本实用新型涉及控制电缆,尤其涉及一种单芯防火控制电缆。
背景技术:
目前市场上防火控制电缆的导体外护管采用铜管,电缆导体大,铜管也有增大,受铜管生产的限制,市售的防火电缆尤其是多芯数防火电缆,其截面积比较小,50mm2以上的大截面多芯防火电缆无法生产,另外铜管护套柔软性差,几乎无法弯曲,不变施工,其电缆成本较高;市面上的大截面单芯矿物绝缘电缆,铜管护套只用拉伸方式延长,其能生产的距离较短,最长一般在100米左右,需要多段连接,如果长距离连接,需要中间的接头多,易进水,产品的安全性能差。

为了弥补现有技术问题,本实用新型的目的一种单芯防火控制电缆,有效的提高了电缆的防火、阻水性能。

单芯防火控制电缆,包括导体,所述的导体外包裹有屏蔽层,其特征在于:所述的屏蔽层外包裹有陶瓷氧化镁内绝缘层,陶瓷氧化镁内绝缘层外套有金属管,金属管外包裹有陶瓷氧化镁外绝缘层,陶瓷氧化镁外绝缘层外绕包有防水层,防水层外挤塑成型有护套层。
