Abstract

本发明公开了一种滑石粉母粒生产工艺,首先,打开电柜总开关、钥匙开关和加热开关;其次,温控度表设定温度,打开水泵;然后开启密炼机;开始投料,完成后关闭入料门,降下加压盖开始炼料;然后观察料温快到设定温度时,抬起加压盖打开入料门,将上扬的粉扫入密炼室后关上入料门,反复3‑4次至料成熟;料成熟后,打开入料门和加压盖,将料压好后倒出混合槽,倒入提升机内;开启挤出机和喂料机,将料倒入喂料机,通过喂料机将料送入挤出机内,挤出切粒;出料后开启风机和冷却机,将切粒成型的母粒冷却;最后,将冷却的母粒通过筛粉机振动筛粉后,将筛粉后的母粒送入储料仓内,等待包装。通过上述方式,本发明制作出来的母粒使塑料的分散性好,耐磨。

一种滑石粉母粒生产工艺
技术领域
本发明涉及塑料材料领域,特指一种适合用于塑料改性方面,使塑料的分散性好,耐磨,耐刮擦,易喂料,热稳定性好的滑石粉母粒生产工艺。
背景技术
母粒(英文名称Masterbatches)全名塑料母粒,别名母料是 20世纪80年代发展站起来的一种塑料加工助剂,它是由超量的化学助剂、载体树脂和分散剂等所组成。母粒是指在塑料加工成型过程中,为了操作上的方便,将所需要的各种助剂、填料与少量载体树脂先进行混合混炼,经过挤出机等设备计量、混合、熔融、挤出、切粒等加工过程制得的颗粒料,称为母粒。传统塑料母粒加工方法按工艺路线可分为两辊开炼法、密炼法、挤出法三种,常用设备有双辊机、单螺杆挤出机、双螺杆挤出机、密炼机等混炼设备,采用这种方法制得的母粒存在助剂在载体树脂分撒不均匀、助剂和载体树脂的截面粘结性差,生产工序复杂等缺点。
发明内容
本发明主要解决的技术问题是提供一种很适合用于塑料改性方面,使塑料的分散性好,耐磨,耐刮擦,易喂料,热稳定性好的滑石粉母粒。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种滑石粉母粒生产工艺,步骤如下:
步骤一:打开电柜总开关和钥匙开关,将加热开关打开;
步骤二:温控度表设定到产品需要的温度等到温度快到设定温度时,打开水泵开关;
步骤三:按下密炼机的启动按钮,打开加热开关;加热温度不得超过产品需要温度允许偏差值的范围;
步骤四:开始投料,将原料按照配方配料,并按顺序先后投入密炼机中,投料完成后,关闭入料门,按下加压盖下降按钮,开始炼料;
步骤五:观察密炼机料温,待料温快到设定温度时,抬起加压盖打开入料门,将扬上来的粉扫入密炼室,然后关上入料门,再次下降加压盖反复3-4次至料成熟;
步骤六:待温度到达设定温度时,打开入料门和加压盖,观察料是否炼好,倒料前确认提升机是否在密炼机出料口下位;通过密炼机压料槽将料压好后倒出混合槽,倒入提升机内,再把混合槽回正。
步骤七:开启单螺杆挤出机和双锥喂料机,锥双正转、切粒转速上升、单螺杆转速上升、锥双转速上升,并观察电流表、压力表;提升机将步骤六中的料倒入双锥喂料机,通过双锥喂料机将料送入单螺杆挤出机内;观察机头压力,压力上升时打开风机一,然后调节切粒单螺杆挤出机和锥双喂料机速度,使之达到稳定状态,出料后观察切粒的长短和单螺杆电流;
步骤八:出料后,按顺序开启料仓风机、冷却机、风机三、风机二,将速度调至300-500转;将切粒成型的母粒冷却;
步骤九:将冷却的母粒通过筛粉机振动筛粉后,将筛粉后的母粒送入储料仓内,等待被包装。
步骤十:关机时先关闭锥双喂料、再关单螺杆单螺杆挤出机。
优选的,所述步骤四中投完料后观察电流表、温度表;PP料温度在180℃、PE料温度在160℃、POE料温度在140℃。
优选的,所述步骤十中关闭单螺杆挤出机时,需先将速度降到为零、再按停止按钮。

下面结合附图1及具体实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
一种滑石粉母粒生产工艺,步骤如下:
步骤一:开启机器;打开电柜总开关和钥匙开关,将加热开关打开;
步骤二:温控度表设定到产品需要的温度等到温度快到设定温度时,打开水泵开关;即设定温度,温度到达时打开水泵;
步骤三:按下密炼机的启动按钮,打开加热开关;加热温度不得超过产品需要温度允许偏差值的范围;
步骤四:投料;将原料按照配方配料,并按顺序先后投入密炼机中,投料完成后,关闭入料门,按下加压盖下降按钮,开始炼料;观察电流表、温度表;PP料温度在180℃、PE料温度在160℃、POE料温度在140℃;
步骤五:炼料时,观察密炼机料温,待料温快到设定温度时,抬起加压盖打开入料门,将扬上来的粉扫入密炼室,然后关上入料门,再次下降加压盖反复3-4次至料成熟;
步骤六:运料至喂料机;待温度到达设定温度时,打开入料门和加压盖,观察料是否炼好,倒料前确认提升机是否在密炼机出料口下位;通过密炼机压料槽将料压好后倒出混合槽,倒入提升机内,再把混合槽回正。
步骤七:喂料机送料至挤出机,挤出切粒;开启单螺杆挤出机和双锥喂料机,锥双正转、切粒转速上升、单螺杆转速上升、锥双转速上升,并观察电流表、压力表;提升机将步骤六中的料倒入双锥喂料机,通过双锥喂料机将料送入单螺杆挤出机内,经过双锥喂料机送入单螺杆挤出机的料更加均匀;观察机头压力,压力上升时打开风机一,然后调节切粒单螺杆挤出机和锥双喂料机速度,使之达到稳定状态,出料后观察切粒的长短和单螺杆电流;
步骤八:出料后,按顺序开启料仓风机、冷却机、风机三、风机二,将速度调至300-500转;将切粒成型的母粒冷却;
步骤九:将冷却的母粒通过筛粉机振动筛粉后,将筛粉后的母粒送入储料仓内,等待被包装。
步骤十:关闭机器,关机时先关闭锥双喂料、再关单螺杆单螺杆挤出机;关闭单螺杆挤出机时,需先将速度降到为零、再按停止按钮。
本发明所述的滑石粉母粒,适合用于塑料改性方面,能够提高塑料的分散性,耐磨,耐刮擦,易喂料,热稳定性好。

Claims (3)

1.一种滑石粉母粒生产工艺,其特征在于:
步骤一:打开电柜总开关和钥匙开关,将加热开关打开;
步骤二:温控度表设定到产品需要的温度,等到温度快到设定温度时,打开水泵开关;
步骤三:按下密炼机的启动按钮,打开加热开关;加热温度不得超过产品需要温度允许偏差值的范围;
步骤四:开始投料,将原料按照配方配料,并按顺序先后投入密炼机中,投料完成后,关闭入料门,按下加压盖下降按钮,开始炼料;
步骤五:观察密炼机料温,待料温快到设定温度时,抬起加压盖打开入料门,将扬上来的粉扫入密炼室,然后关上入料门,再次下降加压盖反复3-4次至料成熟;
步骤六:待温度到达设定温度时,打开入料门和加压盖,观察料是否炼好,倒料前确认提升机是否在密炼机出料口下位;通过密炼机压料槽将料压好后倒出混合槽,倒入提升机内,再把混合槽回正;

3.根据权利要求1所述的滑石粉母粒生产工艺,其特征在于:所述步骤十中关闭单螺杆挤出机时,需先将速度降到为零、再按停止按钮。
