本发明公开了一种转速适用性强的推力轴承,其包括:上轴圈、下座圈、保持架和数个钢球,所述保持架设置在上轴圈与下座圈之间,所述钢球间隔设置在保持架上,所述下座圈上设置有延伸至上轴圈外侧的限位挡圈,所述限位挡圈内壁上轴向嵌入有一圈圆柱滚子,所述圆柱滚子分别位于上轴圈外壁与限位挡圈之间。本发明所述的转速适用性强的推力轴承,利用一圈圆柱滚子对上轴圈外壁进行限位,提升径向负荷能力,而且上轴圈转动时,圆柱滚子可以对应转动,适应上轴圈高转速的旋转,结构更加稳定,再加上注油孔提供的润滑油,摩擦小,经久耐用。

技术领域
本发明涉及轴承领域,尤其涉及一种转速适用性强的推力轴承。
背景技术
轴承是当代机械设备中一种重要的零部件,它的主要功能是支撑机械旋转体,降低机械旋转体运动过程中的摩擦系数,并保证其回转精度。
按运动元件摩擦性质的不同,轴承可分为滚动轴承和滑动轴承两大类,其中滚动轴承已经标准化、系列化,但与滑动轴承相比它的径向尺寸、振动和噪声较大,价格也较高。
推力球轴承通常由轴圈、座圈、保持架和钢球组成,能够承受轴向负荷,但是难以承受较大的径向负荷,中心轴转速高时也容易损坏,使用稳定性差,需要改进。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种转速适用性强的推力轴承,提高径向负荷能力和结构稳定性,适应高速的转动。
为达此目的,本发明采用以下技术方案:
一种转速适用性强的推力轴承,包括:上轴圈、下座圈、保持架和数个钢球,所述保持架设置在上轴圈与下座圈之间,所述钢球间隔设置在保持架上,所述下座圈上设置有延伸至上轴圈外侧的限位挡圈,所述限位挡圈内壁上轴向嵌入有一圈圆柱滚子,所述圆柱滚子分别位于上轴圈外壁与限位挡圈之间。
其中,所述下座圈内孔顶部设置有一圈挡油环。
其中,所述上轴圈的下表面与下座圈的上表面分别设置有与钢球对应的环形槽。
其中,所述下座圈上表面内凹设置有一圈与限位挡圈底部对应的嵌入槽。
其中,所述下座圈底部设置有延伸至嵌入槽内而与限位挡圈底部相连接的螺栓。
其中,所述限位挡圈内壁上内凹设置有与圆柱滚子对应的限位凹槽,所述限位挡圈顶部设置有与限位凹槽连通的注油孔。
本发明的有益效果:一种转速适用性强的推力轴承,利用一圈圆柱滚子对上轴圈外壁进行限位,提升径向负荷能力,而且上轴圈转动时,圆柱滚子可以对应转动,适应上轴圈高转速的旋转,结构更加稳定,再加上注油孔提供的润滑油,摩擦小,经久耐用。

具体实施方式
下面结合图1并通过具体实施例来进一步说明本发明的技术方案。
一种转速适用性强的推力轴承,包括:上轴圈1、下座圈4、保持架2和数个钢球3,所述保持架2设置在上轴圈1与下座圈4之间,所述钢球3间隔设置在保持架2上,钢球3支撑上轴圈1的旋转,轴向负荷能力强。
所述下座圈4上设置有延伸至上轴圈1外侧的限位挡圈6,所述限位挡圈6内壁上轴向嵌入有一圈圆柱滚子8,所述圆柱滚子8分别位于上轴圈1外壁与限位挡圈6之间。利用圆柱滚子8对限位挡圈6进行径向支撑,限位挡圈6的旋转带动圆柱滚子8的旋转,使得限位挡圈6高速转动时的结构稳定性高,转速适应性好。
本实施例中,所述下座圈4内孔顶部设置有一圈挡油环10,挡油环10避免了下座圈4上表面润滑油的泄漏,利用下座圈4上的润滑油对钢球3进行润滑,减少摩擦。
本实施例中,所述上轴圈1的下表面与下座圈4的上表面分别设置有与钢球3对应的环形槽11,环形槽11加强了钢球3的运转稳定性,而且环形槽11可以存储润滑油,对钢球3进行润滑。
本实施例中,所述下座圈4上表面内凹设置有一圈与限位挡圈6底部对应的嵌入槽7,嵌入槽7方便了限位挡圈6的安装和定位,增加了限位挡圈6的径向结构强度。
本实施例中,所述下座圈4底部设置有延伸至嵌入槽7内而与限位挡圈6底部相连接的螺栓5,利用螺栓5对限位挡圈6进行定位,安装和拆卸维护都比较方便。
本实施例中,所述限位挡圈6内壁上内凹设置有与圆柱滚子8对应的限位凹槽12,对圆柱滚子8进行限位,所述限位挡圈6顶部设置有与限位凹槽12连通的注油孔9,方便了润滑油的加注,对圆柱滚子8进行润滑,减少磨损。

2.根据权利要求1所述的转速适用性强的推力轴承,其特征在于,所述下座圈内孔顶部设置有一圈挡油环。
3.根据权利要求1所述的转速适用性强的推力轴承,其特征在于,所述上轴圈的下表面与下座圈的上表面分别设置有与钢球对应的环形槽。
4.根据权利要求3所述的转速适用性强的推力轴承,其特征在于,所述下座圈上表面内凹设置有一圈与限位挡圈底部对应的嵌入槽。
5.根据权利要求4所述的转速适用性强的推力轴承,其特征在于,所述下座圈底部设置有延伸至嵌入槽内而与限位挡圈底部相连接的螺栓。
6.根据权利要求1所述的转速适用性强的推力轴承,其特征在于,所述限位挡圈内壁上内凹设置有与圆柱滚子对应的限位凹槽,所述限位挡圈顶部设置有与限位凹槽连通的注油孔。
