Abstract
一种热塑性塑料包覆金属型材的生产设备由:注塑机构、注塑流道、注塑模具、复合型材冷却系统、堵头固定系统、分离式堵头、金属挤压系统、金属型材挤压模具组成;复合时,金属先挤出形成金属芯材;热塑性塑料再由注塑机构挤出、进入由复合型材冷却系统、堵头固定系统、分离式堵头、金属型材挤压模具、金属芯材组成的封闭模腔,从而复合成热塑性塑料包覆金属型材。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种塑料/金属复合材料的生产设备,特别是涉及一种热塑性塑料包覆金属型材的生产设备。
背景技术
金属/塑料复合型材如钢塑复合管、铝塑复合管等,具有强耐腐蚀性,同时兼有金属或合金管的高强度、刚度、耐压、耐温等优点,不会因腐蚀问题而产生渗漏和泄露现象,从而减少污染和安全生产事故的发生,节约投资和维修成本,广泛应用于化工、医药、食品等行业。塑料包覆金属型材现有的制造方法主要采用热熔胶形式,(申勇,等. 在金属管内外表面及其端部表面贴覆塑料膜的方法及设备,中国发明专利,申请号:200910181057.5,2009-10-27),但此方法工艺较为复杂,且不适合于连续性生产。
发明内容
本发明是提供一种热塑性塑料包覆金属型材的生产设备,该设备由:注塑机构(1)、注塑流道(2)、注塑模具(4)、复合型材冷却系统(5)、堵头固定系统(6)、分离式堵头(8)、金属挤压系统(10)、金属型材挤压模具(11)组成;其特征在于,复合时,金属(9)先由金属挤压系统(10)经金属型材挤压模具(11)挤出形成金属芯材;热塑性塑料再由注塑机构(1)挤出经注塑流道(2)和注塑模具(4)进入由复合型材冷却系统(5)、堵头固定系统(6)、分离式堵头(8)、金属型材挤压模具(11)、金属芯材组成的封闭模腔,热塑性塑料在复合型材冷却系统(5)作用下与金属芯材复合成热塑性塑料包覆金属型材(7);注塑模具(4)、复合型材冷却系统(5)、堵头固定系统(6)、金属型材挤压模具(11)之间的连接采用螺栓或法兰等可拆卸的连接方式,分离式堵头(8)与堵头固定系统(6)的连接采用周向柔性锁紧或过盈配合等可分离的形式;分离式堵头(8)为管状结构,分离式堵头(8)的管孔内径与金属芯材外径采用周向柔性锁紧或间隙配合等形式,在未开始注塑前,分离式堵头(8)与堵头固定系统(6)紧密相连,先挤出金属型材能从分离式堵头(8)管孔中滑动,分离式堵头(8)从而与复合型材冷却系统(5)、堵头固定系统(6)金属型材挤压模具(11)、金属型材组成为注塑的封闭模腔,分离式堵头但可在挤压方向一特定压力(此压力与热塑性塑料的注塑压力密切相关)的作用下与堵头固定系统(6)发生分离,从而保证注塑和包覆的正常进行。塑料包覆金属型材复合界面温度和塑料固化的控制通过复合型材冷却系统(5)实现。
具体工艺参数为,分离式堵头的分离压力控制为2-15MPa(该分离压力的计算仅考虑热塑性塑料作用于分离式堵头的面积)。
本发明的优点在于:
1.本发明省却金属型材的预制,简化了工艺,提高生产效率;
2.金属型材表面为新鲜界面,无污染,保证了与塑料复合的结合性能;
3.通过更换模具,能很容易实现异形断面及真空复合型材的生产。
下面结合附图对本发明作进一步说明:
图1为本发明的一种设备配置图。其中,(1)为注塑机构,采用螺杆或柱塞式注塑机构;(2)为注塑流道,采用钢铁、模具钢制成,与注塑模具(4)的连接采用螺纹或法兰的连接形式;(3)为熔融态的热塑性塑料;(4)为注塑模具,采用模具钢制成;(5)为复合型材冷却系统,采用模具钢、铜及铜合金、铝合金、石墨制成,为双层结构内可通循环冷却介质;(6)为堵头固定系统,采用钢铁制成;(7)为热塑性包覆金属型材;(8)为分离式堵头,采用钢、有色金属合金等制成,分离式堵头(8)与堵头固定系统(6)的连接采用周向柔性锁紧或过盈配合等形式,分离式堵头(8)的管孔内径与金属芯材外径采用周向柔性锁紧或间隙配合等形式;(9)为挤压金属;(10)为挤压系统,采用正挤压形式;(11)金属型材挤压模具,采用模具钢制造。
具体实施:
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步说明。
本发明设备配置如图1所示。其中,(1)为注塑机构,采用螺杆式注塑机;(2)为注塑流道,采用模具钢制成,与注塑机构(1)和注塑模具(4)的连接采用螺纹的连接形式;(3)为熔融态的热塑性塑料;(4)为注塑模具,采用模具钢制成;(5)为复合型材冷却系统,采用内层为紫铜和外层为钢铁制成,内可通循环冷却用水;(6)为堵头固定系统,采用钢铁制成;(7)为热塑性包覆金属型材;(8)为分离式堵头,采用钢铁制成,分离式堵头(8)与堵头固定系统(6)的连接采用过盈配合形式,分离式堵头管内径与金属型材外轮廓为间隙配合,堵头分离的挤压力为5-10MPa;(9)为挤压金属;(10)为为挤压系统,采用正挤压形式;(11)金属型材挤压模具,采用模具钢制造。
Claims (3)
1.一种热塑性塑料包覆金属型材的生产设备由:注塑机构、注塑流道、注塑模具、复合型材冷却系统、堵头固定系统、分离式堵头、金属挤压系统、金属型材挤压模具组成;其特征在于,复合时,金属先由金属挤压系统经金属型材挤压模具挤出形成金属芯材;热塑性塑料再由注塑机构挤出经注塑流道和注塑模具进入由复合型材冷却系统、堵头固定系统、分离式堵头、金属型材挤压模具、金属芯材组成的封闭模腔,热塑性塑料在复合型材冷却系统作用下与金属芯材复合成热塑性塑料包覆金属型材。
2.权利要求1所述的分离式堵头为管状结构,分离式堵头的管孔内径与金属芯材外径采用周向柔性锁紧或间隙配合等可分离的固定形式,能保证金属芯材可在分离式堵头中滑动,注塑复合时,分离式堵头可在热塑性塑料的注塑压力作用下与堵头固定系统发生分离,从而保证注塑和包覆的正常进行。
3.权利要求2所述的挤压力为2-15MPa(该注塑压力的计算仅考虑热塑性塑料作用于分离式堵头的面积)。
