本发明涉及一种石油固井系统用除尘罐。所述的除尘罐上部设有风机,除尘罐下部为下料仓,下料仓上设有蝶阀和出料阀,所述的除尘罐中部设有气包、喷吹管、进气口和多个针刺毡布袋,所述的多个针刺毡布袋通过一弹簧骨架设置在除尘罐内部,所述的风机通过一连接管与除尘罐内部连通,连接管上设有阀门,所述的气包将高压空气输送至喷吹管内,所述的喷吹管上设有多个喷气孔,所述的多个喷气孔下方对应设置多个针刺毡布袋,所述的进气口设置在针刺毡布袋下方。本发明结构紧凑、清灰效果好、不停机卸料、除尘顺畅、气体排放环保、双回收方式。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种除尘罐,尤其涉及一种石油固井系统用除尘罐。
背景技术
油田专用固井下灰车的放空管均配置了一种简易除尘装置,下灰车在装车过程中,放空管排出的水泥灰的气体通过该装置后排放到空气中。在实际使用过程中,处理后的气体达不到排放的要求,仍会造成大气的污染,造成PM2.5严重超标。
发明内容
本发明为了解决以上问题提供了一种结构紧凑、清灰效果好、不停机卸料、除尘顺畅、气体排放环保、双回收方式的石油固井系统用除尘罐。
本发明的技术方案是:所述的除尘罐上部设有风机,除尘罐下部为下料仓,下料仓上设有蝶阀和出料阀,所述的除尘罐中部设有气包、喷吹管、进气口和多个针刺毡布袋,所述的多个针刺毡布袋通过一弹簧骨架设置在除尘罐内部,所述的风机通过一连接管与除尘罐内部连通,连接管上设有阀门,所述的气包将高压空气输送至喷吹管内,所述的喷吹管上设有多个喷气孔,所述的多个喷气孔下方对应设置多个针刺毡布袋,所述的进气口设置在针刺毡布袋下方。
所述的除尘罐上部和下部分别设有上检修孔和下检修孔。
所述的下料仓呈漏斗状,下料仓斜锥面外侧设有振动电机。
所述的下料仓斜锥面内侧设有可拆式汽化器,所述的下料仓内还设有压灰出料管并连通至罐体外,所述可拆式汽化器通过压缩空气将下料仓内的灰尘流态化,并通过压灰出料管排出罐外。
所述除尘罐壳体为圆柱形,顶部为椭圆封头,底部为锥形封头。
本发明除尘罐壳体采用圆柱形,顶部为椭圆封头,底部为锥形封头,承受内压和外压的能力强,滤袋骨架采用弹簧式骨架,便于安装,风机装在设备的顶部,占地面积小,整体紧凑,除尘罐底部带有底座,便于运输,锥体下料处装有卸料阀,可以不停机卸料,锥体内部装有可拆式气化盒,可以压料卸灰,锥体外部装有振动电机,如遇有卸料不畅时,开启,省时省力。

具体实施方式
一种石油固井系统用除尘罐,所述的除尘罐上部设有风机10,除尘罐下部为下料仓6,下料仓6上设有蝶阀3和出料阀2,所述的除尘罐中部设有气包8、喷吹管9、进气口7和多个针刺毡布袋12,所述的多个针刺毡布袋12通过一弹簧骨架设置在除尘罐内部,所述的风机10通过一连接管与除尘罐内部连通,连接管上设有阀门,所述的气包8将高压空气输送至喷吹管9内,所述的喷吹管9上设有多个喷气孔,所述的多个喷气孔下方对应设置多个针刺毡布袋12,所述的进气口7设置在针刺毡布袋12下方,气包8内压缩空气经由喷吹管9的孔眼进入针刺毡布袋12内(称为一次风),而同时针刺毡布袋12周围空气被诱导,同时进入针刺毡布袋12内(称二次风)。由于这一、二次风形成一股与自下而上的过滤气流相反的强有力逆向气流射入针刺毡布袋12内,使针刺毡布袋12在一瞬间急剧收缩、膨胀、收缩,逐将吸附在针刺毡布袋12外面的粉尘清除下来。
所述的除尘罐上部和下部分别设有上检修孔11和下检修孔5。
所述的下料仓6呈漏斗状,下料仓6斜锥面外侧设有振动电机16。
所述的下料仓6斜锥面内侧设有可拆式汽化器14,所述的下料仓6内还设有压灰出料管15并连通至罐体外,所述可拆式汽化器14通过压缩空气将下料仓6内的灰尘流态化,并通过压灰出料管15排出罐外。
所述除尘罐壳体为圆柱形,顶部为椭圆封头,底部为锥形封头。
本设备提供两种卸灰方式:
1、打开下锥体卸料蝶阀3,打开出料阀2,设备可以在风机10不停转的情况下自动卸料;
2、关闭顶部风机10进口处阀门和罐体锥体底部蝶阀3,打开可拆式汽化器14进气球阀,利用压缩空气将罐体内部的水泥灰流态化,最终由压灰出料管15输送至需要的地方。

1.一种石油固井系统用除尘罐,其特征在于:所述的除尘罐上部设有风机,除尘罐下部为下料仓,下料仓上设有蝶阀和出料阀,所述的除尘罐中部设有气包、喷吹管、进气口和多个针刺毡布袋,所述的多个针刺毡布袋通过一弹簧骨架设置在除尘罐内部,所述的风机通过一连接管与除尘罐内部连通,连接管上设有阀门,所述的气包将高压空气输送至喷吹管内,所述的喷吹管上设有多个喷气孔,所述的多个喷气孔下方对应设置多个针刺毡布袋,所述的进气口设置在针刺毡布袋下方。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种石油固井系统用除尘罐,其特征在于:所述的除尘罐上部和下部分别设有上检修孔和下检修孔。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种石油固井系统用除尘罐,其特征在于:所述的下料仓呈漏斗状,下料仓斜锥面外侧设有振动电机。
4.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种石油固井系统用除尘罐,其特征在于:所述的下料仓斜锥面内侧设有可拆式汽化器,所述的下料仓内还设有压灰出料管并连通至罐体外,所述可拆式汽化器通过压缩空气将下料仓内的灰尘流态化,并通过压灰出料管排出罐外。
5.根据权利要求1或3所述的一种石油固井系统用除尘罐,其特征在于:所述除尘罐壳体为圆柱形,顶部为椭圆封头,底部为锥形封头。
