柠檬酸1~3;纳米二氧化钛2~5;聚乙烯醇10~15;去离子水40~60。
中国专利申请201110321735公开了一种复合抗菌柔软剂的制备方法,包括的步骤:制备混合乳液,将丙烯酸乳液、乳化剂和增溶剂混合于去离子水中,搅拌均匀,升温,在高速下加入低黄变氨基硅油,搅拌,然后加入去离子水,在高速下继续搅拌,得到混合乳液:制备成品复合抗菌柔软剂,向混合乳液中加入抗菌组分,在室温常压下快速搅拌混合溶液,制得复合抗菌柔软剂。
尽管对应不同需求发展出了具有不同功能的织物整理剂,然而目前的衣物整理剂产品仍具有不同的缺陷,并且并没有一种衣物整理剂能够做到兼具多种功能。
例如目前常规的衣物柔软剂其抗菌性能相对较差。尽管有些衣物柔软剂兼具了抗菌效果,然而其抗菌谱相对较窄,仅对1-2种常见致病菌具有高抗菌性。
再例如目前常规的抗菌整理剂和织物柔软剂和对织物耐磨性的增强效果则相对较低。
此外,目前常规衣物柔软剂普遍存在的一个问题是在使用后衣物的粘腻感相对较重,手感不够清爽。并且当使用季铵盐反复处理织物时,织物会变成淡黄色,也就是存在所谓的黄变现象。
针对上述问题,发展出一种兼具多种功能的织物柔软剂,使其不仅具备使织物更加柔软的功能,同时具备更加强效的抗菌功能和耐磨等功能,以及更低的粘腻感是本领域有待解决的一个重要问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种兼具多种功能的织物柔软剂,其不仅具备使织物更加柔软的功能,同时具备更加强效的抗菌功能和耐磨等特性。

另一个方面,本发明提供了上述织物柔软剂的制备方法,所述的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1)取配方用水总量70~90%的水加热至68~82℃,然后边搅拌边加入配方用量的聚二甲基硅氧烷、六甲基二硅氧烷、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵和聚乙烯醇至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的溶液A进行超声分散处理后,冷却至40℃~48℃后,得到溶液B;
(3)边搅拌边向步骤(2)得到的溶液B中加入配方用量的聚甘油脂肪酸酯、油酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和DC5225C至完全溶解后,冷却至30~38℃后,得到溶液C;
(4)边搅拌边向步骤(3)得到的溶液C中加入配方用量的冰醋酸、磷酸钠、纳米银、龙虾肌碱和四亚甲基亚砜至完全溶解后,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀后静置,即得到所述的柔软剂。
与现有技术相比,本发明提供的织物柔软剂具有以下有益效果:
(1)现有的抗菌柔软剂的抗菌谱窄很可能是由于各个抗菌成分在多种成分的混合的柔软剂中不能更加完全的发挥抗菌作用,也就是说常规织物柔软剂的配方的平衡性较差,各个成分之间对彼此功能的影响较大。本发明提供的柔软剂的配方成分平衡,抗菌性能大幅度提高,和现有的抗菌柔软剂相比,具有更宽的抗菌谱和抗菌效果。
(2)本发明提供的柔软剂和现有柔软剂相比,对衣物造成的粘腻感更低,使用触感更加清爽。
(3)本发明提供的柔软剂能够更加有效地提高织物的耐磨性能。
(4)本发明提供的柔软剂储存稳定性好,长期放置后不发生分层。
(5)本发明提供的柔软剂的酸碱稳定性更好。
(7)本发明提供的柔软剂的硬度离子耐受性更好。
(8)此外,本发明提供的柔软剂还不影响织物亲水性,也不影响织物抗静电效果;可显著增加可纺性;赋予织物柔软、滑爽的手感,同时织物不会出现油腻感;使用中不易破乳,使用安全;易剥除,不影响织物的回修。

实施例1 一种织物柔软剂
配方,每100g含有:

(2)对步骤(1)得到的溶液A进行超声分散处理后,冷却至40℃后,得到溶液B;

采用振荡烧瓶法来测定抗菌率,通过测定经过柔软剂整理前后的织物中的细菌的变化,计算经处理的织物的抗菌率。
取分别经实施例1-6和对比例1-12的柔软剂整理前后的布样进行抗菌率试验,结果如下:

由上述试验结果可知:本发明提供的柔软剂整理后的织物对上述7中病原体的抗菌率均能大于90%,且实施例6能够高达98%以上;而对比例仅表现出对金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌比较好的抗菌率,对其它病原体的抗菌率有的甚至不足60%。这说明本发明提供的柔软剂的抗菌性能相对于现有技术的更好,且抗菌谱更宽。
实验例2 耐磨性试验
采用ISO-12947-3∶1998中的马丁代尔法织物耐磨性的测定方法进行测定,摩擦转数为25000。
取分别经实施例1-6和对比例1-12的柔软剂整理前后的布样进行耐磨性试验,结果如下:
由上述试验结果可知:本发明提供的柔软剂整理后的织物在摩擦后的质量损失率为5.49-6.70%,明显小于整理前;而对比例处理后的织物在整理前后的质量损失率相差不大。说明本发明提供的柔软剂对织物耐磨的增强效果更加明显。
实验例3 离心稳定性试验
取实施例1-6和对比例1-12的柔软剂进行离心试验,结果如下:
由上述试验结果可知:本发明提供的柔软剂在3000rpm离心80-105分钟都不发生分层;而对比例则只能在30-45min离心不分层。这说明本发明提供的柔软剂的稳定性相对现有技术更好。
实验例4 酸碱稳定性试验
配置工作液:取实施例1-6和对比例1-12个柔软剂,分别用自来水稀释到100g/L,即为工作液。
实验方法:
正常酸性条件稳定性:在500mL烧杯中取100g/L的柔软剂工作液300g,分别使用冰醋酸和柠檬酸将工作液PH值调节到3、4,并记录下冰醋酸浓度,然后静置并观察溶液状态变化;
正常碱性条件稳定性:在500mL烧杯中取100g/L的柔软剂工作液300g,分别使用烧碱和纯碱以及纯碱分别将工作液PH值调节到9、10、11,并记录下碱剂浓度,然后静置并观察溶液状态变化。
实验结果:
由上述实验结果可知本发明提供的织物柔软剂耐柠檬酸浓度为11-14g/L(也就是在11-14g/L的柠檬酸中稳定,下述的耐冰醋酸、耐烧碱、耐纯碱和耐硬度离子均为相似的含义),耐冰醋酸浓度为18-23g/L,耐烧碱浓度为6-9g/L,耐纯碱浓度为27-34g/L;且实施例6耐酸和耐碱的性能相对最高。而对比例1-12耐柠檬酸、耐冰醋酸、耐烧碱、耐纯碱的浓度仅为5-10g/L、11-16g/L、2-4g/L、16-21g/L。说明本发明提供的织物柔软剂比现有技术的酸碱稳定性更高。
实验例5 对硬度离子的稳定性
配置工作液:同实验例4。
实验方法:在500L烧杯中取100g/L的柔软剂工作液300g,然后加入无水氯化钙(对应硬度离子浓度为5000-10000ppm),搅匀后静置并观察溶液状态变化。
实验结果:
由上述实验结果可知本发明提供的织物柔软剂耐硬度离子的浓度为9000-10000ppm;且实施例1、2、6耐硬度离子性能相对最高,也就是硬度离子稳定性相对最高。而对比例1-12耐硬度离子的浓度仅为3000-5000ppm。说明本发明提供的织物柔软剂比现有技术的硬度离子稳定性更高。
综上所述,本发明提供的柔软剂除对织物的柔软功能外,兼具高稳定性,且对提高织物的抗菌率和耐磨性的性能更好。
以上所述仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,并不用以限制本发明,凡在本发明的精神和原则之内,所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围之内。

Claims (10)

1.一种织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述的织物柔软剂按重量百分比包括以下组分:

5.如权利要求1-4任意一项所述的织物柔软剂,其特征在于:所述的纳米银的平均粒径为25~40nm。
6.权利要求1-5任意一项所述的织物柔软剂的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取配方用水总量70~90%的水加热至68~82℃,然后边搅拌边加入配方用量的聚二甲基硅氧烷、六甲基二硅氧烷、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵和聚乙烯醇至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的溶液A进行超声分散处理后,冷却至40℃~48℃后,得到溶液B;
(3)边搅拌边向步骤(2)得到的溶液B中加入配方用量的聚甘油脂肪酸酯、油酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和DC5225C至完全溶解后,冷却至30~38℃后,得到溶液C;
(4)边搅拌边向步骤(3)得到的溶液C中加入配方用量的冰醋酸、磷酸钠、纳米银、龙虾肌碱和四亚甲基亚砜至完全溶解后,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀后静置,即得到所述的柔软剂。
7.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(1)中加热的温度为70~82℃。
8.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(2)中冷却的温度为42~44℃。
9.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤(3)中冷却的温度为32~36℃。
10.如权利要求6所述的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)取配方用水总量70~90%的水加热至76℃,然后边搅拌边加入配方用量的聚二甲基硅氧烷、六甲基二硅氧烷、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯醚、双十六烷基二甲基氯化铵和聚乙烯醇至完全溶解,得到溶液A;
(2)对步骤(1)得到的溶液A进行超声分散处理后,冷却至43℃后,得到溶液B;
(3)边搅拌边向步骤(2)得到的溶液B中加入配方用量的聚甘油脂肪酸酯、油酸钠、十二烷基硫酸钠、羧甲基纤维素和DC5225C至完全溶解后,冷却至30℃后,得到溶液C;
(4)边搅拌边向步骤(3)得到的溶液C中加入配方用量的冰醋酸、磷酸钠、纳米银、龙虾肌碱和四亚甲基亚砜至完全溶解后,加入剩余的水,搅拌均匀后静置,即得到所述的柔软剂。
