Through setting up first joint portion 31 and second joint portion 32 to different shapes, can make things convenient for the connection of mounting 200 and first structure, can also improve the stability that mounting 200 and first structure are connected.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the first clamping portion 31 includes: the outer clamping plate 311 and the inner clamping plate 312, wherein a clamping groove 313 is defined between the inner clamping plate 312 and the outer clamping plate 311, and the clamping groove 313 is clamped with the edge of the first connecting hole 11.
In some examples, the second clamping portion 32 is disposed at a position of the outer clamping plate 311 away from the clamping groove 313, and the second clamping portion 32 includes: a hook 321 and a connecting arm 322. The hook 321 is configured to be clamped to an edge of the first connecting hole 31, where the edge of the first connecting hole 31 is different from an edge of the first connecting hole 31 connected to the clamping slot 313, and the two edges may be disposed opposite to each other.
The first end of the connecting arm 322 is connected to the outer clamping plate 311, the second end of the connecting arm 322 is connected to the hook portion 321, and the connecting arm 322 extends along the length direction thereof from the first end to the second end gradually and obliquely toward the inner clamping plate 312.
As shown in fig. 4, the connecting arm 322 extends obliquely from the outer clamping plate 311 to the inner clamping plate 312 along the downward-upward direction, so that when the first clamping portion 31 is connected to one side edge of the first connecting hole 11, the second clamping portion 32 can also be connected to the other side edge of the first connecting hole 11, so that the fixing member 200 is connected to the first structural member more stably.
According to an embodiment of the present invention, the fixing portion 40 forms a fixing column, one end of the fixing column is a fixing end 41, the other end of the fixing column is a free end 42, the fixing end 41 is connected with the body portion 30, and the radial dimension of the fixing column gradually increases from the fixing end 41 to the free end 42 along the axial direction of the fixing column, so that when the fixing piece 200 is connected with the second structural member, after passing through the second connecting hole 21, the free end 42 and the fixing end 41 are respectively located at two ends of the second connecting hole 21, and the second structural member is clamped on the fixing portion 40 through the second connecting hole 21 due to the larger radial dimension of the free end 42, and the fixing portion 40 can play a dual role of positioning and fixing.
In some examples, the fixing post has a groove 43 extending along an axial direction thereof so that the fixing post is formed in a substantially U shape, an opening of the groove 43 may be provided at the free end 42, the groove 43 may be recessed from the free end 42 toward the fixed end 41, such that the free end 42 may be provided with deformability, the free end 42 of the fixing post may be more easily passed through the second connection hole 21 by pressing the free end 42, and the free end 42 may be restored to the original state after passing through the second connection hole 21, thereby achieving the fixation of the second structural member.
The laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a cabinet assembly 100 of the laundry treating apparatus according to an embodiment of the present invention; or, a fixture 200 according to an embodiment of the present invention. By adopting the fixing piece 200, screws are omitted, materials are saved, the cost is reduced, meanwhile, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the user experience is good.
A specific embodiment of the laundry treating apparatus according to the present invention will be described with reference to fig. 1 to 8.
The laundry treating apparatus includes a cabinet assembly 100. The case assembly 100 includes two oppositely disposed first plate members 10, a second plate member 20, and two fixing members 200. The first panel 10 is a side panel of the laundry treating apparatus, and the second panel 20 is a front door of the laundry treating apparatus. The front sealing door is positioned at the front side of the side plate.
The front side of each first plate 10 has a connection flange 12, the connection flange 12 is provided with a first connection hole 11, the first connection hole 11 has a first hole portion 111 and a second hole portion 112, the first hole portion 111 and the second hole portion 112 are communicated with each other, and the hole area of the first hole portion 111 is larger than that of the second hole portion 112. The left and right portions of the rear side of the second plate member 20 are respectively provided with second connection holes 21.
Each fixing member 200 includes a body portion 30 and a fixing portion 40.
The body portion 30 includes a first clamping portion 31 and a second clamping portion 32, the first clamping portion 31 and the second clamping portion 32 are arranged opposite to each other, and the first clamping portion 31 includes: the outer clamping plate 311 and the inner clamping plate 312, wherein a clamping groove 313 is defined between the inner clamping plate 312 and the outer clamping plate 311, and the clamping groove 313 is clamped with the lower side edge of the first connecting hole 11. The second clamping portion 32 includes a hook portion 321 and a connecting arm 322, the lower end of the connecting arm 322 is connected with the outer clamping plate 311, the upper end of the connecting arm 322 is connected with the hook portion 321, the connecting arm 322 extends along the length direction from bottom to top gradually toward the rear side in an inclined manner, and the hook portion 321 is clamped with the upper edge of the first connecting hole 31.
The fixing portion 40 is fixedly connected with the body portion 30, the fixing portion 40 forms a fixing column, one end (the rear end shown in fig. 2 and 3) of the fixing column is a fixing end 41, the other end (the front end shown in fig. 2 and 3) of the fixing column is a free end, the fixing end 41 is connected with the body portion 30, and the radial dimension of the fixing column is gradually increased from back to front along the axial direction of the fixing column. The fixing post has a groove 43, and an opening of the groove 43 is extended forward and backward to an intermediate position of the fixing portion 40.
Wherein, the hole area of the first hole portion 111 on the first connecting hole 11 is smaller than the cross-sectional area of the outer clamping plate 311 and larger than the cross-sectional area of the inner clamping plate 312, the cross-sectional area of the inner clamping plate 312 is larger than the area of the second hole portion 112 on the first connecting hole 11, the distance between the outer clamping plate 311 and the inner clamping plate 312 (i.e. the width of the clamping groove 313) is larger than the thickness of the edge of the first connecting hole 11, and in addition, each end face of the fixing member 200 has corresponding chamfer and rounded corners for easy assembly.
During installation, the fixing piece 200 is installed at the first connecting hole 11, the inner clamping plate 312 passes through the first hole 111 on the first connecting hole 11, the outer clamping plate 311 is clamped at the outer side of the first connecting hole 11, the fixing piece 200 slides downwards, the lower side edge of the first connecting hole 11 is clamped in the clamping groove 313 between the inner clamping plate 312 and the outer clamping plate 311, and at the moment, the clamping hook 321 of the second clamping part 32 is clamped at the upper side edge of the first connecting hole 11, so that the fixing piece 200 is fixed on the side plate.
When the front door is installed, the free end of the fixing part 40 passes through the second connecting hole 21, and as the distance between the outer clamping plate 311 and the inner clamping plate 312 is greater than the thickness of the edge of the first connecting hole 11, the fixing piece 200 has a certain shaking amount when the front door is installed, the front door can generate downward acting force on the fixing piece 200, so that the second clamping part 32 has a forward inclined trend, and is abutted against the upper edge of the first connecting hole 11 more tightly, and the positioning connection of the front door and the side plate is realized.
It should be understood that the above terms "upper," "lower," "front," "rear," and the like indicate an orientation or positional relationship based on that shown in fig. 1-8, and are merely for convenience of description and to simplify the description, rather than to indicate or imply that the devices or elements being referred to must have a particular orientation, be constructed and operated in a particular orientation, and thus should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Other constructions and operations of the laundry treating apparatus according to the embodiment of the present invention are known to those skilled in the art, and will not be described in detail herein.
In the description of the present specification, reference to the terms "one embodiment," "some embodiments," "illustrative embodiments," "examples," "specific examples," or "some examples," etc., means that a particular feature, structure, material, or characteristic described in connection with the embodiment or example is included in at least one embodiment or example of the invention. Claims (14)

1. A cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus, comprising:
a first plate (10), the side of the first plate (10) having a first connection hole (11);
a second plate (20), wherein the second plate (20) is arranged at the side part of the first plate (10), and the second plate (20) is provided with a second connecting hole (21) corresponding to the first connecting hole (11);
mounting (200), mounting (200) include with body portion (30) of first connecting hole (11) joint and with fixed part (40) of second connecting hole (21) adaptation, body portion (30) are including arranging first joint portion (31) and second joint portion (32) in opposite directions, one of first joint portion (31) and second joint portion (32) is formed with draw-in groove (313), first joint portion (31) include:
an outer clamping plate (311), wherein the outer clamping plate (311) is arranged outside the side part of the first plate (10);
the inner clamping plate (312) is arranged on the inner side of the side part of the first plate (10) and is limited with the outer clamping plate (311) to form a clamping groove (313), and the clamping groove (313) is used for being clamped with the edge of the first connecting hole (11).
2. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the first and second clamping portions (31, 32) are respectively clamped with opposite edges of the first connecting hole (11).
3. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the other of the first and second clamping portions (31, 32) is formed with a hook.
4. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 2, characterized in that the width dimension of the clamping groove (313) is larger than the thickness of the first plate (10).
5. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the first connection hole (11) has a first hole portion (111) and a second hole portion (112) communicating with each other, and a hole area of the first hole portion (111) is larger than a hole area of the second hole portion (112), wherein the hole area of the first hole portion (111) is smaller than a cross-sectional area of the outer clamping plate (311) and larger than a cross-sectional area of the inner clamping plate (312).
6. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein the second clamping portion (32) is provided at a position of the outer clamping plate (311) away from the clamping groove (313) and includes:
a clamping hook part (321) for clamping with the edge of the first connecting hole (11);
the connecting arm (322), the first end of connecting arm (322) with outer joint board (311) is connected, the second end of connecting arm (322) with pothook portion (321) are connected, just connecting arm (322) follow its length direction from first end to the second end gradually towards interior joint board (312) one side slope extends.
7. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the fixing portion (40) forms a fixing post having a fixing end (41) at one end and a free end (42) at the other end, and the fixing end (41) is connected to the body portion (30), and a radial dimension of the fixing post is gradually increased from the fixing end (41) to the free end (42) along an axial direction thereof.
8. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 7, characterized in that the fixing post has a groove (43) extending along its axial direction so that the fixing post is substantially U-shaped.
9. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, characterized in that the side portion of the first plate (10) has a connection flange (12), and the first connection hole (11) is provided in the connection flange (12).
10. The cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-9, characterized in that the first panel (10) is a side panel of the laundry treatment apparatus and the second panel (20) is a front door of the laundry treatment apparatus.
11. A fastener (200), comprising:
the body part (30), the body part (30) comprises a first clamping part (31) and a second clamping part (32) which are arranged oppositely, and the first clamping part (31) and the second clamping part (32) are used for being clamped with opposite edges of a first connecting hole (11) of a first structural member;
a fixing part (40), wherein the fixing part (40) is connected with the body part (30), the fixing part (40) is used for being matched with a second connecting hole (21) of a second structural member, the fixing part (40) forms a fixing column with one end being a fixed end (41) and the other end being a free end (42), the fixed end (41) is connected with the body part (30),
the first engagement portion (31) includes:
an outer clamping plate (311);
the inner clamping plate (312), the inner clamping plate (312) and the outer clamping plate (311) define a clamping groove (313), and the clamping groove (313) is used for being clamped with the edge of the first connecting hole (11).
12. The fastener (200) of claim 11, wherein the second clamping portion (32) is provided at a position of the outer clamping plate (311) away from the clamping groove (313) and includes:
a clamping hook part (321) for clamping with the edge of the first connecting hole (11);
the connecting arm (322), the first end of connecting arm (322) with outer joint board (311) is connected, the second end of connecting arm (322) with pothook portion (321) are connected, just connecting arm (322) follow its length direction from first end to the second end gradually towards interior joint board (312) one side slope extends.
13. The fastener (200) of claim 11, said fastener post having a radial dimension that increases in its axial direction from a fixed end (41) to a free end (42), said post having a groove (43) extending in its axial direction such that said post is generally U-shaped.
14. Laundry treatment apparatus, characterized in that it comprises a cabinet assembly (100) of a laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 1-10; or comprises a fixture (200) according to any of claims 11-13.
