It should be noted that, in the present application, the embodiments and features of the embodiments may be combined with each other without conflict.
The embodiment provides a double-layer side beam bogie which can be applied to a railway vehicle. In the present embodiment, the vehicle length direction is referred to as the longitudinal direction, the vehicle width direction is referred to as the lateral direction, and the vehicle height direction is referred to as the vertical direction, or the vertical direction.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a non-power bogie provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 2 is a top view of the non-power bogie provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 1 and 2, the present embodiment provides a bogie including: side beam 1, connecting seat 2, wheel pair, draw gear 4 and a series of linkage 5.
The side members 1 are two in number, extending in the longitudinal direction. The two side members 1 are arranged side by side with a space left therebetween. The side member 1 includes an upper side member plate and a lower side member plate which are stacked, the upper side member plate is in contact with the middle of the lower side member plate, and a gap is provided between the ends. The upper side beam plate and the lower side beam plate are both in the shapes of thick middle and thin two ends. The quantity of connecting seat 2 is two, and a connecting seat 2 sets up the below in 1 middle parts of a curb girder, and connecting seat 2 is used for carrying out the bearing to curb girder 1.
The traction device 4 is connected between the two connecting seats 2, and the traction device 4 is also used for being connected with the body of the railway vehicle and transmitting longitudinal traction force and braking force between the body and the bogie.
The quantity of wheel pair is two, sets up respectively in the tip below of curb girder 1, and the wheel pair includes: an axle 31, wheels 32 symmetrically disposed on the axle 31, and axle boxes 33.
Primary suspension device 5 is provided between axle box 33 and the end portions of side members 1, and supports side members 1 and damps vertical force between side members 1 and wheel pair 3.
The bogie that this embodiment provided has abandoned traditional crossbeam structure, adopts the connecting seat to be used for connecting and fixing double-deck curb girder to adopt draw gear to link together two connecting seats, can alleviate the weight of bogie self by a wide margin, be favorable to improving rail vehicle's traction efficiency. And the connecting seat provides a plurality of interfaces for parts such as connecting curb girder, draw gear and secondary suspension device, on satisfying the basic function's of bogie basis, has simplified the structure of bogie, does benefit to lightweight design.
When the driving device is not arranged on the bogie, the bogie is used as a non-power bogie. When the driving device is arranged on the bogie, the bogie is used as a power bogie. Fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a power bogie provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 4 is a plan view of the power bogie provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 3 and 4, the driving apparatus includes: a direct drive motor 71 and a motor balance bar 72. The direct drive motor 71 is arranged on the axle 31, the rotor is connected with the axle 31, and the stator of the direct drive motor 71 is fixedly connected with the shell. The connecting base 2 also provides a connecting interface with the direct drive motor 71, and the shell of the direct drive motor 71 is connected with the connecting base 2 through the motor balancing rod 72. In addition, the housing of the direct drive motor 71 is fixed to the axle box 33 through a motor end cover.
The direct drive motor 71 is adopted to directly drive the axle 31 to rotate, so that a gear reducer in the traditional bogie is omitted, the structure of the bogie is further simplified, and the weight of the bogie is reduced.
Further, the bogie also comprises a braking device 8 for braking the wheels 32. In this embodiment, the braking device 8 is fixed to the connecting base 2 by using a braking clamp. During braking, the brake caliper grips the faces of the wheel on either side of the wheel 32 to apply the brake.
Based on the above design thought, the present embodiment provides a concrete implementation manner of the bogie:
fig. 5 is a schematic structural diagram of a connecting seat in a bogie provided by an embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 5, the top of the coupling socket 2 is recessed downward to form a first side rail mounting groove 21, and the first side rail mounting groove 21 extends in the longitudinal direction. The middle of the side member 1 is received in the first side member mounting groove 21, and the depth of the first side member mounting groove 21 is smaller than the thickness of the middle of the side member 1. The first side member mounting groove 21 serves to restrict lateral displacement of the side member 1.
Fig. 6 is a schematic structural view of a side sill of a bogie provided in an embodiment of the present application, and fig. 7 is an exploded view of the assembly of the side sill and a connecting seat of the bogie provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 6 and 7, the side member 1 includes an upper side member plate 11 and a lower side member plate 12, and the upper side member plate 11 and the lower side member plate 12 are stacked up and down, both extending in the longitudinal direction, and accommodated in the first side member mounting groove 21.
One implementation is: adopt fixing base 22 to stride and locate curb girder 1 top, fixing base 22's horizontal both ends extend from the both sides downwardly extending of curb girder 1. The fixing base 22 serves to restrict vertical displacement of the side member 1.
Specifically, the fixing base 22 includes: fixed roof, fixed curb plate and fixing bolt. Wherein, fixed roof extends along the direction parallel with curb girder 1, and the vertical setting of fixed curb plate is at the horizontal both ends of fixed roof, and fixed curb plate downwardly extending. The fixed side plate and the fixed top plate can be of an integrated structure, and a groove capable of accommodating the side beam is enclosed between the fixed top plate and the fixed side plate. The fixed top plate is approximately rectangular, and four vertex angles of the fixed top plate are in arc transition. Vertical bolt holes are formed in the four top corners, and the bolt holes extend from the top surface of the fixed top plate to the bottom surface of the fixed side plate. The fixing bolt 221 sequentially penetrates through bolt holes formed in the fixing top plate and the fixing side plate and then is connected to the connecting seat 2.
In this embodiment, the upper side beam plate 11 and the lower side beam plate 12 may be made of composite fibers, for example: the carbon fiber material has certain flexible deformability. The connecting seat 2 is made of rigid materials, has certain strength and provides interfaces for other components. The holder 22 may also be made of a rigid material.
When the side beam is made of carbon fiber material, further, a first upper liner 222 is arranged between the fixed top plate and the side beam 1 for protecting the side beam 1 and preventing the side beam 1 from being worn after being in contact with the fixed seat 22 for a long time. In addition, a first lower lining member 223 is disposed between the first side rail mounting groove 21 and the middle of the side rail 1 for protecting the side rail 1 from abrasion after the side rail 1 is in contact with the connecting seat 3 for a long time.
The first lower liner 223 includes: the first lower substrate plate and the first lower substrate side plate. The first lower substrate plate is disposed in parallel with the bottom surface of the first side beam mounting groove 21. The two first lower lining side plates are respectively erected at the two transverse edges of the first lower substrate plate. The height of the first lower lining side plate is greater than the depth of the first side beam mounting groove 21, so that the top end of the first lower lining side plate extends upwards to cover the side surface of the lower side beam plate 12 to protect the lower side beam plate.
The first upper liner 222 includes: a first upper substrate plate and a first upper substrate side plate. The first upper substrate plates are arranged in parallel with the lower surface of the fixed top plate, and the two first upper lining side plates are respectively erected on the two transverse edges of the first upper substrate plates. The first upper lining member is located in the groove of the fixed seat 22, and the height of the first upper lining side plate is greater than that of the fixed side plate or is the same as that of the fixed side plate, so that the first upper lining side plate extends downwards to cover the side surface of the upper side beam plate 11 to protect the same.
When the upper side beam plate 11 and the lower side beam plate 12 are made of carbon fiber materials, the upper side beam plate 11 and the lower side beam plate 12 are deformed under loads of different vehicle bodies, and vertical loads can be adjusted and buffered. Specifically, fig. 8 is a schematic diagram of the side sill in the bogie provided by the embodiment of the present application receiving a first vertical load, and fig. 9 is a schematic diagram of the side sill in the bogie provided by the embodiment of the present application receiving a second vertical load. The first vertical load is assumed to be less than the second vertical load.
As shown in fig. 8, when the side member 1 is subjected to a first smaller vertical load, for example: when the vehicle is in an unloaded state, the top surfaces of the upper side beam plate 11 and the lower side beam plate 12 are both small deformation surfaces, and the side beam gap 13 between the two ends is large. The support stiffness is now provided solely by the upper side rail panel 11.
As shown in fig. 9, when the side member 1 is subjected to a second, larger vertical load, for example: when the vehicle is in a fully loaded state, the upper side beam plate 11 and the lower side beam plate 12 simultaneously provide support rigidity, the lower side beam plate 12 is greatly deformed, and the ends of the upper side beam plate 11 and the lower side beam plate 12 are contacted. The upper and lower side rails 11, 12 simultaneously provide a greater support stiffness than the upper side rail 11 alone.
The double-layer side beam structure realizes multi-level buffering, can be used as a three-system suspension device to buffer vertical loads, further reduces the vibration of a vehicle body, and improves the riding comfort.
On the basis of the above technical scheme, this embodiment explains the implementation of the wheel set and the assembly mode between the wheel set and the side beam and the connecting seat in detail:
fig. 10 is a schematic structural diagram of a wheel pair in a bogie provided by an embodiment of the application. As shown in fig. 10, the wheelset includes an axle 31, wheels 32, and axle boxes 33, the wheels 32 are symmetrically disposed on the axle 31, and the axle boxes 33 are symmetrically disposed on the axle 31 and located inside the wheels 32. The axle housing 33 has a flat top surface, and a series of positioning holes 331 are formed in the middle thereof for assembling with a series of suspension units 5.
Fig. 11 is a schematic structural diagram of a suspension system in a bogie according to an embodiment of the present invention. As shown in fig. 11, a primary suspension device 5 includes: an elastic buffer portion 51 and a side rail mounting portion 52. The elastic buffer 51 includes a rigid metal layer and a buffer rubber layer stacked and alternately arranged, and the thickness of the single buffer rubber layer is greater than that of the single rigid metal layer. The lowest layer is a rigid metal layer, and the bottom surface of the rigid metal layer is provided with a positioning pin, which can be inserted into a series of positioning holes 331 on the top surface of the axle box 33 for positioning, so as to limit the horizontal displacement of a series of suspension devices.
The rigid metal layer and the buffer rubber layer are both of structures with high middle parts and low ends, the transverse rigidity is high, the transverse force between the wheel pair and the side beam 1 can be completely borne by the primary suspension device 5, and the side beam 1 is prevented from bearing the transverse force, so that the characteristics that the bonding force between the carbon fiber side beam plate layers is poor and the transverse force is not beneficial to bearing are met.
The side rail mounting portions 52 are made of a rigid metal, the side rail mounting portions 52 are provided at the tops of the elastic buffer portions 51, and the tops of the side rail mounting portions 52 are assembled with the side rail 1. The side rail mounting portions 52 are integrally formed with the metal layers and the cushion rubber layer by a vulcanization process.
One implementation is as follows: the top of the side rail mounting portion 52 is provided with a second side rail mounting groove 521 extending in the longitudinal direction, and the end of the side rail 1 is received in the second side rail mounting groove 521. The depth of the second side rail mounting groove 521 is smaller than the thickness of the end of the side rail 1. The second side member mounting groove 521 is used to restrict lateral displacement of the side member 1.
Further, as shown in fig. 1 to 4, safety stoppers 53 are provided to straddle over the end portions of the side members 1, and both lateral ends of the safety stoppers 53 extend downward from both sides of the side members 1 to be connected to a suspension 5. The safety stop 53 is made of rigid material, so that on one hand, the transverse displacement of the side beam 1 can be limited, and on the other hand, the side beam 1 can bear the weight of a vehicle body when failing, so that the integral failure of the bogie is avoided, and the safety is improved.
Specifically, when the side member 1 is made of a carbon fiber material, a certain gap is provided between the safety stopper 53 and the vehicle body during normal running of the vehicle. When the side beam 1 is broken and deformed to fail under a certain limit condition, the vehicle body descends to be in contact with the safety stop 53, the safety stop 53 above the four axle boxes supports the vehicle body, the bogie can be guaranteed to run to a station or a vehicle maintenance area at a low speed, and the safety of personnel in the vehicle is guaranteed.
For the double-deck side member shown in fig. 1 to 4, the present embodiment provides a specific implementation of the safety stopper 53: fig. 12 is a schematic structural view of a safety stop assembly in a bogie provided in an embodiment of the present application, fig. 13 is a sectional view of the safety stop assembly in the bogie provided in the embodiment of the present application, and fig. 14 is an exploded view of the safety stop assembly in the bogie provided in the embodiment of the present application. As shown in fig. 12 to 14, the ends of the upper and lower side members 11 and 12 extend above a suspension system 5.
The safety stopper 53 includes: a first stopper frame 531 and a second stopper frame 532. The first stopper frame 531 is located between the upper side member plate 11 and the lower side member plate 12, and extends over the lower side member plate 12. The first stopper frame 531 has both lateral ends extending downward from both sides of the lower side sill 12 to a primary suspension device 5.
