本发明公开了一种对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;所述的绝缘线芯由导体以及挤包在导体外的聚氯乙烯绝缘层、绕包在交联聚乙烯绝缘层上的多层扎紧带构成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无机水合填充层,在缆芯外设有伴热带,伴热带外设有第一钢带铠装层,钢带铠装层外绕包橡塑橡胶内护套,橡塑橡胶内护套外设有钢丝屏蔽层,钢丝屏蔽层外设有云母阻燃带,云母阻燃带外设有第二钢带铠装层,最后在电缆的最外层挤包聚氯乙烯外护套。本发明绝缘可靠性大,阻燃效果好,阻水效果好、耐寒、能预防动植物的破坏并增强耐磨性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及电缆领域,具体涉及一种对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆。
背景技术
电缆的载流能力通常与导体线芯的截面积有关,当电流增大时会使导体温度升高,导体外包覆的绝缘层的温度超过上限时会导致绝缘层发生性能上的改变,从而使绝缘层的绝缘可靠性大大降低,影响电缆的使用寿命。
现有的普通电缆存在结构稳定性差和易燃烧的问题,因此电气线路的安全水平以及电缆的阻燃问题越来越引起人们的关注。
同时即便电缆有好的耐温性能,在安全性较高的场合,不能预防动植物的破坏,也可能给供电带来大的间接损失。
随着人类探索的足迹遍及全世界,电力的应用也伸向了世界的每一个角落,自然少不了涉足低温高寒的地带。当前,多数的电缆只适用于一个温度范围比较窄的常温环中,在高寒地区,这些电缆会出现硬化、开裂、脆化等严重安全问题,将不再适用于高寒环境中,这对于高寒地区的电力供应将是一个很大的难题。
发明内容
发明目的:为了克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆。
技术方案:为实现上述目的,本发明提供一种对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;所述的绝缘线芯由导体以及挤包在导体外的聚氯乙烯绝缘层、绕包在交联聚乙烯绝缘层上的多层扎紧带构成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无机水合填充层,在缆芯外设有伴热带,伴热带外设有第一钢带铠装层,钢带铠装层外绕包橡塑橡胶内护套,橡塑橡胶内护套外设有钢丝屏蔽层,钢丝屏蔽层外设有云母阻燃带,云母阻燃带外设有第二钢带铠装层,最后在电缆的最外层挤包聚氯乙烯外护套。
进一步地,所述的导体为铝合金导体。
进一步地,所述伴热带外接电源。
进一步地,所述第一钢带铠装层与第二钢带铠装层厚度之比为1:1.5,其中第一钢带铠装层的厚度为2.5-5mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果在于:
1、本电缆中金属导体外包覆有聚氯乙烯绝缘层,在额定电压0.6/1kV 供电条件下,聚氯乙烯绝缘层的绝缘可靠性大;聚氯乙烯绝缘层外包覆有聚氯乙烯外护套层,聚氯乙烯外护套层的阻燃效果好。
2、挤压的无机水合填充,遇火时会释放出大量水,并形成烧不透的矿物质填充层,更好的保护了线芯不被燃烧。
3、在电缆外设有伴热带,电缆在户外使用时,只要将伴热带接入电源,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层和护套保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命,可以适应于寒冷的天气和地方。
4、设有双层钢带铠装,可以预防动植物的破坏并增强耐机械性能,进而延长了电缆的使用寿命,用于室内、隧道、电缆沟内或埋地敷设等,能承受一定的机械外力。
5、设有云母阻燃带,很好的使得电缆具有防火性能。
6、橡塑橡胶内护套为闭泡式结构,外界空气中的水很难渗透到材料之中,具有优异的抗水汽渗透能力,保冷保温层外表不必再添加隔汽层;橡塑的湿阻因子μ值大于3500(ISO9346) 构成内置的防水汽层,即使产品划伤也不影响整体的隔汽性,具有卓越的耐天候、抗老化、抗严寒、抗炎热、抗干燥、抗潮湿,还具有抗紫外线、耐臭氧、二十五年不老化、不变形、免维护使用寿命等特性。

如图1所示,本发明提供一种对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,包括缆芯,所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;所述的绝缘线芯由导体1以及挤包在导体外的聚氯乙烯绝缘层2、绕包在交联聚乙烯绝缘层上的多层扎紧带3构成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无机水合填充层4,在缆芯外设有伴热带5,伴热带外设有第一钢带铠装层6,钢带铠装层外绕包橡塑橡胶内护套7,橡塑橡胶内护套外设有钢丝屏蔽层8,钢丝屏蔽层外设有云母阻燃带9,云母阻燃带外设有第二钢带铠装层10,最后在电缆的最外层挤包聚氯乙烯外护套11。
所述的伴热带5自带外接电源的插孔,就可以持续不断地产生热量,使电缆的绝缘层和护套保持一定的温度,使得电缆不出现硬化、脆化、开裂等现象,依然可自由弯曲、移动使用,提高了电缆的使用寿命。
所述第一钢带铠装层与第二钢带铠装层厚度之比为1:1.5,其中第一钢带铠装层的厚度为2.5-5mm,经过多次实验表明,两者的厚度之比为1:1.5最优,使得电缆的耐机械性能达到最优。

1.一种对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,包括缆芯,其特征在于:所述的缆芯由一对绝缘线芯对绞而成;所述的绝缘线芯由导体以及挤包在导体外的聚氯乙烯绝缘层、绕包在交联聚乙烯绝缘层上的多层扎紧带构成;在缆芯的空隙处填充无机水合填充层,在缆芯外设有伴热带,伴热带外设有第一钢带铠装层,钢带铠装层外绕包橡塑橡胶内护套,橡塑橡胶内护套外设有钢丝屏蔽层,钢丝屏蔽层外设有云母阻燃带,云母阻燃带外设有第二钢带铠装层,最后在电缆的最外层挤包聚氯乙烯外护套。
2.根据权利要求1所述的对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于:所述的导体为铝合金导体。
3.根据权利要求1所述的对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于:所述伴热带外接电源。
4.根据权利要求1所述的对绞聚氯乙烯绝缘双层钢带铠装聚氯乙烯护套电力电缆,其特征在于:所述第一钢带铠装层与第二钢带铠装层厚度之比为1:1.5。
