本实用新型涉及控制电缆,尤其涉及一种防火控制电缆。 
背景技术:
目前防火电缆的导体外护管采用铜管,电缆导体大,铜管也有增大,受铜管生产的限制,市售的防火电缆尤其是多芯数防火电缆,其截面积比较小,50mm2以上的大截面多芯防火电缆无法生产,另外铜管护套柔软性差,几乎无法弯曲,不变施工,其电缆成本较高;市面上的大截面单芯矿物绝缘电缆,铜管护套只用拉伸方式延长,其能生产的距离较短,最长一般在100米左右,需要多段连接,如果长距离连接,需要中间的接头多,易进水,产品的安全性能差。 
电缆的防火及防水性能是亟待解决的问题。

针对现有技术问题,本实用新型的目的是提供一种防火控制电缆,有效的提高了电缆的防火、阻水性能。 
本实用新型的技术方案如下: 
防火控制电缆,其特征在于:包括多根合金导体,所述的多根合金导体外依次包裹有屏蔽层、陶瓷氧化镁内绝缘层,包裹陶瓷氧化镁内绝缘层的多根合金导体相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外绕包有耐高温聚酯薄膜带构成的耐温层,耐温层与缆芯之间填充有无卤低烟耐高温填充料构成的填充层,耐温层外套有金属管,金属管外包裹有陶瓷氧化镁外绝缘层,外绝缘层外绕包有防水层,防水层外挤塑成型有交联聚乙烯护套层。

本实用新型结构设计合理,采用双层绝缘层,双层绝缘层均采用陶瓷氧化镁材料以及耐温层和填充层共同提高了电缆的防火性能,此外,在耐温层外套装金属管配合防水层提高了电缆的防水性能。

金属管6采用不锈钢波纹管。

1.一种防火控制电缆,其特征在于:包括多根合金导体,所述的多根合金导体外依次包裹有屏蔽层、陶瓷氧化镁内绝缘层,包裹陶瓷氧化镁内绝缘层的多根合金导体相互绞合成束构成缆芯,缆芯外绕包有耐高温聚酯薄膜带构成的耐温层,耐温层与缆芯之间填充有无卤低烟耐高温填充料构成的填充层,耐温层外套有金属管,金属管外包裹有陶瓷氧化镁外绝缘层,外绝缘层外绕包有防水层,防水层外挤塑成型有交联聚乙烯护套层。
