本发明公开了一种重力式排污装置,包括筒体,所述筒体设有排污口和气压平衡口,所述筒体内设有复位弹簧和套设在所述复位弹簧上的活塞,所述活塞包括上腔室和下腔室,所述复位弹簧伸入下腔室中,所述上腔室的侧壁设有通孔,所述下腔室的侧壁设有通槽,所述通孔和通槽在活塞的行程过程中能够分别与所述排污口和气压平衡口相通。本发明公开的一种重力式排污装置,适用于自动排污领域。本发明最大优点是可以根据污水自身重力自动排污。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及一种重力式排污装置。
【背景技术】
一般的工业设备在排污时通常都选择阀门式手动或者自动排污,通常手动排污只需一个手动阀门控制,而自动排污时大多依赖电磁阀或者是结构比较复杂的机械阀,为便于工业锅炉尤其是在科研实验中纯水制备仪器的自动排污,本发明特别设计了一种重力式的排污设备。
【发明内容】
本发明目的是克服了现有技术的不足,提供一种简单实用的重力式排污装置,该装置可以根据污水自身重力自动排污。
本发明是通过以下技术方案实现的:
一种重力式排污装置,其特征在于:包括筒体,所述筒体设有排污口和气压平衡口,所述筒体内设有复位弹簧和套设在所述复位弹簧上的活塞,所述活塞包括上腔室和下腔室,所述复位弹簧伸入下腔室中,所述上腔室的侧壁设有通孔,所述下腔室的侧壁设有通槽,所述通孔和通槽在活塞的行程过程中能够分别与所述排污口和气压平衡口相通。
如上所述的重力式排污装置,其特征在于所述活塞外周设有密封圈。
如上所述的重力式排污装置,其特征在于所述密封圈为两个,分别设在所述通孔的上端和所述通槽的上端。
如上所述的重力式排污装置,其特征在于所述复位弹簧设在所述筒体和活塞的偏心位置。
与现有技术相比,本发明有如下优点:
本发明所述的重力式排污装置通过活塞的升降控制活塞上的通孔与排污孔的连通,再通过设在筒体下端的气压平衡口平衡活塞上下两腔室的气压,这样使得上腔室可以在复位弹簧支撑下根据污水自身重力实现自动排污,该装置结构简单,实用可靠,无需手动控制或者电力驱动,应用灵活。

【具体实施方式】
下面结合附图对本发明的实施方式作详细说明:
如图1至4所示,本发明涉及的一种重力式排污装置1,包括筒体10,所述筒体10设有排污口11和气压平衡口12,所述筒体10内设有复位弹簧13和套设在所述复位弹簧13上的活塞14,所述活塞14包括上腔室141和下腔室142,所述复位弹簧13伸入下腔室142中,所述上腔室141的侧壁设有通孔143,所述下腔室142的侧壁设有通槽144,所述通孔143和通槽144在活塞14的行程过程中能够分别与所述排污口11和气压平衡口12相通。
具体的,该活塞14通过复位弹簧13的支撑可以在筒体10内上下活动,其上腔室141用于积装污水,随着污水的积累使得活塞13往下压,直至通孔143与排污口11连通,此时污水排出。而与气压平衡口12的连通可以平衡上腔室141和下腔室142的气压以排除压差,确保复位弹簧13只随着污水重量的增加而逐渐下降,当污水沉积到一定量时,上腔室143上的通孔143即与排污口11连通,此时污水可以从排污口11排出。
所述活塞14外周设有密封圈15,该密封圈15至少为1个,位置设在所述通槽144的上侧;还可以为2个,分别设在所述通孔143的上端和通槽144的上端,即上腔室141和下腔室142的外周各一个,其目的在于防止污水污染气压平衡口12。
此外,为了使得活塞14在筒体10内上下活动时,通孔143不偏离排污口11,即确保活塞14在筒体10内不旋转,则将复位弹簧13设置在筒体10和活塞14的偏心位置。
本发明所述的重力式排污装置通过活塞的升降控制活塞14上的通孔143与排污孔11的连通,再通过气压平衡口12平衡活塞13上下两腔室的气压,这样使得上腔室141可以在复位弹簧13支撑下根据污水自身重力实现自动排污,该装置结构简单,实用可靠,无需手动控制或者电力驱动,应用灵活。

1.一种重力式排污装置,其特征在于:包括筒体(10),所述筒体(10)设有排污口(11)和气压平衡口(12),所述筒体(10)内设有复位弹簧(13)和套设在所述复位弹簧(13)上的活塞(14),所述活塞(14)包括上腔室(141)和下腔室(142),所述复位弹簧(13)伸入下腔室(142)中,所述上腔室(141)的侧壁设有通孔(143),所述下腔室(142)的侧壁设有通槽(144),所述通孔(143)和通槽(144)在活塞(14)的行程过程中能够分别与所述排污口(11)和气压平衡口(12)相通。
2.根据权利要求1所述的重力式排污装置,其特征在于所述活塞(11)外周设有密封圈(15)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的重力式排污装置,其特征在于所述密封圈(15)为两个,分别设在所述通孔(143)的上端和所述通槽(144)的上端。
4.根据权利要求1所述的重力式排污装置,其特征在于所述复位弹簧(13)设在所述筒体(10)和活塞(14)的偏心位置。
