技术领域
本发明涉及果蔬保鲜技术领域,具体涉及一种沙糖桔保鲜剂。
背景技术
沙糖桔,又名:十月桔。最初产自肇庆的四会市黄田镇沙糖村,因而得名沙糖橘。现在主要产地有广西和广东。沙糖桔味甘酸、性温,具有理气化痰、润肺清肠、补血健脾等功效。广西桂林市荔浦县现为国家种沙糖桔面积最大的县。沙糖桔产区一般均地处亚热带地区,温湿度均较适合果实病原菌的生长,每年由于病理性腐烂导致的采后损失巨大。目前,化学杀菌剂是控制果实采后腐烂的主要方法。但是由于长期使用单一杀菌剂,病原菌能进化产生了大量抗药性菌种。为降低抗性风险和延缓抗性产生,将不同作用机理的有效成分进行复配使用是行之有效的方法之一。因此开发新型、高效且低毒、安全、使用方便以及廉价的水果保鲜剂,具有重大的社会意义和广阔的应用前景。
桔梗(Platycodon grandiflorus),为桔梗科多年生草本植物。作为重要的经济植物在南北各地广为种植,以东北、华北地区种植的产量最大。桔梗富含多糖、桔梗苷、二氢梓醇苷、桃叶珊瑚苷及多种维生素及氨基酸。多糖类化合物是桔梗中的一类重要活性成分,具有抑菌、降低血糖、止血、抑制肿瘤生长,抗炎、抗肝损害、调节机体免疫等功能。桔梗多糖是其主要成分之一,研究表明桔梗多糖有抗肿瘤、抗氧化及增强人体免疫力等多种药理作用,而对桔梗多糖的抑菌及抗氧化性研究鲜见报道。齐齐哈尔大学的杨晓杰、董亚楠、李娜、孙百良等人发表的《桔梗多糖的抑菌性和抗氧化性研究》证实桔梗多糖对黑根霉、青霉、黄曲霉具有抑制作用。
抑霉唑(Imazalil),又叫烯菌灵,为内吸性杀菌剂。对人畜毒性低,是优良的果蔬防腐保鲜剂,对柑橘、忙果、香蕉、苹果、瓜类尤为有效,对抗多菌灵、噻菌灵的青绿霉菌有特效,也可用于防治谷类作物病害。
鉴于沙糖桔在保鲜、储运过程中易受病害的侵染,有必要提出一种能抑制病害且能延长货架期的安全保鲜产品。目前以桔梗多糖、抑霉唑混配作有效成分的保鲜剂还未见有相关报道。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种成本低、安全有效的沙糖桔保鲜剂。
本发明采取的技术方案是:一种沙糖桔保鲜剂,有效成分由桔梗多糖和抑霉唑组成,其中桔梗多糖和抑霉唑的重量比为(15-1):(1-10)。优选地,桔梗多糖和抑霉唑的重量比为(5-1):(1-3)。
所述的保鲜剂有效成分占保鲜剂总重量的5-30%。
所述的保鲜剂按照本领域技术人员所公知的方法,加入相应辅助剂制成的剂型是水乳剂。
本发明保鲜剂使用的辅助剂包括分散剂、乳化剂、抗冻剂、溶剂等或其它有益于有效成分在制剂中稳定和药效发挥的已知物质,都是本领域中常用或允许使用的各种成分。
所述沙糖桔保鲜剂的使用方法:本发明保鲜剂按有效成分用药量为200-500mg/kg,将新鲜采收的沙糖桔放入配好的保鲜液中浸泡1-3min,取出,自然晾干,后储藏保存即可。
本发明的有益效果是:
(1)桔梗多糖和抑霉唑协同增效,相互混用能减少单一成分的用量,协同抑菌作用能有效降低沙糖桔采后病菌的侵染,有效延长沙糖桔保鲜期。
(2)本发明原材料丰富易得、成本低、安全,符合果蔬保鲜的绿色环保要求。
具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明的技术方案和有益效果作进一步说明,本发明所述的百分比均为重量百分比。
一、应用实施例试验
试验1:桔梗多糖和抑霉唑用于沙糖桔青霉病的室内毒力测定试验
经预试确定桔梗多糖和抑霉唑有效抑制浓度范围后,将桔梗多糖、抑霉唑及其混合物按有效成分含量分别设5个剂量梯度处理,设一清水对照。参照《农药室内生物测定试验准则杀菌剂》进行,采用菌丝生长速率法测定药剂对沙糖桔青霉病的室内毒力测定试验。72h后用十字交叉法测量菌落直径,计算各处理净生长量菌丝生长抑制率。
用DPS数据处理软件进行统计分析,将菌丝生长抑制率换算成机率值(y),药液浓度(μg/mL)转换成对数值(x),以最小二乘法求得毒力回归方程(y=a+bx),并由此计算出每种药剂的EC50值,然后按孙云沛等1960年提出的共毒系数法(CTC)来评价物质混用的增效作用,当共毒系数(CTC)≥120时,组合物表现为增效作用;当CTC≤80时,组合物表现为拮抗作用;当80<CTC<120时,组合物表现为相加作用,试验结果见表1。

由上表1可知,桔梗多糖和抑霉唑在(15-1):(1-10)的比例范围内混配,其共毒系数(CTC)均大于120,对沙糖桔青霉病的抑制均表现出协同增效作用,相互间混配能减少用量,提高防治效果。而桔梗多糖和抑霉唑在重量比在(5-1):(1-3)范围内增效作用尤为突出。二、制备实施例
实施例1:22.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂
称取桔梗多糖11.0%、抑霉唑11.0%、烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2.5%、黄原胶0.4%、乙二醇3%、甲苯18%、水补足至100%。
实施例2:24.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂
称取桔梗多糖3.0%、抑霉唑21.0%、苯乙烯基苯酚聚氧乙烯醚3%、十二烷基硫酸钠3.0%、阿拉伯胶0.5%、丙二醇3%、二甲苯20%、水补足至100%。
实施例3:24.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂
称取桔梗多糖20.0%、抑霉唑4.0%、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚3%、十二烷基硫酸钠3.0%、阿拉伯胶0.5%、乙二醇3%、甲苯20%、水补足至100%。
实施例4:22.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂
称取桔梗多糖20.0%、抑霉唑2.0%、木质素磺酸盐3%、十二烷基苯磺酸钙2.5%、黄原胶0.4%、尿素3%、甲苯18%、水补足至100%。
三、应用实施例用于沙糖桔保鲜的试验
试验处理及设计:
试验组1:上述实施例1制备的保鲜剂,即22.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂(1:1);
试验组2:上述实施例2制备的保鲜剂,即24.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂(1:7);
试验组3:上述实施例3制备的保鲜剂,即24.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂(5:1);
试验组4:上述实施例4制备的保鲜剂,即22.0%(桔梗多糖·抑霉唑)沙糖桔保鲜剂(10:1);
对比组1:市购的20%桔梗多糖粉剂;
对比组2:市购的22%抑霉唑水乳剂;
对比组3:空白对照CK。
试验地点在广西荔浦,时间为2016年12月16日。采摘处于成熟期的沙糖桔,要求选择无机械损伤、无病虫害感染、大小和成熟度等外观品质基本一致的果实,设7个处理组,即试验组1-4和对比组1-3。试验组1-4分别对应上述实施例1-4所制备的保鲜剂,对比组1-2则分别是桔梗多糖和抑霉唑单剂,对比组3为空白对照CK。浸泡前测得每处理组沙糖桔可溶性固形物平均含量为14.43%、可滴定酸平均含量为0.57%,每个处理三个重复。分别将沙糖桔放进较大的塑料网里置于试验组1-4和对比组1-2制备好的保鲜液中浸泡1min,轻轻的提起塑料网,沥干水分,晾干,放入货架;其中对比组3的沙糖桔不浸泡任何保鲜剂,作为空白对照CK,直接放入货架。然后将各处理组的沙糖桔转入贮藏库中进行贮存,贮存温度为10℃,相对湿度90%。入贮后60天测定所需的各项数据。
测定内容:采用手持数显折光仪测定沙糖桔可溶性固形物含量;可滴定酸含量采用指示剂滴定法测定;烂果率为腐烂果数/调查总果数×100;好果率为好果数/调查总果数×100。

从表2可知,与对比组1-2比较,试验组1-4对沙糖桔有较好的保鲜作用,说明本发明产品明显优于单纯使用桔梗多糖或抑霉唑的保鲜效果。本发明复配制剂的防效与单剂相比具有极显著差异,可见两种有效成分复配后具有很好的保鲜作用,有效延长沙糖桔的贮存时间。
Claims (4)
1.一种沙糖桔保鲜剂,其特征在于,有效成分由桔梗多糖和抑霉唑组成,其中桔梗多糖和抑霉唑的重量比为(15-1):(1-10)。
2.根据权利要求1所述的保鲜剂,其特征在于,桔梗多糖和抑霉唑的重量比为(5-1):(1-3)。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的保鲜剂,其特征在于,所述的有效成分占保鲜剂总重量的5-30%。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的保鲜剂,其特征在于,所述的保鲜剂制备成水乳剂。
