Abstract
本发明公开了一种新型计算机耐寒电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由四根对绞绝缘线芯绞合而成;所述的对绞绝缘线芯由位于其中心一对绞合导线以及依次绕包在绞合导线外的对绞绕包带和分相铜丝编织屏蔽层构成;缆芯的空隙处挤压伴热带,在缆芯外绕包岩棉保温层,在岩棉保温层外挤包橡塑橡胶内护套,在橡塑橡胶内护套外编织钢丝层,在钢丝层外挤包碳素螺纹外护套。本发明是一种导电性能好、抗拉能力强、外护套不易开裂、使用寿命长的高强度通信电缆。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种新型计算机耐寒电缆。
背景技术
目前,计算机电缆作为传输信号的一类通信电缆,为我国通信事业的发展做出了卓越的贡献。随着工业的发展,通信信号的覆盖区域越来越广,普通的抗拉型电缆的铠装层是采用钢丝缠绕的型式,这样增加了电缆总的重量。一些大规格长度的通信电缆敷设于有高度落差较大的环境中,往往会因为电缆自重而被损伤甚至拉断,特别是雨冻、冰雪天气等恶劣气候的影响,通信电缆有可能因结冰致使通信信号传输中断,造成无法挽救的经济损失。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种具有高强度、高韧性耐腐蚀、耐高温、绝缘电阻高、阻燃性好、质量轻、寿命长、不易变形的新型计算机耐寒电缆。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种新型计算机耐寒电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由四根对绞绝缘线芯绞合而成;所述的对绞绝缘线芯由位于其中心一对绞合导线以及依次绕包在绞合导线外的对绞绕包带和分相铜丝编织屏蔽层构成;缆芯的空隙处挤压伴热带,在缆芯外绕包岩棉保温层,在岩棉保温层外挤包橡塑橡胶内护套,在橡塑橡胶内护套外编织钢丝层,在钢丝层外挤包碳素螺纹外护套。
进一步地,所述的绞合导线由导体以及挤包在导体外的无机矿物绝缘层构成。
进一步地,所述的伴热带外接电源。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、所述的伴热带外接电源,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层和护套保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命,在加上岩棉保温层,可以使得加热后的温度不易散掉。
2、本耐寒电缆可用于北方高寒地区,可广泛应用在电力、机械制造、汽车等行业上,具有优良的耐低温、耐磨、耐紫外线辐射、耐曲绕等特性。
3、橡塑橡胶内护套为闭泡式结构,外界空气中的水很难渗透到材料之中,具有优异的抗水汽渗透能力,保冷保温层外表不必再添加隔汽层。橡塑的湿阻因子μ值大于3500(ISO9346) 构成内置的防水汽层,即使产品划伤也不影响整体的隔汽性,具有卓越的耐天候、抗老化、抗严寒、抗炎热、抗干燥、抗潮湿,还具有抗紫外线、耐臭氧、二十五年不老化、不变形、免维护使用寿命等特性。
4、外护套采用碳素螺纹外护套,具有高强度、高韧性耐腐蚀、耐高温、绝缘电阻高、阻燃性好、质量轻、寿命长、不易变形等多种优点;造型呈特殊螺纹状,可以弯曲自如的绕过障碍物,方便施工;以减少连接口,可使施工快捷,维护方便;螺纹状物理造型,使其抗压强度大,在地下不会因重压而变形,耐酸、盐、碱性能极佳,使用寿命可达50年以上,广泛应用于城市路灯线路地埋工程,电气化铁路电力、通信电缆的敷设地埋工程,高速公路电力、通信设施的建设与改造工程,住宅小区建设工程及公园和大型娱乐场所的地埋电缆工程,是最理想的地埋电缆护套管材。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种新型计算机耐寒电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由四根对绞绝缘线芯绞合而成;所述的对绞绝缘线芯由位于其中心一对绞合导线以及依次绕包在绞合导线外的对绞绕包带3和分相铜丝编织屏蔽层4构成;所述的绞合导线由导体1以及挤包在导体外的无机矿物绝缘层2构成,缆芯的空隙处挤压伴热带5,在缆芯外绕包岩棉保温层6,在岩棉保温层外挤包橡塑橡胶内护套7,在橡塑橡胶内护套外编织钢丝层8,其编织密度控制在30%—40%之间,编织密度不易过大,在钢丝层外挤包碳素螺纹外护套9。
所述的伴热带外接电源,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层和护套保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命。

1.一种新型计算机耐寒电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由四根对绞绝缘线芯绞合而成;所述的对绞绝缘线芯由位于其中心一对绞合导线以及依次绕包在绞合导线外的对绞绕包带和分相铜丝编织屏蔽层构成;缆芯的空隙处挤压伴热带,在缆芯外绕包岩棉保温层,在岩棉保温层外挤包橡塑橡胶内护套,在橡塑橡胶内护套外编织钢丝层,在钢丝层外挤包碳素螺纹外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的新型计算机耐寒电缆,其特征在于:所述的绞合导线由导体以及挤包在导体外的无机矿物绝缘层构成。
