The two ends of the swing bolster 13 extend to the upper parts of the corresponding central suspension devices respectively, the swing bolster 13 is provided with a second positioning hole 16 corresponding to the first positioning pin 4, positioning of the swing bolster 13 and the central suspension devices is achieved, the two sides of the swing bolster 13 are provided with elastic stops 15 corresponding to the side frames 14, the end parts of the swing bolster 13 are provided with slots 18 corresponding to the friction type vibration dampers 6, and the friction type vibration dampers 6 are fixed with the swing bolster 13 through bolts.
The auxiliary spring 3 is higher than the main spring 7, and the damping spring 5 is higher than the auxiliary spring 3. The load of the empty car is borne by the auxiliary spring 3, the main spring 7 is not contacted with the swing bolster 13, so that larger deflection of the empty car spring can be obtained, the running performance of the empty car is improved, at the moment, the vibration reduction spring 5 is higher than the auxiliary spring 3, a certain pre-pressing amount exists, the vibration reduction spring 5 exists independently, the vibration reduction spring is compressed along with compression of the auxiliary spring 3, a certain supporting force is provided for the friction type vibration damper 6, the friction type vibration damper 6 is a wedge type vibration damper, and side frame upright post abrasion plates corresponding to the friction type vibration damper 6 are respectively arranged on two sides of the central square frame 19. Under the combined action of the damping springs 5, the inclined wedge dampers and the side frame column wearing plates, enough friction damping force is provided for the vehicle, and the vibration of the vehicle is reduced;
when the goods are transported, the whole rubber spring assembly bears the load of the vehicle due to the large load, so that the bearing capacity of the rubber spring assembly is ensured; at this time, since the damping springs 5 exist independently, the damping springs are compressed along with the compression of the main springs 7 and the auxiliary springs 3, a large supporting force is provided for the inclined wedge damper, and under the combined action of the damping springs 5, the inclined wedge damper and the side frame column wearing plates, a sufficient friction damping force is provided for the vehicle, and rubber has a good vibration isolation performance, so that the vertical performance of the vehicle is effectively improved. Because the whole spring group is a rubber spring, the transverse rigidity is smaller, the vibration coupling between the vehicle body and the bogie is better decoupled, the running stability and the stability of the vehicle are further improved, and the acting force of the wheel track is reduced.
The elastic stop 15 comprises a top plate 23, a rubber body 22, a fixing plate 21 and a screw rod 20, wherein the rubber body 22 is arranged on the front surface of the fixing plate 21, the top plate 23 is arranged at the front end of the rubber body 22, the screw rod 20 is arranged on the back surface of the fixing plate 21, and stop seats 17 corresponding to the screw rod 20 are arranged on two sides of the swing bolster 13. The elastic stop 15 arranged between the swing bolster 13 and the side frame 14 can softly limit the excessive transverse relative displacement between the swing bolster 13 and the side frame 14, so that the running safety of the vehicle is improved.
In summary, the central suspension device and the railway wagon bogie disclosed by the invention have the advantages of fewer spring design limiting conditions, simpler design, high manufacturing precision, higher approaching degree of objects to design intention, convenience in parameter control, convenience in parameter matching for different vehicles by adopting modularized design, convenience in assembly and disassembly, compact structure, effective utilization of space, small size limitation, capability of obtaining smaller transverse rigidity, capability of improving vehicle running performance, no breakage in the use process and higher reliability.
