By arranging the fixing block 35, the transparent basin 31 is directly fixed on the door inner frame 32, so that the number of components of the door body is small; when the door body is assembled, the door body is sequentially installed from back to front, so that the assembly operation is simple, the assembly efficiency is improved, and the stability of the assembled transparent basin is improved.
Referring to fig. 11, a bead 45 for fixing the transparent tub 31 is provided between the hinge reinforcement plate 44 and the flange 311; the arrangement of the pressing strips 45 ensures the compression of the hinge reinforcing plate 44 on the flange 311, is beneficial to ensuring that the hinge reinforcing plate 44 compresses the flange 311 through the pressing strips 45, and ensures that the transparent basin 31 is firmly fixed under the fixation of the fixing block 35 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44; the hinge reinforcing plate 44 serves to increase structural strength of the door body, and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 also serves to fix the transparent tub 31. The hinge reinforcing plate 44 is a plate-shaped integral structure and is fixed on the door inner frame 32, so that stress is shared for the door inner frame 32 around the hinge shaft, and the door inner frame 32 made of plastic is protected.
The door body 30 is also provided with a door lock 36, the fixed block 35 is an injection molding piece, the door inner frame 32 is provided with a mounting groove 325 for fixing the fixed block 35, the fixed block 35 is fixed in the mounting groove 325, the mounting groove 325 is provided with an outer wall and left and right side walls for stopping the fixed block 35, and the movement trend of the fixed block 35 in the outward direction and the left and right direction is limited; the fixing block 35 is fixed to the door inner frame 32 by a positioning hole structure of the positioning column and a screw. Referring to fig. 15, the fixing block 35 has a fixing block body 351, an inclined portion 352 extending inwardly and rearwardly along the fixing block body 351, and a pressing portion 353 for pressing the flange 311, the distance between the inside of the fixing block 35 and the door body axis is smaller than the distance between the inside of the flange 311 and the door body axis, that is, the inside of the fixing block 35 does not have the flange 311 protruding inwardly.
Referring to fig. 24, a first flange 441 extending in a backward bending manner and a second flange 442 extending in a backward bending manner are provided at an inner end of the hinge reinforcing plate 44, and by providing the first flange 441 and the second flange 442, a step is formed at the inner end of the hinge reinforcing plate 44, which is close to the flange 311, so that the assembly and positioning of the hinge reinforcing plate 44 are facilitated, and the structural strength of the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is increased.
Referring to fig. 17, the bead 45 is assembled to the second flange 442, and after the bead 45 is assembled to the second flange 442, the hinge reinforcement plate 44 is fixed to the door inner frame 32; so that the positioning of the bead 45 is omitted when the hinge reinforcing plate 44 and the door inner frame 32 are fixed, thereby being beneficial to improving the assembly efficiency; and the fixing firmness of the pressing strip 45 is facilitated, and the sliding of the pressing strip 45 is avoided.
Referring to fig. 17 and 27, a bead bending edge 451 extending in a forward bending manner is provided at an inner end of the bead 45, the bead bending edge 451 is wrapped at an inner side of the second flange 442, and a plurality of bead claws 453 engaged with the second flange 442 are provided on the bead bending edge 451; by providing the bead claw 453, the bead 45 is clamped on the second flange 442, so that the bead 45 is limited in the front-rear and left-right directions. The pressing strip 45 is provided with a positioning column 452 protruding forwards, the second folded edge 442 is provided with a positioning hole 443 matched with the positioning column 452, and the positioning column 452 is positioned in the positioning hole 443; by providing the positioning column 452 and the positioning hole 443, the movement of the pressing bar 45 in the up-down and left-right directions in the space between the second flange 442 and the flange 311 is avoided, which is favorable for the firmness of the fixing of the pressing bar 45.
Referring to fig. 20 to 22, the door inner frame 32 includes an inner frame body 321, a mounting rim 322 extending inwardly along the inner frame body 321, an annular flange 323 extending forwardly along an outer side of the mounting rim 322, a flange 311 disposed within a mounting notch 327 formed around the mounting rim 322 and the flange 323, the flange 323 disposed around an outer side of the flange 311, and the mounting rim 322 disposed at a rear side of the flange 311 for blocking the flange 311. A plurality of raised spacer ribs 324 are provided in the mounting slot at spaced apart locations, the spacer ribs 324 having a radially extending portion along the mounting edge 322 and a circumferentially extending portion along the flange 323 in a connective arrangement. The door outer frame 33 is fixed to the door inner frame 32 in a locking manner, and the observation screen 34 is fixed to the door outer frame 33 in a locking manner. The door housing 33 is pressed against the hinge reinforcing plate 44 and the fixing block 35, which is advantageous in further ensuring the stability of the pressing fixation of the hinge reinforcing plate 44 and the fixing block 35 to the transparent tub 31. The transparent basin 31, the door inner frame 32, the outer edge of the door outer frame 33 and the observation screen 34 can be seen from the appearance, which is beneficial to increasing the aesthetic property; and when the door body 30 is installed, the door body is fixedly installed from back to front in sequence, so that the assembly efficiency is improved, and the firmness of fixation is improved.
The laundry treating apparatus may be a washing machine, a dryer, a washing and drying integrated machine, etc., as shown in fig. 2, a drum washing machine. The laundry treatment apparatus includes: the case 100 and the door 30 are provided with a clothing input port on a front plate of the case 100, and the door 30 is pivotably provided to the front plate so that the clothing input port is opened/closed.
Referring to fig. 11 and 28, a hinge 40 is provided between the door body 30 and the front plate of the case 100 for pivoting the door body 30, the hinge 40 having a hinge base 41, a hinge shaft 42, a hinge cover 43 fitted over the hinge shaft 42, a hinge reinforcing plate 44 provided on the door body 30, and a first positioning structure provided between the hinge cover 43 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44. The structural strength of the door body assembly is increased by providing the hinge reinforcing plate 44, and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 can share stress for the door body structure around the hinge shaft 42 to protect the door body 30; by providing the hinge cover 43, the abrasion of the hinge shaft 42 to the door body 30 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 can be reduced, so that the hinge between the door body 30 and the case 100 can be well matched; by providing the first positioning structure such that the hinge cover 43 is fixed with respect to the hinge reinforcing plate 44, the rotation of the hinge cover 43 is prevented, and abrasion to the door body 30 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is avoided.
The hinge sleeve 43 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 are relatively fixed by arranging the first positioning structure, and particularly, the first positioning structure comprises a containing groove 445 arranged on the hinge reinforcing plate 44, the containing groove 445 is matched with the hinge sleeve 43, the hinge sleeve 43 is positioned in the containing groove 445, and at least one end of the hinge sleeve 43 extends out of the containing groove 445; a protruding positioning block 431 is arranged at the extending end of the hinge sleeve 43, a positioning opening 446 matched with the positioning block 431 is arranged at the end of the accommodating groove 445 in an outward extending mode, and the positioning block 431 is assembled and fixed at the positioning opening 446. The accommodating groove 445 is concave forward, an accommodating space for the hinge sleeve 43 is formed between the accommodating groove 445 and the door inner frame 32, the accommodating space is used for limiting the movement of the hinge sleeve 43, and when the door body 30 is opened and closed, the hinge shaft 42 rotates in the hinge sleeve 43, so that the rotating abrasion is reduced, and meanwhile, the matching precision between the hinge shaft 42 and the door inner frame 32 and the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is improved. By providing the positioning block 431 and the positioning hole 446, the hinge bush 43 is fixed with the hinge reinforcing plate 44, rotation of the hinge bush 43 relative to the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is avoided, and rotational abrasion to the hinge reinforcing plate 44 and the door inner frame 32 is prevented; that is, the hinge shaft 42 rotates with respect to the hinge housing 43 during the opening and closing of the door body 30.
A second positioning structure is provided between the door inner frame 32 and the hinge cover 43 for defining the hinge cover 43 on the door inner frame 32; the hinge cover 43 has a sleeve 435 and a support part 436 extending along the sleeve 435 in the direction of the door inner frame 32, the second positioning structure includes a stopper 437 protruding in the direction of the door inner frame 32 on the support part 436, a stopper groove 325 matching the stopper 437 is provided on the door inner frame 32, and the stopper 437 is fixed in the stopper groove 328. The hinge sleeve 43 is fixed on the door inner frame 32 by providing the stopper 437 and the stopper groove 328; and facilitates the mounting and positioning of the hinge cover 43 when the door body assembly is assembled.
Referring to fig. 29, the hinge base 41 has a base 411 fixed to a front plate, two hinge arms 412 provided to the base 411, a hinge cover 43 provided between the two hinge arms 412, and an extension opening 326 for extending the hinge arms 412 is provided in the door inner frame 32; the hinge shaft 42 passes through the hinge housing 43, and both ends of the hinge shaft 42 protrude from the hinge housing 43 and are positioned in the hinge holes 413 of the hinge arms 412. At least one end of the hinge shaft 42 is provided with an axial tooth-shaped assembly portion 421 on the outer side, and the tooth-shaped assembly portion 421 is located in the hinge hole 413, so that the firmness of fixing the tooth-shaped assembly portion 421 and the hinge hole 413 is improved, and rotation of the hinge shaft 42 relative to the hinge hole 413 is avoided. The hinge reinforcing plate 44 is provided with a avoiding groove 447 for avoiding the hinge arm 412, and the positioning opening 446 is connected to the accommodating groove 445 and the avoiding groove 447.
The following describes a method of assembling a door body of a laundry treating apparatus, comprising the steps of:
s10, placing the transparent basin 31 on the door inner frame 32, fixing the fixing block 35 on the door inner frame 32, and pressing the fixing block 35 on the front side of the flange 311.
Specifically, the transparent basin 31 is placed on the door inner frame 32, and the flange 311 of the transparent basin 31 is placed on the convex edge 322 of the door inner frame 32; a plurality of fixing blocks 35 are fixed to the door inner frame 32 by screws such that one end of the fixing block 35 near the center of the door body 30 is pressed against the front side of the burring 311.
S20, fixedly assembling and fixing the pressing strip 45 on the hinge reinforcing plate 44, and fixing the hinge reinforcing plate 44 on the door inner frame 32, so that the pressing strip 45 is pressed on the front side of the flanging 311.
Specifically, the pressing strip 45 is close to the second folded edge 442, and the pressing strip bent edge 451 is wrapped on the inner side of the second folded edge 442, and the pressing strip claw 443 is clamped on the second folded edge 442; the positioning post 452 passes through the positioning hole 443. The hinge reinforcing plate 44 is fixed to the door inner frame 32 by screws; the hinge sleeve 43 is positioned in the accommodation groove 445, and both ends of the hinge sleeve 43 extend out of the accommodation groove 445; the positioning block 431 is fitted and fixed at the positioning opening 446 so that the hinge bush 43 is fixed. Meanwhile, the second flange 442 of the hinge reinforcing plate 44 is pressed against the front side of the flange 311 by the pressing bar 45, thereby achieving the fixation of the transparent tub 31.
Also between steps S10 and S20 is step S15 of mounting the hinge bush 43 to the door inner frame 32.
Specifically, the hinge sleeve 43 is close to the door inner frame 32, and the stopper 437 of the hinge sleeve 43 is pressed and fixed in the stopper groove 325.
Steps S30 and S40 are also provided between step S20, and step S30 is to fix the door outer frame 33 to the door inner frame 32 by snap-fit.
Step S40, the viewing screen 34 is fastened to the door inner frame 32.

Claims (8)

1. The clothes treatment equipment comprises a box body, wherein the box body is provided with an integrated front plate and a table top positioned at the top, and is characterized in that the top end of the front plate is provided with a top edge frame which is bent and extended backwards, and the table top is positioned at the rear side of the top edge frame; a first arc flanging part which is bent downwards and backwards is arranged along the rear end of the top edge frame, and a table top arc groove matched with the arc surface of the first arc flanging part is arranged at the front end of the table top;
the first arc flanging part and the table top arc groove are adjacently arranged in the front-back direction;
a second arc flanging part which is backwards and downwards bent and extends is arranged along the lower end of the first arc flanging part; a third inclined part which is downwards bent and extends downwards is arranged along the lower end of the second arc flanging part;
the third inclined part is provided with a first positioning hole, the table top is provided with a reinforcing plate extending downwards, the reinforcing plate is provided with a positioning column extending forwards, and the positioning column extends into the first positioning hole.
2. The garment treatment device of claim 1, wherein the second arcuate flange portion extends rearwardly below the table top.
3. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 2, wherein a rearwardly extending inclined surface is provided at a lower end of the table-top arc groove, the inclined surface being located at a rear side of the second arc burring.

The laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 1, wherein the cabinet includes left and right side plates, a top cross member is provided at the top of the left and right side plates, a left and right direction guide groove is provided on the top cross member, and the third inclined portion is located above the guide groove.
5. The laundry treating apparatus according to claim 4, wherein the front wall of the guide groove extends upward to form a supporting edge, and the front plate is hung on the supporting edge through a third inclined portion.

Laundry treatment apparatus according to claim 5, characterized in that a second positioning hole is provided in front of the first positioning hole on the support edge, a downwardly extending stiffening plate is provided on the table top, and a forwardly projecting positioning post is provided on the stiffening plate, said positioning post passing through the second positioning hole.

The clothes treating apparatus of claim 5 wherein side frames extending in a backward bending manner are provided on left and right sides of the front plate, side flanges inwardly bending are provided along rear ends of the side frames, left and right sides of the support sides extend outwardly to form support side extending portions, and the support side extending portions are located on rear sides of the side flanges.
8. Laundry treatment apparatus according to any one of claims 4 to 7, characterized in that the left and right ends of the top cross member are provided with downwardly bent inclined bent portions, and the lower ends of the inclined bent portions are provided with outwardly horizontally extending fitting edges located at the top of the left and right side plates.
