一种自润滑滑动轴承技术领域
[0001] 本发明涉及粉末冶金烧结工艺技术,尤其涉及一种自润滑滑动轴承。 背景技术
[0002] 一般情况下,冶金企业轧钢、冶炼设备的机械传动中轴承工作在高温、冲击、粉尘 等恶劣环境中,润滑油脂在高温环境下均容易蒸发而使磨损严重。在高温、高速负载下运转 的无油自润滑轴承、密封环等零部件材料要求强度好、自润滑性能好、耐腐蚀、减震降噪、跑 合性能好,而一般的粉末冶金烧结的含油轴瓦因强度低而难以满足以上要求。例如,某类滑 动轴承,在铝基合金减摩材料基体的内孔表面涂覆铅、锡、铜合金减摩层,高温重载下会很 快被磨损压裂而失效;另外在使用过程中,一旦减摩层遭到破坏,会造成钢背与轴颈的直接 接触,导致轴颈配合表面的严重损坏。此外,很多自润滑滑动轴承采用轴瓦骨架上填充由固 体润滑剂、液相润滑油和耐磨添加剂构成的固液复合润滑填充棒,其承载能力高、润滑性能 好,但不适合高温条件,轴承长时间受高温烘烤、润滑填充棒易干涩、碳化失效。发明内容
