使用者的臀部区域的自由移动性可以确保使用者能够转移使用者的重心或设备的可动部分连同使用者自身身体的整体重心,使得该重心转移引起设备由于重力而移动,从而实现特别舒适的操作行为。这是因为装置对移动的变化非常快速地作出反应,并且在较短的适应期后,使用者能够直观地并以有节奏的方式操作或移动设备。
使用者和设备的可动部分的移动可以围绕两个虚拟轴线(纵向轴线和横向轴线)进行。这些轴线有利地形成交点,这允许使用者以相同的施力来触发围绕纵向轴线的移动和围绕横向轴线的移动。
有利地,使用者身体和设备的可动部分的共同重心位于纵向轴线与横向轴线的交点正下方。结果,可动系统处于稳定状态。重心布置在纵向轴线与横向轴线的交点下方意味着重心在竖直方向上位于这两个轴线的交点下方。有利地,使用者可以通过臀部区域的移动来定位使用者身体的重心,使得由此产生或由此引起设备的可动部分的移位。除此之外,使用者因使用者的臀部区域或使用者身体重心的自由移动性而感觉到好像他在悬浮(hover)。
有利地,该设备分成上部和下部(沿竖直方向的向上和向下),其中分隔或接触平面可以位于基部区域中。在该平面中,上部和下部的平坦表面分别以凸缘状的方式彼此抵靠。接触平面由同时插入设备的上部和下部中的螺栓贯穿。螺栓的轴向方向与接触平面的法线方向不重合。由于由此产生的运动学,当触发设备的上部和下部之间的扭转时,上部接触面的几何体从下部接触面的几何体上提升(反之亦然)。可以通过以下事实来触发相互的提升:一个接触面的周向边缘至少部分地枢转到另一个接触面上或被强制性地枢转到所述另一个接触面上,并且从而被强制性地沿着螺栓向上移动。此外,螺栓的轴向可以是竖直的。如果设备的使用者现在进行不平稳(jerky)运动(该不平稳运动导致围绕设备的竖直轴线的扭矩),则在一体式设备结构的情况下,该扭矩将导致整个设备的不平稳或摇晃。然而,通过具有所描述的运动学的分隔部,围绕设备的竖直轴线的扭矩引起设备的上部和下部之间的扭转,其中在扭转期间上部和下部被提升分离,因为上部的外周边缘沿着下部被引导(或反之亦然),并且根据螺栓的角位置或多或少广泛地相对于两个接触平面的法线执行移动曲线。由此提高设备上部的重心。通过升高重心,设备上部的重力引起恢复力矩,设备由此移动回到其初始位置。结果,可以抑制或稳定使用者在设备上的不平稳运动。
可以有利地在设备的上部和下部的上述接触面之间设置阻尼元件,该阻尼元件例如由橡胶状材料制成,其引起额外的阻尼效果。该阻尼元件可以是圆形的并且可以插入在接触面之间。此外,该阻尼元件可以具有用于容纳螺栓的通孔。
在本发明的实施例中,支撑装置的所有元件,即用于容纳前臂和小腿的座以及支柱元件和手柄元件可以相对于彼此设置为刚性。通过这种布置,使用者能够以特别简单且精确的方式转移使用者的重心,如对于当前的应用可以实现的。
有利地,用于支撑身体部位的支撑装置包括各自用于支撑身体的前臂的两个臂座以及各自用于支撑身体的小腿的两个腿座。通过这种布置,使用者可以自由地移动使用者的臀部区域,以便能够尽可能简单地进行重心的转移。
有利地,用于支撑身体部位的支撑装置还具有两个支柱元件,每个支柱元件用于支撑脚掌。这些支柱特别适合用于在人体的纵向方向上固定人体。此外,这些搁脚板便于蹬到设备上。理想地,在蹬上设备之前,设备被定位成使得脚部支柱自身或其周围的区域接地。这使得设备的可动部分稳定,并且使用者可以轻松且安全地蹬上设备的可动部分。
有利地,用于支撑身体部位的支撑装置还具有两个手柄元件,两个手柄元件分别可以由使用者的手握住,使得使用者可以简单地将他或她自身固定或保持在位。使用者可以借助支撑在脚支柱与手柄元件之间的可能性在设备中倾斜,从而以特别简单且限定的方式转移使用者身体的重心。
此外,在优选实施例中,手柄元件可以与相应的臂座形成一个单元。“相应的”在这里指的是最靠近手柄元件的臂座。此外,臂座和手柄元件的每个单元都可以设置成使得该单元能独立于另一个单元移位。通过由臂座和手柄元件组成的单元是在位于设备的可动部分与由臂座和手柄元件组成的单元之间的轨道系统上被引导这个事实,可以使这样的移位成为可能。
有利地,该设备包括用于检测所述设备的每个可动部分的当前位置的检测装置以及用于传输位置数据的传输装置。从这样的实施例中得出本发明的各种可能的应用。通过获取位置数据,可以将其传输到计算单元,由此可以实现用于模拟虚拟现实的应用。例如,因而可以使用设备的可动部分的移动在计算机游戏或模拟器应用中用于功能的控制。为了在飞行模拟器应用期间控制飞行器,可以设想,例如,设备的使用者通过重心转移使他或她自身和设备的可动部分围绕纵向轴线转动,从而也使得飞行模拟器中的飞行器同样围绕其纵向轴线转动。为了也围绕其横向轴线控制飞行器,使用者同样可以典型地通过转移使用者身体的重心,使他或她自身和设备的可动部分围绕横向轴线转动或者引起这样的转动。为了操作飞行器的方向舵,即触发飞行器围绕竖直轴线的转动,可以设想使用者必须同时将由臂座和手柄元件组成的一个单元向前移动并将另一个单元向后移动。
此外,可以设想设备具有至少一个电机和/或至少一个阻尼元件,以便能够影响设备或位于该设备上的人的移动。例如,可以从计算机应用中产生引起设备的可动部分的位置变化从而也导致位于该设备上的使用者的位置变化的效果。在操作计算机赛车游戏时,例如,使用者可以在加速操作期间向后倾斜,在制动操作期间向前倾斜,并且在经历转弯时向相应的一侧倾斜。当经历左转弯时,可以触发设备向同一侧倾斜,也就是向左倾斜,以便使使用者产生对应于“倾斜转弯”的效果。然而,也可以设想在经历左转弯时触发设备的可动部分向右倾斜,以模拟离心力对使用者的影响。同样可以设想将手柄元件配置为可动的,并通过传感器检测手柄元件的当前位置并将其传输到计算单元。手柄元件可以形成为,使得手柄元件可以像摩托车的扭转把手一样转动。当要模拟摩托车比赛时,可以应用这样的实施例。也可以检测由臂座和手柄元件组成的单元在轨道系统上的移动可能性,以便在模拟器应用中控制加速或制动,或另一所需功能。
此外,可以设想,用于支撑身体的四肢(例如前臂和小腿)的各个元件被配置成能够相对于彼此移动。通过这些元件的移动可能性的相应机械运动学或通过借助电机或阻尼元件影响移动可能性,例如可以迫使使用者进行某些运动过程或仅允许使用者进行特定的运动过程。在这种情况下,可以设想在游泳模拟器应用期间,允许使用者进行与自由泳相对应的运动。此外,可以通过电动机或阻尼元件使使用者的运动更加困难。结果,可以获得设备的各种进一步的应用可能性,诸如例如用作运动模拟器,其中在模拟器应用期间,使用者必须进行与相应运动类型的锻炼过程中的身体活动相对应或至少与其相似的身体活动。在游泳模拟器应用期间,例如,也可以通过电机或阻尼元件模拟在水中实际游泳期间也会出现并且抵抗游泳者的移动的水阻力。通过这种游泳模拟器应用可以显著降低游泳者在昏厥或疲劳的情况下永久遭受的溺水风险。尽管如此,仍会产生所需的训练效果。此外,如果飞行员只在模拟器中进行航空练习,而不再在露天空间进行航空练习,则可以避免飞行员坠机的风险。

图1示出了用于通过人体的重心转移和/或肌肉驱动来进行移动的设备1的立体图。示出了在该设备的纵向方向上延伸的纵向轴线。示出了在该设备的横向方向上延伸的横向轴线。并且示出了在竖直方向上延伸的竖直轴线。竖直轴线可以如本实施例所示地竖直延伸,或者也可以向前或向后倾斜。前、后、左和右的方向和位置指示也绘制在图1中,并且另外清楚地显示在图4的平面图中。图1所示的实施例包括基板5和基部3,整个设备1经由该基板和基部搁置在地面上。支撑装置2具有手柄元件20、臂座(shell)21和腿座23。通过支撑装置2,将使用者的身体支撑在设备上。支撑装置的各个部件连接于框架元件81。设备右侧的臂座21与设备右侧的手柄元件20形成单元,类似地,左侧的手柄元件20与设备1左侧的臂座21形成单元。在本实施例中,每个均形成单元的手柄元件20和臂座21彼此固定连接。每个单元都通过轨道元件51连接于框架元件81,由此各个单元可以在设备1的纵向方向上在固定范围内移位。支撑装置2的各个元件可以与框架元件81一起围绕设备1的横向轴线倾斜。这种倾斜功能通过轴和轴承装置420成为可能,该轴和轴承装置将容纳支撑装置2的支撑结构(框架元件81)连接于弧形的另外的支撑元件(弧形元件82)。该另外的弧形元件82由辊支撑件41支撑并被引导穿过该辊支撑件,使得支撑装置2与框架元件81和弧形元件82一起可以围绕设备的纵向轴线转动。辊引导件41具有辊元件410的弧形布置,在其上安装有支撑装置2、框架元件81和弧形元件82等部件,其中,另外,在弧形元件82上方,在竖直方向上布置有至少一个辊,以便也在竖直方向上固定这些部件。支撑装置2、框架元件81和弧形元件82等部件被称为设备的可动部分。此外,在支撑装置2的后端,布置有支柱元件24,使用者可以通过这些支柱元件支撑脚掌。在本实施例中,设备1的竖直轴线竖直地布置。但是,也可以设想竖直轴线向前或向后倾斜。进一步地,在该实施例中,纵向轴线水平延伸。也可以设想纵向轴线向下或向上倾斜。在该示例性实施例中,横向轴线相对于框架元件81固定。因此,如果框架元件81关于纵向轴线倾斜,则设备的横向轴线也倾斜。如果设备1的可动部分已经关于纵向轴线倾斜,则支撑装置2与框架元件81一起关于同样倾斜的横向轴线出现进一步的倾斜。
弧形支撑元件或弧形元件82不一定必须是弧形的。在另一实施例中,该支撑元件的形状例如可以遵循任意的曲线函数。此外,还可以设想将支撑元件配置为闭合的圆形。在这种实施例中,使用者可以用该设备围绕纵向轴线进行完全转动。
图2示出了用于通过人体的重心转移和/或肌肉驱动来进行移动的设备1的前视图,该设备的竖直轴线在竖直方向上延伸并且该设备的横向轴线在水平方向上延伸。在该视图中,可以清楚地看到,框架元件81包括布置在图片的左侧和右侧的两个部分。设备1的各个部分可以由不同的材料(例如碳纤维增强塑料、常规塑料或金属)制成。在优选的实施例中,设备的整体配置尽可能轻。通过小质量(特别是设备的可动部分),可以增加使用者的操作便利性,因为可以更容易地引起倾斜。
图3示出了设备1的实施例的侧视图,其中设备的纵向轴线在水平方向上延伸并且竖直轴线在竖直方向上延伸。当框架元件81关于设备的横向轴线倾斜时(横向轴线在绘制平面的方向上延伸,也就是说横向轴线延伸出绘制平面),尤其还包括臂座21、手柄元件20和腿座23等元件的支撑装置2也关于设备的横向轴线倾斜。
图4示出了设备1的实施例的平面图,图中的设备的横向轴线竖直延伸并且设备的纵向轴线水平延伸,其中设备1的后部区域布置在图片的右侧,设备1的前部区域布置在图片的左侧,设备1的右侧区域布置在图片的上边缘,并且设备1的左侧区域布置在图片的下边缘。此外,可以识别出腿支撑件23、脚支柱24、臂座21和手柄元件20。
Claims (25)
1.一种用于通过人体的重心转移和/或肌肉驱动来进行移动的设备(1),所述设备包括:
支撑装置(2),所述支撑装置用于支撑身体部位,其中身体的臀部区域能够自由移动,
基部(3),所述基部用于支撑地面上和/或墙壁上的力,
运动装置,所述运动装置用于连接所述支撑装置(2)和所述基部(3),其中所述运动装置适于允许身体围绕虚拟纵向轴线的移动和围绕虚拟横向轴线的移动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),
其中,所述支撑装置(2)仅在身体的四肢处支撑身体。
3.根据权利要求2所述的设备(1),
其中,所述纵向轴线和所述横向轴线形成交点。
4.根据权利要求3所述的设备(1),
其中,在静止状态下,所述身体和所述设备(1)的可动部分的共同重心位于所述纵向轴线与所述横向轴线的所述交点处或所述交点下方。
5.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),
其中,所述基部(3)具有基本竖直的竖直轴线,
其中,所述竖直轴线与将所述设备(1)分成上部和下部的接触平面相交,
其中,所述设备(1)的所述上部能够围绕所述竖直轴线相对于所述下部转动,
其中,所述竖直轴线与所述接触平面的法线不相同,
其中,所述设备(1)的整体重心能够由于相对转动而升高,以产生恢复力矩。
6.根据权利要求5所述的设备(1),
其中,在所述设备(1)的所述上部和下部之间设置有阻尼元件。
7.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),
其中,所述支撑装置(2)的所有元件都不能相对于彼此移动。

其中,用于支撑身体部位的所述支撑装置(2)包括:
用于分别支撑身体的前臂的两个臂座(21),以及
用于分别支撑身体的小腿的两个腿座(23)。

其中,所述阻尼元件适于抵抗移动,
其中,所述电机适于抵抗移动和/或辅助移动。

其中所述支撑装置(2)的各个支撑身体的元件能够相对于彼此移动。
15.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),包括:
用于限制所述设备的可动部分的移动可能性的止动件,
其中,所述移动可能性的自由度和所述止动件能够任意调节。
16.根据权利要求1所述的设备(1),
其中,所述运动装置包括呈闭合圆形或至少圆弧段形式的支撑元件(82),其中所述支撑元件(82)适于允许人体围绕所述设备的纵向轴线转动。
17.利用根据权利要求1至16中任一项所述的设备(1)进行移动的方法,
其中,通过身体重心的转移,使所述支撑装置(2)与支撑在所述支撑装置上的身体部位一起围绕所述横向轴线和所述纵向轴线移动。
18.利用根据权利要求11所述的设备(1)进行移动的方法,
其中通过移动由所述臂座(21)和所述手柄元件(20)组成的所述单元(22),能够产生控制信号。
19.利用根据权利要求5至6中任一项所述的设备(1)进行移动的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
使用者围绕所述设备(1)的竖直轴线施加扭矩,从而引起所述设备(1)的所述上部相对于所述设备(1)的所述下部的转动,
沿竖直方向向上转移所述设备的整体重心,
通过将所述整体重心向上升高而产生恢复力矩,通过由重力引起所述整体重心沿所述竖直方向向下转移到初始位置来消除所述转动。
20.一种包括视觉输出装置和根据权利要求1至16中任一项所述的设备(1)的系统。
21.根据权利要求20所述的系统,
其中,所述视觉输出装置是佩戴在人体头部上的视频眼镜。
22.根据权利要求21所述的系统,
其中所述头部和佩戴在所述头部上的所述视频眼镜的位置以及用于通过人体的重心转移和/或肌肉驱动来进行移动的所述设备(1)的可动部分的位置被独立地检测并进一步处理。
23.根据权利要求20所述的系统,
其中,使用者在所述设备上至少部分被所述视觉输出装置包围。
24.根据权利要求20所述的系统,
其中,所述视觉输出装置适于输出静止图像和/或动态图像。
25.根据权利要求20所述的系统,
其中,所述视觉输出装置适于输出三维图像。
