技术领域
本发明涉及人造装饰板领域，尤其属于一种浮雕装饰板。
背景技术
目前的浮雕板主要是表面具有凸凹不平的木质立体纹理图案，而且主要是利用木板表面自然质地松软和坚硬的不同木质纹理，通过钢丝滚轮在木板表面铣刷、打磨，摸去表面质地松软的木质，让质地较硬的木质纹理凸起，使得原来平整的表面产生根据木质纹理的凸凹状的立体装饰面板，上述方法只能得到仿木立体效果，而且加工工艺复杂，生产效率低，成本高，并且受木材品种的限制，不利用环保。
发明内容
本发明的目的是，为了克服现有技术的缺陷与不足，提供一种不需要原木不仅可以制造成仿木效果，而且可以根据需要制成各种凸凹图案的立体效果，并且加工工艺简单，生产效率高，立体效果好，制造成本低的具有立体图案装饰板。
本发明的目的可以通过采取以下技术方案达到：
一种具有立体图案装饰板，包括基材板层、三聚氰胺树脂层，具有凸凹立体图案的木泥混合物层及油漆层，所述三聚氰胺树脂通过高温、高压压贴在所述的基材板上下表面上，所述的木泥混合物层在高温、高压下通过雕刻有各种凸凹立体图案的滚轮滚压在表面粘有三聚氰胺树脂层基材板层表面上，所述的油漆层包括喷涂在具有凸凹立体图案木泥层上油漆底漆层、滚涂在底漆层上的透明UV胶层、在透明UV胶层转印不同色彩的UV转印膜层和起保护板面的UV哑光面漆层。
作为本发明的优选实施例，所述的基材板层为人造高密度板或中密度板。
与现有技术相比较，本发明具有以下优点：
（1）由于本采用木泥，其可塑性能好，成型方便，因此可以根据需要加工成各种各样的凸凹立体图案，并且加工工艺简单，生产效率高。
（2）脱模性能好，不易黏在滚压轮上；
（3）易干燥，干燥时间只需30分钟左右，这样可大大提高生产效率；
（4）柔韧性能好，不易开裂，可以承载很大的冲击力；
（5）基材表面贴有三聚氰胺树脂层，可以防水、防潮、防腐性能好，同时也增加表面平整度；
（6）本发明具有立体图案装饰板用于室内家具、门、大堂装修、KTV装修、背景墙装饰，不仅美观，而且无任何对人体有害物质，因此是一种健康、环保的装饰板，减少室内装修的二次污染。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式作详细描述。
本发明具有立体图案装饰板，包括基材板层1、三聚氰胺树脂层2、具有凸凹立体图案的木泥混合物层3及油漆层4，所述三聚氰胺树脂2在温度为210摄氏度、压力为6吨/平方米下压贴在所述的基材板层1上下表面上，所述的木泥混合物层2在压力为2吨/平方米下通过雕刻有各种凸凹立体图案的滚轮滚压在基材板层1表面上，这样使得木泥层2具有与滚轮对应的凸凹立体图案，木泥层2凸凹立体图案花紋滚圧成形后，喷涂NC油漆层4-1打底改色，接着在温度80摄氏度进行6分钟左右烘烤干燥后，滚涂透明UV胶层4-2一次，再转印不同色彩的UV转印膜层4-3并用12千瓦劶UV紫外线灯固化,使得凸凹立体图案花紋凸点位NC底漆层4-1与UV转印膜层4-3结合一起，接着将转印膜的面膜收卷后,板面花纹形成凹点位有NC层4-1的色彩,凸点位有转印膜层4-3的色彩,形成整个板面色彩层次感比较强，最后滚涂20度UV哑光面漆层4-4保护板面耐划伤,不易磨损表面,最后形成产品。
通过上述工艺制成的具有立体图案装饰板，采用木泥混合物按重量百分比由以下组分组成：木材碾磨成粉状的木粉：40-70%；树脂：10-25%；植物油：5-20%；工业酒精：5-10%；碳酸钙：余量。其可塑性能好，成型方便，因此可以根据需要加工成各种各样的凸凹立体图案，并且加工工艺简单，生产效率高；本发明具有立体图案装饰板广泛应用于室内装饰于室内家具、门、大堂装修、KTV装修、背景墙装饰，不仅美观，而且无任何对人体有害物质，减少室内装修的二次污染，因此是一种健康、环保的装饰板；以高密度板作为基板，成本低，而且与现有技术只能用品种有限的原木相比，节约了木材，有利于环保。
以上所揭露的仅为本发明的较佳实施例而已,当然不能以此来限定本发明之权利范围,因此依本发明申请专利范围所作的等同变化,仍属本发明所涵盖的范围。

1.一种具有立体图案装饰板，其特征在于：包括基材板层、三聚氰胺树脂层，具有凸凹立体图案的木泥混合物层及油漆层，所述三聚氰胺树脂通过高温、高压压贴在所述的基材板上下表面上，所述的木泥混合物层在高温、高压下通过雕刻有各种凸凹立体图案的滚轮滚压在表面粘有三聚氰胺树脂层基材板层表面上，所述的油漆层包括喷涂在具有凸凹立体图案木泥层上油漆底漆层、滚涂在底漆层上的透明UV胶层、在透明UV胶层转印不同色彩的UV转印膜层和起保护板面的UV哑光面漆层。
2.如权利要求1所述的具有立体图案装饰板，其特征在于：基材板层为人造高密度板或中密度板。
