技术领域
本发明属于油墨技术领域,具体涉及一种家用电器用电子麦拉抗亮痕高附着力树脂组合物及其制备方法。
背景技术
麦拉片,一般是指经过模切(DIECUT)按图纸要求或指定冲型成片材。麦拉有金属和非金属两种,金属麦拉片常用的有铜箔麦拉,铝箔麦拉,主要作用是导电; 而非金属麦拉多是绝缘作用,常见材料有PC、PET,用于薄膜开关或者电子电气产品的表面保护,或局部绝缘。麦拉片的颜色有多种,常用有透明、白色、黑色,其他颜色可根据指定要求印刷。麦拉片具有高绝缘强度,耐电压高,抗潮湿、气体、高热及化学物质的侵袭,低收缩率、不易脆化耐磨损等特性。
普通油墨在麦拉上印刷后的工艺制程中,有工序印胶水在油墨上,然后贴小片保护膜,而堆积在小帖片周围会出现亮痕从而严重影响印刷和电子麦拉的质量。
发明内容
本发明的目的是在现有技术的基础上,提供一种家用电器用电子麦拉抗亮痕高附着力树脂组合物。
本发明的另一目的是提供一种上述家用电器用电子麦拉抗亮痕高附着力树脂组合物的制备方法。
本发明的目的可以通过以下措施达到:
一种家用电器用电子麦拉抗亮痕高附着力树脂组合物,它由如下重量份的原料配制而成:聚碳酸酯5~15份,PBT 5~15份,ABS 2~9份,有机硅改性聚酯树脂0.5~5份,硝化棉树脂2~9份,分散剂0.5~4份,消泡剂0.5~3份,流平剂0.5~3份,三菱MA-75碳黑2~9份,铜铬黑5~15份,无机铁黑1~5份,填料5~15份, 环已酮5~11份,丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯5~15份,异佛尔酮15~22份,二价酸酯0.5~4份,二氧化硅0.5~3份。

本发明中的ABS 选自奇美PA-765A或LG化学XR-407E。
本发明中的有机硅改性聚酯树脂选自上海朝宇SKP001、GR-2005或俊怡JY7200:15有机硅改性聚酯树脂。
本发明中的分散剂选自EFKA4560或SN 5040分散剂。
本发明中的消泡剂选自surfynol MD 20、Surfynol 104E、Tego 825、BYK 020或BYK028消泡剂。
本发明中的流平剂选自BYK333、BYK361、Glide 432、Flow 300或Efka 3600流平剂。
本发明中的硝化棉树脂可选自1/2秒硝化棉液或1/4秒硝化棉液。
本发明中的无机铁黑可选自4#氧化铁黑。
本发明中的填料选自高岭土、膨润土、滑石粉、硫酸钡、消光粉、钛白粉、方解石粉、硅灰石、白云石粉、透明粉或碳酸钙。
一种上述家用电器用电子麦拉抗亮痕高附着力树脂组合物的制备方法:在温度20℃~80℃下先将环已酮、丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、异佛尔酮、二价酸酯混合均匀,然后加入聚碳酸酯、PBT 、ABS 、有机硅改性聚酯树脂和硝化棉树脂,搅拌混合反应,再加入填料、三菱MA-75碳黑、无机铁黑和铜铬黑,高速搅拌均匀,搅拌好后研磨至细度≤5µm后,继续加入消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂和二氧化硅,搅拌均匀。
本发明的电子麦拉油墨可以应用于家用电器用电子麦拉材料的印刷方面,也可以进一步应用在其他领域产品材料的印刷方面。
本发明的有益效果:
本树脂组合物通过不同用量溶剂的配合调整溶剂的挥发速率,使油墨干燥完全,压贴片时,无痕迹,在各个组分特别是五种树脂的相互协同作用下使油墨面在油墨面滑爽,硬度高,压贴片时,无痕迹。同时,该树脂组合物得到的油墨涂层还具有高硬度、高附着力、耐高温、高遮盖、高流平性、高绝缘性等性能,为电子麦拉提供了更良好的生产条件。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的内容做进一步说明。但本发明的保护范围不限于下述各实施例。
以下各例中树脂组合物的制备方法为:先将环已酮、丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯、异佛尔酮、二价酸酯混合均匀,然后加入聚碳酸酯、PBT 、ABS 、有机硅改性聚酯树脂和硝化棉树脂,搅拌混合反应,再加入填料、三菱MA-75碳黑、无机铁黑和铜铬黑,高速搅拌均匀,搅拌好后研磨至细度≤5µm后,继续加入消泡剂、流平剂、分散剂和二氧化硅,搅拌均匀。
实施例1
树脂组合物各重量份的原料为:聚碳酸酯10份,PBT(沙伯基础325M-54018)10份,ABS(PA-765A) 5份,有机硅改性聚酯树脂SKP001 2份,1/2秒硝化棉树脂5份,分散剂EFKA45602份,消泡剂BYK 020 1份,流平剂BYK333 1份,三菱MA-75碳黑35份,铜铬黑10份,4#氧化铁黑4份,钛白粉10份, 环已酮8份,丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯10份,异佛尔酮18份,二价酸酯2份,二氧化硅1份。

实施例4
树脂组合物各重量份的原料为:聚碳酸酯9份,PBT(巴斯夫Ultradu B 2300 G6 HRUnc)11份,ABS(XR-407E)6份,有机硅改性聚酯树脂GR-2005 2份,1/2秒硝化棉树脂6份,分散剂SN 5040 2份,消泡剂Surfynol 104E 1份,流平剂Flow 300 1份,三菱MA-75碳黑33份,铜铬黑13份,4#氧化铁黑4份,高岭土11份, 环已酮9份,丙二醇乙醚醋酸酯9份,异佛尔酮19份,二价酸酯2份,二氧化硅1份。
对比例1
在实施例1中去除聚碳酸酯,将PBT 的用量改为20份,其他同实施例1。
对比例2
在实施例1中去除PBT ,将聚碳酸酯的用量改为20份,其他同实施例1。

在实施例1中去除ABS ,将有机硅改性聚酯树脂的用量改为7份,其他同实施例1。
实施例5:油墨性能测试
将本电子麦拉抗亮痕油墨树脂组合物印刷在 PET基材表面,印刷完成后放入烤箱 80℃烤 30 分钟,得到电子麦拉半成品,对该半成品的涂膜进行测试。
在半成品上印胶水在油墨上,然后贴小片保护膜,观察小帖片周围是否出现亮痕,其中等级0为未出现,等级1为有亮痕现象。
涂膜的耐高温采用涂膜在170℃下于5分钟内油墨不粘掉,其中等级0为良好,等级1为有粘掉现象。
涂膜在PET\PC材料上的附着力参照国家标准 GB/T9286-1998《色漆和清漆漆膜的划格实验》[ 进行十字划格胶带撕拉法测试,测试结果表示为0-5级,其中0级最好,5级最差。
涂膜的硬度参照国家标准 GB/T6739-1996《涂膜硬度铅笔测定法》进行测定,分为6H 到 6B 共 13 级,其中 6H 最硬,6B 最软。
将以上各例得到的油墨膜进行性能测试,结果如下表。
