The engaging groove 41 is a U-shaped groove that is open on the reinforcing plate 12 and is left-right through.
As shown in fig. 10, the guide detent structure 3 is provided with a detent 31 that fits into the pocket 41, and the detent 31 engages into the pocket 41, in order to fit into the pocket 41. The degree of freedom of movement in the vertical direction of the front end of the splash shield 2 is thus limited by the blocking of the engaging groove 41. In order to limit the freedom of movement in the left-right direction, the guide detent structure 3 further comprises at least one notch 32 adjacent to the detent 31 in the front-back direction, the notch 32 being used for accommodating a side portion 43 of the snap-in reinforcement plate 12 adjacent to the side of the detent 41; thus, the side portion 43 is engaged in the notch 32, and the freedom of movement in the left-right direction is restricted, so that the front portion of the splash shield 2 is firmly fixed.
In this embodiment, the guiding-blocking structure 3 further includes a blocking opening 33 disposed at the front end of the blocking opening 31 and the notch opening 32, and the blocking opening 33 is blocked on a bottom 44 of the reinforcing plate 12 adjacent to the bottom surface of the blocking opening 41; in this way, the moving freedom degrees in the left-right direction and the front-back direction are further limited by the clamping between the bayonet 33 and the bottom 44, the clamping firmness of the guide clamping structure 3 and the guide clamping groove structure 4 is increased, and looseness is avoided. Specifically, the notch 32 is located at the lower end of the detent 31, the front ends of the detent 31 and the notch 32 are bayonets 33, and the guide detent structure 3 is a structure that is disposed on the splash shield 2 and extends upward.
In this embodiment, the reinforcing plate 12 is vertically provided with a transversely extending plate 45, the extending plate 45 is clamped in the bayonet 33, and the left-right direction dimensions of the reinforcing plate 12 and the extending plate 45 are matched with the left-right direction dimensions of the bayonet 33; the extension plate 45 is arranged, so that the size of the bayonet 33 in the left-right direction can be increased, the clamping of the bayonet 33 is facilitated, or the clamping of the guide clamping structure 3 and the guide clamping groove structure 4 is facilitated, and the assembly efficiency is improved.
In this embodiment, a vertically arranged support rib 13 is further disposed on the inner side of the front end surface 11 of the disc seat body 1, and after the splash shield 2 is assembled, the front end of the splash shield 2 contacts with the support rib 13; the structural strength of the front end face 11 is favorably increased by arranging the support ribs 13, a certain gap is reserved between the front end face 11 and the splash shield 2, the degree of freedom of the forward direction of the splash shield 2 is further limited, the firmness of the splash shield 2 is favorably increased, and the influence on the splash shield 2 caused by slight deformation of the front end face 11 due to external force is reduced.
The following describes an assembly method of the control panel base in the present embodiment, including the steps of:
A. the safety switch 6 is fixedly mounted to the disc holder body 1, and the lever holder 71 is assembled to the base 14.
Specifically, the base body 1 is turned upside down, the attachment switch 6 is attached to the attachment base 151, and the rotary shaft 171 of the lever base 71 is attached to the rotary holes 1411 of the two substrates 141. Of course, other devices are also secured within the device cavity.

After the front end of the splash shield 2 is assembled with the tray body 1, the splash shield 2 is pressed close to the tray body 1, so that the positioning structure between the base 14 and the splash shield 2 is also matched, that is, the positioning block 142 is located in the positioning groove 21.
C. The rear end of the splash shield 2 is fixed to the disk seat body 1 by a screw 5.
Specifically, after the guide clamping structure 3 and the guide clamping groove structure 4 are clamped in place, the splash plate 2 is pressed close to the disc seat body 1, so that four screw through holes in the splash plate 2 of the splash plate 2 are aligned with screw holes in the disc seat body 1, and the rear end of the splash plate 2 is fixed on the disc seat body 1 through four screws; at this time, the rear end of the splash shield 2 is fixed firmly so that the degree of freedom of the splash shield 2 in the rearward direction is firmly defined, and at this time, the rearward degree of freedom of the front end of the splash shield 2 is firmly defined.
D. The lever body 72 is snap-fitted to the lever base 71.

the washing machine comprises a tray seat body, wherein a device cavity for accommodating devices required by the washing machine is formed in the back of the tray seat body; a safety switch and a base for assembling a control rod are arranged in the device cavity;
the splash guard is fixed on the back of the tray seat body and used for shielding devices in the device cavity;
the control rod is assembled on the base and is matched with the safety switch and the outer drum of the washing machine to work;
and a positioning structure for preventing the base from deforming is arranged between the base and the splash guard.
2. The control panel seat according to claim 1, wherein the positioning structure stops the displacement of the base when the panel seat body is deformed by an external force and causes the base to have a deformation displacement tendency.

The control panel seat according to claim 1, wherein the positioning structure is a positioning block provided on the base and extending downward, and a positioning groove provided on the splash shield and matching with the positioning block, and the positioning block is located in the positioning groove.
