Abstract
本发明公开了一种快速集成环保墙板及其加工方法,由前面方向至背面方向依次包括密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板,密度板与硅酸钙板之间、硅酸钙板与防火板之间分别设有黏胶层,密度板或者密度板与硅酸钙板之间雕刻有装饰纹路,密度板的前面设有装饰膜。其加工发坊包括以下步骤,步骤一准备密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板;步骤二涂设黏胶,将密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板压贴成素板;步骤三在密度板的前面雕刻装饰纹路;步骤四将素板的表面研磨光滑;步骤五在密度板的前面喷涂黏胶,再热合装饰膜。本发明板材保持平整,防火性能高,无甲醛释放,吸水率低,便于雕刻,表面平滑,能起到绝佳的隔热保温效果,具有较好地防火防潮功效。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种快速集成环保墙板,尤其涉及一种快速集成环保墙板的加工方法。
背景技术
目前在建筑行业中,墙板的建造过程中经常使用的原材料,现有技术中集成墙板解决的安装复杂的难题,但是集成墙板存在以下问题,墙板平整度较差,防火性能低,安全系数不高,甲醛含量较高,对人伤害较大,而且美观性能不佳,隔热保温、防火防潮等性能较弱。
发明内容
本发明提供一种快速集成环保墙板,板材保持平整,防火性能高,无甲醛释放,吸水率低,便于雕刻,表面平滑,能起到绝佳的隔热保温效果,具有较好地防火防潮功效。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种快速集成环保墙板,由前面方向至背面方向依次包括密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板,所述密度板与所述硅酸钙板之间、所述硅酸钙板与所述防火板之间分别设有黏胶层,所述密度板或者所述密度板与硅酸钙板之间雕刻有装饰纹路,所述密度板的前面设有装饰膜。
作为优选的技术方案,所述装饰膜为PVC膜或包覆纸。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述装饰膜覆盖至所述防火板的侧壁。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述防火板与所述硅酸钙板之间开设有龙骨卡槽。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述黏胶层由水性环氧树脂胶制得。
本发明还提供一种上述快速集成环保墙板的加工方法。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明的技术方案是:一种快速集成环保墙板的加工方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一 准备密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板;
步骤二 在密度板的背面、硅酸钙板的前面和背面、防火板的前面涂设黏胶,在50~70℃的温度下,在密度板的前面和防火板的背面施加压力,将密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板压贴成素板;
步骤三 在密度板的前面雕刻装饰纹路;
步骤四 将素板的表面研磨光滑至无毛刺、无颗粒;
步骤五 在密度板的前面喷涂黏胶,再热合装饰膜。
作为优选的技术方案,所述步骤二中,施加压力持续时间为10~15小时。
作为对上述技术方案的改进,所述步骤二中,所述步骤二中,在压贴制得素板后,在所述防火板与所述硅酸钙板之间开设有龙骨卡槽。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述步骤五中,热合装饰膜的具体过程为在90~120℃的温度下,真空吸塑PVC膜,PVC膜延伸覆盖至所述防火板的侧壁。
作为对上述技术方案的进一步改进,所述步骤五中,热合装饰膜的具体过程为在40~60℃的温度下,包覆PVC膜或包覆纸,PVC膜或包覆纸延伸覆盖至所述防火板的侧壁。
由于采用了上述技术方案,本发明利用反作用力原理双面压贴之后使板材保持平整,防火板可以大大提高防火性能,硅酸钙板的防火性能大于1000℃,无甲醛释放,吸水率低于0.03%,并且便于雕刻,表面平滑,能起到绝佳的隔热保温效果,具有较好地防火防潮功效。

下面结合附图和实施例,进一步阐述本发明。在下面的详细描述中,只通过说明的方式描述了本发明的某些示范性实施例。毋庸置疑,本领域的普通技术人员可以认识到,在不偏离本发明的精神和范围的情况下,可以用各种不同的方式对所描述的实施例进行修正。因此,附图和描述在本质上是说明性的,而不是用于限制权利要求的保护范围。
此外,下面所描述的本发明各个实施方式中所涉及的技术特征只要彼此之间未构成冲突就可以相互组合。
如图1所示,一种快速集成环保墙板,由前面方向至背面方向依次包括密度板1、硅酸钙板2和防火板3,密度板1与硅酸钙板2之间、硅酸钙板2与防火板3之间分别设有黏胶层4,密度板1或者密度板1与硅酸钙板2之间雕刻有装饰纹路5,密度板1的前面设有装饰膜6。
装饰膜6为PVC膜或包覆纸,装饰膜6覆盖至防火板3的侧壁,装饰膜6能够增加板材的美观性。
防火板3与硅酸钙板2之间开设有龙骨卡槽7,龙骨卡槽7便于与龙骨连接,龙骨卡槽7与龙骨接触部位利用梯级减力的方法将板材的牢固性提高,能够有效防止碰压断裂。
黏胶层4由水性环氧树脂胶制得,黏胶层4无毒无味、环保健康。
一种快速集成环保墙板的加工方法,包括以下步骤,
步骤一 准备密度板1、硅酸钙板2和防火板3;
步骤二 在密度板1的背面、硅酸钙板2的前面和背面、防火板3的前面涂设黏胶,在50~70℃的温度下,在密度板1的前面和防火板3的背面施加压力,将密度板1、硅酸钙板2和防火板3压贴成素板,利用反作用力原理双面压贴之后使板材保持平整;
步骤三 在密度板1的前面雕刻装饰纹路5,便于板材的美观性;
步骤四 将素板的表面研磨光滑至无毛刺、无颗粒,便于装饰膜6的贴合;
步骤五 在密度板1的前面喷涂黏胶,再热合装饰膜6。
步骤二中,施加压力持续时间为10~15小时,确保将密度板1、硅酸钙板2和防火板3压贴成素板。
步骤二中,步骤二中,在压贴制得素板后,在防火板3与硅酸钙板2之间开设有龙骨卡槽7,龙骨卡槽7便于与龙骨连接,龙骨卡槽7与龙骨接触部位利用梯级减力的方法将板材的牢固性提高,能够有效防止碰压断裂。
步骤五中,热合装饰膜6的具体过程为在90~120℃的温度下,真空吸塑PVC膜,PVC膜延伸覆盖至防火板3的侧壁,上述步骤制得的装饰膜6所需要PVC厚度大于10丝,具有拉伸度和弹力,适合装饰膜6较为复杂的情况。
步骤五中,热合装饰膜6的具体过程为在40~60℃的温度下,包覆PVC膜或包覆纸,PVC膜或包覆纸延伸覆盖至防火板3的侧壁。上述步骤制得的装饰膜6厚度较薄,适合装饰膜6简单的情况

1.一种快速集成环保墙板,其特征在于,由前面方向至背面方向依次包括密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板,所述密度板与所述硅酸钙板之间、所述硅酸钙板与所述防火板之间分别设有黏胶层,所述密度板或者所述密度板与硅酸钙板之间雕刻有装饰纹路,所述密度板的前面设有装饰膜。
2.如权利要求1所述的快速集成环保墙板,其特征在于,所述装饰膜为PVC膜或包覆纸。
3.如权利要求1所述的快速集成环保墙板,其特征在于,所述装饰膜覆盖至所述防火板的侧壁。
4.如权利要求1所述的快速集成环保墙板,其特征在于,所述防火板与所述硅酸钙板之间开设有龙骨卡槽。
5.如权利要求1至4任一项所述的快速集成环保墙板,其特征在于,所述黏胶层由水性环氧树脂胶制得。
6.一种快速集成环保墙板的加工方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤,
步骤一准备密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板;
步骤二在密度板的背面、硅酸钙板的前面和背面、防火板的前面涂设黏胶,在50~70℃的温度下,在密度板的前面和防火板的背面施加压力,将密度板、硅酸钙板和防火板压贴成素板;
步骤三在密度板的前面雕刻装饰纹路;
步骤四将素板的表面研磨光滑至无毛刺、无颗粒;
步骤五在密度板的前面喷涂黏胶,再热合装饰膜。
7.如权利要求6所述的快速集成环保墙板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,施加压力持续时间为10~15小时。
8.如权利要求6所述的快速集成环保墙板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤二中,所述步骤二中,在压贴制得素板后,在所述防火板与所述硅酸钙板之间开设有龙骨卡槽。
9.如权利要求6至8任一项所述的快速集成环保墙板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中,热合装饰膜的具体过程为在90~120℃的温度下,真空吸塑PVC膜,PVC膜延伸覆盖至所述防火板的侧壁。
10.如权利要求6至8任一项所述的快速集成环保墙板的加工方法,其特征在于:所述步骤五中,热合装饰膜的具体过程为在40~60℃的温度下,包覆PVC膜或包覆纸,PVC膜或包覆纸延伸覆盖至所述防火板的侧壁。
